In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often lose track of the meaning and purpose behind what we do. We’re confronted with challenging questions when we try to look at the bigger picture of our lives:
How do we want to live this experience? how can we make it better? more conscious? more aligned with our purpose or vision for our journey?
To help us answer all these abstract and complicated (often overwhelming!) questions, I developed a simple process called Vybecraft.
This past week I wept. I mean from my core I really wept.
I wept with sorrow for the times I didn’t say how I was feeling. I wept for all the feelings I’m currently having. I wept for all the times I didn’t allow myself to actually cry.
It was transformative, to tap into the places that truly need a little more healing and to acknowledge that feeling means feeling all of the feelings.
I am so excited to share this journey with you and I hope this podcast makes you feel a little warmer and stronger inside.
This week I set out to truly understand what love is and find the place within me where love is situated.
This episode is all about that process and the intention behind it.
The Vybecast is a wholesome safe space that highlights the learning and unlearning that is required to connect with how we desire to explore our lived experience.
Tebogo Nong is one of our favorite people to talk to. In this episode of the Vybecast, we talk to Tebogo about transformational growth, her second book, and the power of active choice.

This week’s theme is self-discovery. Self-discovery isn’t just about unlocking new aspects of self, although that is a massive part of it.
It is also about reflecting on all the new growth you’ve unconsciously and consciously been experiencing in your life.
By doing so, we find new ways to speak to ourselves about our journey, goals, and experiences. Ultimately, by checking in on our past and present, the direction of the future becomes easier to affirm and ground.
This meditation aims to bring you some inner peace - allowing the mind to rest for a bit on your journey of self-discovery.

Rest is more than just having a power nap. It's about listening to the body, calming the mind, and finding ways to recharge our battery so we can have a full experience.
With this guided meditation, we are taking the time to stop and recharge our battery so we can fully embrace the experience we want to live.
Sometimes when we are at work, our minds can get so muddy with all the tasks that we can't get anything done. In this Vybecraft Guided meditation, we are taking time to step away from the work, to re-set and recenter our focus and create a new way to approach the work or tasks we have in front of us. By doing this meditation, we can start to re-evaluate our relationship with work and what the working experience feels like.
