Welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast! I'm Nadine, and my mission is to guide individuals on their journey of self-discovery through yoga and coaching. I teach online and in person and run unique yoga retreats worldwide.
On today's Podcast episode, I talk to Patrycja; she started on a journey of self-healing, facing financial struggles, dissatisfaction with her job, lack of self-confidence and no meaningful relationships. She turned to books, documentaries and people for guidance, using techniques such as Ho'oponopono, Theta Healing, affirmations, meditations, manifesting and self-hypnosis. Along the way, she found her own unshakable belief, love and trust in a Higher Power.
She discovered that many of her clients were also looking for answers, and she realized she could help them. She shares her knowledge about Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a type of therapy that combines elements of hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
It is designed to help individuals overcome various issues, including anxiety, depression, and addiction. RTT is typically administered by trained therapists and focuses on assisting individuals in identifying and changing the underlying beliefs and patterns of behaviour contributing to their problems.
From this episode, you will learn.
✨why your life has something to do with yourself
✨how you can identify the blocks stopping you from being happy
✨how Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can change your unconscious behaviours and believes
✨how you can learn a language in your sleep

Welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast!
My name is Nadine, and I'm here to help you find your way back to yourself, heal, love yourself, and believe in your own abilities so you can live your life to the fullest.
In this episode I share my workshop form Sunday. As it was live and people we’re attending and sharing I had to cut some parts out.
We'll start with a short breathing exercise and some reflective questions. After that, I'll guide you through an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session to release any negative emotions you may still be holding onto from this year.
Next, we'll explore some questions to help you design your new year. I recommend finding a quiet place to sit with a journal and pause the episode as needed to reflect on and answer the questions.
To wrap up, we'll finish with a visualization meditation. Make sure you have some time set aside to fully engage in this episode and make the most of the exercises.
Please let me know what you take away for yourself?
I look forward to your insights and thoughts on the episode. Feel free to comment on Instagram @nadineanneyoga.

Today on the podcast, I interviewed Deborah, not just a dear friend of mine, but Deborah also changed my life.
Deborah Small, a naturalized Canadian citizen, born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, embarked on a personal journey over twenty years ago: a journey to discover who she was and find her unseen, true purpose.
This journey to true self-empowerment was rooted through the healing of others, spanning five continents (and counting!). Deborah's journey began with learning yoga. Eventually, she went from learning to teaching, having acquired over twenty years of practice experience in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Her endeavour of growth and wellness has only continued to flourish from there, with the spirit of assisting others throughout her journey being most prevalent in her actions and pursuits. Today, that journey has brought Deborah to where she currently is:
An internationally acknowledged author and a renowned expert practitioner within the field of holistic healing.
Deborah holds qualifications as; Integrative Reprogramming Technique ['IRT'] facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Nutritionist, and instructor of advanced breathing techniques for self-healing. She is also a practised and experienced guide & facilitator in programs, workshops, and retreats. Deborah also holds a degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia.
Deborah and I will talk about how she changed my life; we speak about Yoga, Family constellations, and so much more.
I am so happy to announce that Deborah and I will host a yoga retreat together in Bali.
From today's episode, you will learn:
✨ why we are running a program
✨ how you change your programming
✨ how meditation can change your life
✨ how you can stop feeling like a victim
✨ the benefits of Bikram Yoga

Katie is a mom of two toddlers and the mind behind strawberryblondemind, where it's all about mindset, intuition and manifesting. she offers mentoring to help her clients remember who they truly are and find their purpose, ease and abundance.

Because she always longed for spirituality and a deeper meaning in her life, she decided to travel to South America and participate in her first Ayahuasca retreat. During this retreat, she also started Ashtanga Yoga and never stopped again☺️ By learning about mindset and starting to teach it herself, she found her missing piece of the puzzle and now passes on what she has been learning and continues to learn on her own journey.
Until today Katie has participated in 30 Ayahuasca sessions. In this episode, she shares her journey, how Ayahuasca changed her life in many ways, and why letting go was the scariest part.

