If we shift our mindsets and start to see rejection as redirections instead of a reflection of our worth, we'd be on the right paths. Rejection is not the end of the road, it's a signpost leading us into a better direction. Rejection teaches us to adapt to changing circumstances, it is not the end of the chapter, it's a sign that a new chapter is waiting to be written.

It's important to be aware of pouring our emotional, mental, and physical energy into relationships or connections that don't align with our values and goals. This can happen in any kind of relationship, whether it's a friendship, romantic relationship, or even a professional connection. By recognizing this, we can assess where we're investing our resources and make choices that are better for our overall well-being.t's important to pay attention to certain indicators when it comes to the people in your life. If you consistently feel exhausted or emotionally drained after spending time with certain individuals, it may be a sign that you're pouring your energy into the wrong people. It's also important to take note if you find yourself constantly making excuses for their behavior or if you feel unvalued or taken for granted. These are red flags that shouldn't be ignored. Additionally, keep an eye out for a lack of reciprocity, toxic behavior, or a mismatch in values and goals. It's important to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, rather than drain you.

Self-forgiveness is an act of self-compassion and understanding. It's acknowledging that we are human, prone to making errors, and deserving of forgiveness, just like anyone else. By forgiving ourselves, we give ourselves permission to let go of the shame and guilt that may have been holding us back.We can use our past mistakes as stepping stones towards personal growth and transformation. Each mistake offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and make better choices moving forward. It's through self-forgiveness that we gain the strength and resilience to rise above our past and become the best versions of ourselves.
Remember, our past mistakes do not define us. It's the way we respond to those mistakes and the lessons we learn from them that truly shape our character. So, let's embrace self-forgiveness.

Storms don't last long, face it! Prepare your feet to not sink in the sand when the flood waters rise. Be resilient. You can only be a successful person with a story to tell. We weren't created to survive; we must also thrive. The more failure you fall and rise from, the more famous your story becomes. Your dreams are in your hands; never allow anyone to question your strength and capabilities! You are not bad at anything; you're good at everything when your mind builds on a resilient foundation. Don't plant your feet in the sand. When the storms rage, they'll haul you into the depth of it. Also, know that drowning in the storms you go through isn't always bad; it's not about drowning or falling, it's about rising after you fall, and it's about swimming back to the shore when you drown. So my question today is, Are you willing to face the storms you're going through? How far back are you ready to swim when you drown in your fears, failures, past mistakes or life's obstacles?--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/joyce-nimely/message
People use the term “Right Person, Wrong timing” when they are about to walk out of life, ghost you, or hurt your feelings. You agree to the new TERMS “wrong timing, right person.” Switch it around for a little bit, maybe it is the ''WRONG people’’ who are not willing to sacrifice for you so they keep you in the loop with the MOST POPULAR lines “I love you but the time isn’t right.” Time isn't affected by the changes in the world. The right things in life will find you without any hindrances. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/joyce-nimely/message
Have you ever thought about “Self Love?”Self-love is more than just dressing up and looking good, it goes beyond being selfish and it's not about being proud and pompous. Self-love is a true conviction to accept yourself for who you are. The world is a hectic place to live in right now, you don't need to seek validation from anyone living in it. Instead of just surviving, start living, LIVE to be yourself, LIVE to Love yourself. Remember you are the only you there is in the world. Focus on Becoming instead of Being! Focus on becoming the best version of yourself instead of being like everyone else. You might be rejected by society when you put yourself first but once you're accepted by yourself, you would understand that people's approval doesn't matter. I know life gets hard and sometimes it knocks us down but remember we cannot stay on the ground for too long. Do what you can and do it for you and no one else. Be your motivation! Take baby steps and don't go too hard on yourself! Remember to say those affirmations you say to people to yourself. Try a new routine, and speak positivity to yourself whenever you have the chance. Focus on your successes and don't beat yourself up because of a little failure!Tell yourself “I love you” as many times as you can! Have a great week❤️--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/joyce-nimely/message
The level of self confidence you give yourself creates room for other to treat you with the respect you deserve. High Self Esteem is very important; you become more resilent and self aware of who you are. You learn to appreciate yourself for who you are. You give yourself the opportunity to make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. If one most have a high level of confidences, he/she needs to stop comparing his/herself to other people and acknowlegede their own little accomplishment. Life is not a competition and we are not competing against anyone.

When the Bible says in Jeremiah 17: 7 " Blessed is the man that trusted in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is." It was telling us in every circumstances, we should leave it all to God. The Bible told us not lean on our own Understanding but in everything we should acknowledge the Lord. We are humans, our hearts and minds are full of deceits. If we lean on our own Understanding, we would be heading towards the broad Road that leads to destruction.
If the world was without sin, God sending His Son to die would have been wasted. Because we are sinners, Christ have payed the price for our sins and given us salvation but He attached something called " The Free Will" we either choose it or leave it.
Titus 3: 5 says He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit
I just stated some ways African( Liberian) Parents would make us feel more comfortable around them and some things they say that’s completely out of the box🔥🔥 PS: The noises in the background is a living proof that I live in a Liberian home. You can’t avoid the noise!
