The Global Overpass is a political and journalistic podcast that looks at global issues through multiple perspectives. Our two hosts come from different parts of the globe, where Michael Phoon comes from the East and Andy St.John comes from the West. Our podcast seeks to educate, debate and analyze political, social, and cultural issues with the overall goal of allowing the public to understand a global perspective towards contributing to the discussion of global affairs. With these two political science/journalism students here, understanding politics in the news will be self-explanatory.