Hi, and welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast! My name is Nadine, I am here to guide people to connect to who they are through Yoga & Coaching so that they don't feel lost and lonely anymore but are empowered to live the life of their dreams. The Happiness Safari podcast is here to inspire you through stories from incredible people. And on today's episode, I speak to Joana Gloria, the Founder of "Lagos Digital Nomads." When I asked her to describe her biggest life motivators, it was no surprise that Joana responded with networking and travel. Having the ability to work on her projects and vision, as well as the freedom to work from anywhere, was what prompted Joana to start her own business. After graduating from the Universidade do Algarve with a Hotel Management degree, she started her own business at the age of 26 by opening two Guest Houses in Lagos. Each of these Guest Houses was awarded over a 9.0 rating on booking.com and set the tone for the Guest House industry in Lagos. To continue nurturing her desire to learn and develop new skills, Joana moved to Lisbon. In Lisbon, she was introduced to the Digital world and launched the platform "Eat at a Local's" in March 2019. In the meantime, the pandemic hit and her project were put on hold. However, like many entrepreneurs, her resiliency allowed her to keep working and fighting for what she believed in: the freedom to work on her ideas and vision. She took advantage of the confinement to evaluate new trends, and in the summer of 2020, she saw an opportunity in the Digital Nomads market. She immediately launched her latest project, "Lagos Digital Nomads", which, according to her, is the best of her two worlds: Tourism and Networking. Seeing the potential within her hometown, Joana has already turned Lagos into a Digital Nomads and Remote Workers hotspot. Lagos is an excellent destination with the perfect conditions to host this type of market, not only due to the climate and infrastructure of the area but also due to the strong community spirit that has already been created. Joana and I speak about the Digital Nomads Community in Lagos and what it has to offer. And why in our option Lagos is the best Digital Nomads Hotspot. She also shares an incredible story of an NLP Seminar she visited in Portugal and how frustration and anger turned into the happiest moment of her life. From Joana, you will also learn.
✨ how to heal "Entrepreneur pain." ✨ why Investing in Self Development is the key to happiness ✨ how to deal with setbacks ✨ how Creativity can help you to get out of your head ✨ why creativity can reduce your stress levels No matter if you are a digital nomad or want to become one. On today's episode, I talk to Marina. Marina was born in Germany and started to work with and for people from the age of 18. First, as a night watch in a group home for mentally ill people, that's when she knew this was what she wanted to do, and I started to dig deeper into this profession.

This was also the beginning of healing herself and understanding why she never felt enough or worthy.
She studied social pedagogy and worked in this profession in different areas for 15 years with chronically mentally ill people, younger people in a foster home in Vancouver, Canada. With people who had cancer, helping them through coaching and mental training, young offenders with a criminal history, people who needed professional rehabilitation and also in care for the elderly.
We are speaking about how it affected her as a child when her father left the family when she was five years old and how forgiveness helped her to cope after he passed away when she was 21.

Hi, and welcome to season two of the happiness safari podcast.
Today I am speaking to Nicole from Kenya.
Losing both of her parents to cancer in 2017 was a major wake-up call for her to look at her own health and life. On the journey of searching for who she was, she found psychedelics, which transformed her life.

✨New Podcast Episode ✨
On today's episode, I talk to Kashan from the US. She left home at the young age of 14 and found her happiness in a children's home where she felt loved and cared for in a whole new way.
She began healing work at the age of 18 with therapeutic massage. She lived in the US, Haiti, South Korea and Portugal, sharing her gifts there. She is able to reach into the depths, using her strong intuition, to create a safe space for personal transformation. In Peru, she was initiated as a Curandera (Healer) and was given permission to serve medicine as a sacred form of healing. She feels honoured to do this work, to help you identify your roadblocks, heal, raise your vibration, transform and live your best life now!
Kashan experienced a lot of trauma in her life, but today she is living her best life in Portugal, truly content with her life and her past. We speak about forgiveness and why it is important to accept people for who they are and not for who we want them to be (especially our parents).
We speak about verbal and emotional abuse, how to get out of an abusive relationship, and what to do if you have a friend or know someone in an abusive relationship.
From today's episode, you will learn.
✨how to heal your trauma
✨how to forgive yourself and others
✨why a gratitude practice can change your life
✨ how you can recognise if you are in an abusive relationship

