Welcome to The Good (Mental) Life. We often neglect our mental lives in pursuing other, more "real" aspects of our lives. Be it money, physical health, or status, we always seem to be chasing something other than mental health, to its own detriment. This neglect shows itself on a personal, as well as a societal level. Here in this podcast, we explore the ways in which this neglect manifests itself, how to remedy it, and we strive to uncover a deeper appreciation of the inner workings of our mental life.
