What's in a name? For this podcast it's a simple answer, Mr. Akins. No Teacher had a greater influence on the way I think about learning, or the desire to enrich my life, more than Mr Akins. His class was more than walls, desks, and a few chairs. He transformed ideas, history, and poetry into something completely different and engaging from it's core. I was tired of simply sharing stories and anecdotes about Mr. Akins so I've decided to bring him to everyone. Join us as we dive into history and philosophy, but more importantly, discover what it means to become life long learners.