Today's episode is probably the most touching interview I have had so far.
Rachel and I went to school together when her name was Anna-Lena Wilke.
Now she is a children's book author known as Rachel Wolke and lives with her husband and three kids in LA.
She developed her love and passion for writing at a very young age but made it an essential part of her life after losing her father, Rainer Wilke. The sports journalist passed away in 2005, which left young Rachel in deep shock.
At this point, writing became a healing process and helped her to overcome this difficult phase. It was during this period that she brought Claus Cloud to life. The German translation of the character is "Willi Wolke", which was the exact pseudonym that her dad had often used for his writings.
You might think losing one parent is hard enough, but unfortunately, the universe tested Rachel one more time.
While she was three months pregnant with her second child, she lost her mom in March 2018 to suicide.
Rachel didn't want to let her experience and the Trauma she had to go through define her. She dug deep to understand depression and suicide.
To heal, she started to volunteer at a suicide prevention hotline. Since she couldn't help her mother, she is hoping at least to help other people in distress.
Until today Rachel hopes that by sharing her story and how she could find happiness again, She'll help others to find the light in very dark times.
Rachel shares her story in a very open and venerable way - how she found happiness after her dad passed away and how she coped after her mom took her life.
We also speak about mental health and depression and the importance of a support system!
From today's episode, you will learn.
✨how to be happy despite the things around you
✨how to listen to yourself
✨how to decide that our want to life
✨how to overcome your biggest fear
✨how to know if you are suffering from depression
✨how to have balance in life
✨how to be gentle and kind to yourself
I don't want you to feel alone! When you listen to this, I want you to sit on the couch, having the feeling you are having a conversation with an old friend. And I hope that all the strength Rachel has is giving you some strength too.

Welcome to the happiness safari podcast—your podcast for a happier and more meaningful life. My name is Nadine, and I am so happy you are here.
Today on the podcast, I speak to Wole from the UK.
I met Wole in London in 2018 when we both worked for the same Yoga studio.
Wole is a yoga teacher and a business improvement manager in the IT & Telecommunications sector.
He had a battle with stress and depression and "two divorces", one personal divorce and one corporate divorce at the same time. Leaving the corporate sector led him to a career change and his journey into the wellbeing and yoga space.
He derives a great deal of happiness from engaging with people and sharing some of the positive things, which has led him to a happy place both emotionally and spiritually.
Most of all, raising his three beautiful, graduate daughters as a single father is right up there in terms of achievements and things that make him happy and proud.
Wole and I speak about the transition from the corporate world and leaving the security of a guaranteed income into a self-employed life in the leisure industry.
We also talk about the challenges which come with that and how to overcome them.
The freedom of not owing anybody anything and detachment and why the obstacles we encounter are here to help us.
From this episode, you will learn:
✨how to pursue your dreams
✨why it is important what we are consuming
✨why we sometimes need to destroy something to create something better
✨how to define your success for yourself
✨why it's essential to nurture your relationships
✨why it's important to spend more time with your grandparents
✨why we have control over our destiny
✨why nobody is responsible for your happiness

Today, on the podcast, I speak to Kora from Croatia. We never met, but we realised that we had so much in common during the interview, from our toughest challenges to our favourite book. Kora and I share the same story; we both suffered a long period in our life until we started our healing journey.
Kora is a human with a big curiosity to truly get to know and understand herself as much as possible in a lifetime.
After a decade of being completely unaware of her behaviour and living a life full of suffering, drama, struggles, and many feelings she couldn't and didn't know how to let go of, she decided that her life could not be like this anymore. She became aware she must do something about it.
For the last three years, she learned so much about herself, her relationships with her parents, sister, friends, colleagues, partners, and about the most important relationship in life, with herself.
The beginning was so hard, confusing and she felt like she would never ever be and feel better, as the healing journey is very unpredictable, confusing, intense, overwhelming, but the most rewarding and the most beautiful one as it is leading you to self-acceptance, self-care, authenticity, and self-love.
She is passionate about helping others on the journey, sharing light and setting an example, and sharing her experience, so everyone can be inspired or encouraged to set them-self on a true life journey.
At this point in her life, she is the most aware, joyful, open-hearted that she has ever been in her life, and she is very excited to see what she can create with this level of awareness, self-love, and responsibility she is having towards herself and the life she is creating.
In today's episode, we speak about how you can get out of a challenging and sad period in your life.
We also speak about Yoga, breathwork, Chigong, Meridien Therapy and all the things she tried on her healing journey.
From this episode, you will learn:
✨why it is important to speak about your emotions and ask for help
✨why it's important to be aware of your needs
✨why do we sometimes need to go through emotional difficulties to come out on the other side
✨how all the answers are inside of us
✨how to set boundaries

Today on the podcast, I speak to lovely Kawira from Kenya. I met her last year when I was here in Nairobi for the first time, and I remember it so well when she took her first Bikram Yoga class with me. She didn't know what to expect, but she was smiling the entire class through.
Kawira is only 21 years old, currently studying at Cardiff University in the UK. She has a super inspiring story.
She is a fitness enthusiast. She loves CrossFit, Yoga, swimming, tennis, and anything else she can get her hands on. But a little over a year ago, she wasn't sportive at all. Until she started a fitness challenge on January 1st, 2021, to work out every day of the year, and she is still going strong!
Kawira and I talked about the different sports she tried last year Cross fit, Bikram Yoga, Swimming & Running, and all the challenges she had exercising every single day.
We speak about how she discovers that learning new things is unlocking a different level of happiness for her. We also speak about speed-reading and how the happiest moment of her life was coming from a sad situation.

