A tribute to the last 2 years and my journey with getting to know my roots, my family tree, meeting new family members and what that has been like. Everything I have learned has brought me to such a special place in my life. I want to share all of this with you because I feel that so many people who I have connected with have similar experiences. In this episode I discuss what it has been like to live here and there and have my heart in two places. I discuss
generational trauma, patterns, relationship dynamics, healing and how our experiences really shape us in to who we are today. Also trigger warning because I do discuss some sexual trauma that occurred to me, mainly the healing of this process.
