Judging and criticizing people isn't help as a matter of fact sometimes it just makes things worse. If there is a problem it needs to be solved and taken care of. If progress is to be made we have to move past finger pointing and casting blame and see how we can work together to make the progress happen. Sharing stories from the past does nothing to solve the problem either unless there is some tangible uses of the story and it's not just said to pontificate. We have to get rid of unhelpful habits that just perpetuate cycles of trauma, ignorance, and abuse and move into healing and helping.

Whether it's a diploma, degree, or a certificate we are a credential obsessed culture here in the United States. We want to see credentials from everyone and yet we lack a dynamic mindset that acknowledges that creativity, art, experiences, mentorship, and training is important as well. I delve comprehensively into this topic and much more.

I see a lot of people defending and enabling people who are jerks and thinking that it's OK. I on the other hand do not and think that rude behavior that is uncalled for should be called out. Toxic cycles can stop if we all notice and call out toxic abusive behaviors with in certain systems.

Never tell a person struggling to just get a job it's condescending and not helpful. We need to look at unemployment holistically and not just jump to conclusions and make assumptions. We need to make investments in people first before we see the returns. We need work that makes more sense in the space age and have to get rid of stone age mentalities.

I get so sick of the world being used as a playground for people with big fragile egos. It's such a shame that all the oxygen in the room sometimes go to the people who deserve it the least.

Even though we're living in the 21st century I find it sad that most children are looked at and treated as property than just mini human beings. Since no one had consent of their birth they deserve respect for a decision they never made.

Looking at these racist attacks on Asians has my blood boiling because it's completely unacceptable for people to get targeted because of race, heritage, and facial features. #StopAsianHate #AsianLivesMatter. In this day an age humanity should be collaborating to solve problems not hate on each other and punch down. I see so much potential go to waste when minds are co-opted into hatred, jealousy, envy, and anger. We should be doing all we can to turn the tables on these mindsets.

I know that there's been a lot of controversy between Gary Vaynerchuck and Alex Ohanian and people like Roberto Blake chose Gary's side. This isn't so much about that as it is about just a culture in general of hustling at all costs. So when I come down on hustle porn I'm looking at the efficacy of the idea that no matter what just put it time and work. On the other hand when that's all that's being concentrated on if you don't have the strategy, plan, and/or the guidance it can end up being a colossal waste of time.

I talk about a mindless culture of celebrity and influencer worship. My generation and the generation after me is so hyper focused by any means necessary because of toxic environments we are growing up in. I'm hoping to live more in a world that's about substance and not about spectacle. (The guy I was thinking of talking about the abusive family was Phillip Defranco.)