Today on the podcast, I speak to Tassja Buch from Berlin, Germany
Tassja is a passionate traveller, coach and author. In her concept, she focuses on the inner values that every one of us has inside but often does not live by because the outside influences limit us.
To break free from this pattern, Tassja urges everyone to embrace their authentic self. She combines corporate methods with mindfulness for daily life. On her journey to happiness, she had to face some dark sides. But once she broke free, she found a wonderful path that reveals more and more beauty every step of the way.
With Tassja, I speak about her happiness journey and why she thinks happiness is a path, not a goal.
We also talk about the philosophy of Kaizen and how you can achieve big goals with little steps. She will share the concept and principles of her book "Kaizen-ify your life" and how she came to write it.

Today on the podcast, I speak to Ahlam from Nairobi, Kenya. I met Ahlam last year when I was teaching at Bikram Yoga Nairobi, and I remembered her as a powerful and happy woman. But during the interview, I learned that she is so much more than this! Ahlam is a mother of three, a vaginal steam facilitator and a yoga instructor. Alham recently moved to Kenya from Seattle with her small family to nestle her roots. She studied Anthropology and Human Rights with a speciality in Linguistics in London. She loves art and capturing beauty. She most feels at home behind a lens or on her yoga mat. She revels in travel, reading and eating the yummiest cakes. Her enclave is in small bookshops and her therapy vintage stores. She is a lover of antiques and wholesome conversations. With Ahlam, I speak about motherhood and the duality between extreme love and worries on the other side, about Postnatal depression, Bikram Yoga, Mirror work, Video Journals, Religion & Traveling to Mekka From Alham, you will learn
How something which feels sad at the moment can be the best thing ever happened to you Why gratitude can change everything why life happens for you and not to you How you can prioritise yourself and take time for yourself even with three children How video journaling can help you to reflect on yourself and get the answers which are already inside of you Why it is so important how we talk to ourselves How you can teach your children by inspiration
I felt so blessed and happy during and after this interview. Talking to Ahlam was truly inspiring, and I cannot wait to share it with you! I hope you will find it inspiring as well. Enjoy listening. Hi, and welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast. I am truly happy you found this podcast ❤️
I have been studying the science of happiness for many years now, and I have talked to so many people about happiness and its meaning to them. And what I learned is that it just can’t be defined, but it can be pursued.
At the end of the day, we all want to feel a sense of happiness, joy, or contentment. However, you may call it.
I haven’t interviewed one person so far who figured it out entirely and is happy all the time, and I think that´s not possible anyway. But I spoke to many people who found ways to bring more happiness and joy into their lives.
And these stories, tools and strategies I want to share with you to help you and inspire you on your way to a happier and more meaningful life.
Today on the podcast, I speak to Naomi; she is a Hot Yoga Teacher from the South of England and has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years.
Her yoga story started at age three whilst attending pregnancy yoga with her mother in 1974.
She came back to Yoga in 1998 by practising Iyengar and Hatha Yoga - but after her spine and knees were damaged in a car accident, it was Bikram Hot Yoga classes that fixed her.
She taught in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jamaica, Ibiza, and London before opening the first Bikram Hot Yoga Studio in Brighton back in 2002. Because of the pandemic, she closed both of her studios and is teaching fully online now!
Naomi and I speak about happiness being a strong sense of contentment. We talk about the struggles and distractions of a Bikram Yoga class, about Vipassana and about a way to recall happy feelings from your past back in your body.
From Naomi, you will learn ❤️
✨Why happiness doesn't have to be dependent on the environment around us
✨Why do older people feel more happiness
✨Why you don't have to be afraid to take time to yourself
✨Why it's important to put your happiness first and how you can feel confident about it
I hope you will enjoy listening to the episode.

