If you're looking for a podcast to add to your existential problems, look no further. This is the podcast for you. While Joanne and Rarry are not experts on life, navigating through hard questions are faced by everybody anyway.
Joanne is a Research Manager, with a Psychology degree. Rarry is a Data Scientist, with a Mathematics degree. Both graduated from the University of the Philippines where they met at the school's debate varsity. Asking questions has always been their bond of friendship.

In this special Women's Monthepisode, Joanne and Rarry invite their long-time, debate friend Atty. Ranielle Cagang to discuss the pervading issues on female leadership. They discuss the stigmas that women face, their individual experiences on discrimination and awkward moments with their bosses, internalized misogyny, movie references, the role that men should play towards equality, and other questions that could pass for a thesis proposal. Of course, with the Philippine Presidential elections on the horizon, they also discuss why Leni Robredo should be the next President. There is no other option but to Let Women Lead.
