When we don't take the time to think about what we're actually thinking/feeling, negative thoughts can become a pattern leading us to victimizing ourselves.
I'm on this journey of all things emotions- and THAT my friends, starts with self awareness.
It’s simple to be authentic when we’re in our small comfy and safe space.
But when it comes to opening up and covering more ground, it can be scary to put yourself out there!
The world needs authenticity.
The world needs to know that it’s ok to be different and loved all the same.
Your journey is yours. Your desires are yours. Your path is your own.
But - when you share your story, you never know who you’ll encourage to step out and change the world.
Authenticity. So simple, yet so profound when unleashed.