Today I am sharing an interview with my roommate from my Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico.
Kathi is a Yoga teacher, pet nanny, and happiness enthusiast.
Growing up with a philosophy of gratitude being the attitude, it wasn't until she was an adult that she allowed herself to become truly happy! Happiness is the key on the journey of self-love, and it is a choice that she makes every day. She enjoys helping others heal through yoga, fitness, and caring for animals. Living in San Antonio, Texas as a Yoga teacher & assistant manager for The Union, where the importance of self-care is one of their mottos!
Kathi and I speak about the journey of self-love. She also shares what she is doing first thing in the morning before putting her foot on the floor.
From the interview, you will learn.
No matter where you are in your life. I hope this reminds you that happiness is a journey, and we are all on different parts of that journey.

Welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast, your podcast for a happier and more meaningful life!
Maybe this is the first episode you listen to, so I just wanted to tell you why I started this podcast.
Four years ago, I was in a phase in my life where I was deeply sad and depressed. I just ended a ten-year relationship and freshly moved to London, not knowing anyone when a friend suggested a podcast. The podcast was about spirituality and personal development, and it was the first podcast I ever listened to. Listening to this podcast helped me to survive these super difficult times.
It gave me hope and new ideas and perspectives. The podcast I am speaking about is in German, so later, when I felt better again, I talked to my friend who suggested the podcast, and she asked why is there nothing like this in English.
Of course, now there are also many health podcasts in English. But for some reason, you found this podcast. And I would love to give you new ideas and perspectives. The most podcasts I am listening too, are interviews of super famous and successful people. With this podcast, I want to share stories of people like you. People who just started or found their journey to happiness, yoga, coaching, spirituality, personal development or whatever it is for them.
I hope these stories inspire you that whatever you want in your life is possible for you too. You are just at the beginning of your journey.
Today on the podcast, I speak to Kazim. He is the founder of the Broken to Rise Movement. This movement seeks to help parents who grew up in broken or unstable homes create the family they deserved as children. Kazim has also been running a Clinic in his local community for the past seven years. His clinic helps with both mental health and bodily aches & pains. Kazim shares a very sad and emotional story, which taught him how not to worry about tomorrow. I am deeply grateful to have met such a wonderful and giving human being like Kazim, who only lives to help others.
I am sure you will feel all his love for humans during this interview. Kazim seeks to be a force for good and positive change. He truly believes that by helping one person, he is helping the world.
From Kazim, you will learn
💫 Why gratitude is so powerful
💫 Why you should live in the now and not worry about tomorrow
💫 Why it's, important to find the good in every moment
💫 Why you owe it to yourself to pause sometimes
I hope you will enjoy the interview, and it will help and inspire you!

Hi and welcome back to the happiness Safari Podcast your podcast for a happier & healthier life. When I started the podcast, I thought, who are the most inspiring people I know. I wanted to interview them to share their wisdom and insights with you.
One of them is Lana. We met during our Coaching Course at Robbins Madanes Training and became coaching buddies.
Meaning we would coach each other during our training.
So Lana and I never met in person but spent many hours online speaking about our struggles, vulnerabilities, deepest fears and toughest challenges.
And this is exactly what we did in this interview.
Lana is a mother of three amazing kids, a work-from-home life coach living happily married with her amazing husband in Luxemburg.
Lana is brilliant at juggling busy family life with studies, work and travel. She is also a linguist, a teacher and calls herself a happy human being.
In the interview, Lana shares with you
💫How we can develop tools in dark times which help us to cope better in the future
💫What is her favourite magic tool to feel happy
💫Why you should always get help if you need it
Lana helped me in so many ways with her very unique and special coaching techniques. I am so happy to have her in my life and even more happy to share our interview with you now.
I hope you enjoy listening.

Happy New Year 2022!
I hope you had a wonderful start first day of the year and are ready to kick start this year with some new fresh energy.
Today I am sharing with you the first interview of the year with Maria, a beautiful & inspiring lady I met in Portugal.
How we met was a quite funny story. We connected on Instagram and met for coffee to discuss new yoga projects in Lagos. During our conversation, I fell in love with her passion, joy and love for life, so I had to invite her on the podcast.
Maria was born in Cabo-Verde and grew up between Lisbon and Munich, where she started her Yoga practice in 1998.
She has stayed on this path of self-transformation since then. She is also a qualified Massage therapist, bodyworker, Trauma Healing /Breathwork Facilitator, Fitness and Pilates Instructor.
Her approach to Yoga goes beyond the physical practice of asana - Maria truly believes that Yoga is a way of living, a perfect tool to help connect our true nature of happiness and contentment in daily life. And I think she is a living example of practising what she preaches.
Maria and I spoke about:
💫Her journey of discovering Yoga and becoming a Yoga teacher
💫How you can move from Fear to feeling empowered
💫How you can find the light in a difficult situation
💫Why it is not important how many materialistic things you own to be happy

Hi, and welcome to the Happiness Safari Podcast. Can you believe today is the last day of 2021?
I hope your year was full of love, joy, and happiness from the bottom of my heart, but maybe this year was also full of challenges and growth?
I always like to end the year with some reflection. Asking myself what was good this year, what did I learn, what am I grateful for? If you think this was a challenging year, ask yourself my favourite question, I also ask all my guests. What was the happiest moment of this year? Maybe you will find that you had many happy moments. You can also scroll through your pictures and make a folder of all the happy moments. I am sure you will find more than you remember. This way, you can end the year with some happiness and gratitude :)
To bring even more joy to your life today, I cannot wait to share my Interview with Tina from Helsinki 🇫🇮 with you.
I met Tina at my Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico in Fall 2017. Tina is a Bikram Yoga Teacher and Intuitive energy healer. She shares with us her journey from depression towards a happier life. Tina is such a warm, beautiful person. To talk to Tina made me so happy! If you watch this episode on Youtube, you will see that we are both smiling the entire time.
From this interview, you will learn
Now I cannot wait to share this with you!
I hope you will get a lot of inspiration from this conversation.
In Germany, we say slide well into the new year! Full of Happiness and Love
Enjoy the last episode!

Welcome back to the fifth episode of the happiness safari podcast! Today on the podcast, I speak to Kaya, an incredible and inspirational human being I met in Kenya. Kaya is an energy healer and emotion code, practitioner. She works a lot with emotions enabling their expression and releasing the trapped and blocked ones from the body's different systems. This brings the body back into balance, prevents dis-ease, and enables it to do what it does best - which is to heal itself. She is also an energy shifter - she intends to show you where your power lies & give it back to you should you be ready to claim it back. I always like to learn and grow, I am very open to finding new ways of healing and exploring myself, my body, mind, and soul. So when I was in Kenya this year, Kaya helped me release some old energy blockages, it was a truly amazing experience we will speak about in the podcast. When I asked her to describe herself to you, she said. Defining who I am and what I do feels limiting as energy is ever-expanding and changing, and energy is what we are. Believe me, you will feel during the interview that's exactly what she is, pure energy :) From Kaya, you learn.
What the emotion code is and how you can release old negative emotions How you can differentiate the ego and your intuition How you can befriend the ego & accept it How you can become the observer of pain How you can deal with the fear of pain
My heart and soul are so full after this conversation, and I hope yours will be as well! Links to the episode: Shownotes: get in touch with Kaya: https://www.instagram.com/healwithkaya/?hl=en

Welcome to the happiness Safari Podcast, my name is Nadine, and I am so grateful you are here. I am on a mission to make this world a happier place, and I want to do this by sharing inspiring stories of wonderful people from all around the world with you!
Today I speak to my coaching colleague Louise, a serial recovering overachiever who lives with her partner in crime, Bodhi, a Cocker spaniel in the UK.
She has always been focused on results and success and was definitely in the "it will be alright when...." camp.
It wasn't until after a cancer diagnosis at 40 that she stopped and looked at how she was living her life; on the outside, she was a young, healthy, fit woman. On the inside, she was causing herself untold damage from how she was living her life.
She now understands herself so much more by connecting to herself through yoga, education, journalling, and breathwork.
Which has also helped her understand others better, deepening all of her relationships, firstly with herself and with those she loves.
She likes having challenges and variety and worked in many different jobs and industries, but at her core, she loves helping people become the best of who they are.
Louise and I speak about the importance of morning routines and toxic positivity.
From this interview, you will learn.
✨why happiness is being of service of others
✨why it's never too late go of old beliefs
✨why it's important to change yourself first if you want to change the world
✨how mindful moments during your day can bring you happiness
I sincerely hope that this talk will inspire you as much and that you will take away a lot for yourself.
What touched you the most? What do you take away from it for yourself?
I look forward to your insights and thoughts on the episode. Feel free to comment on Instagram @nadineanneyoga.
From the bottom of my heart, I would love for you to share this episode so that as many people as possible to help me make the world a happier place.

She is a very positive person; she has the ability to enjoy the little moments and live life to the fullest. And now get yourself comfortable and enjoy the first episode :) Enjoy listening to it!
In the interview with Victoria, you will learn...
