I got to talk to Napa Valley 1839 FC owner Arik Housley one day before their season opener at the Dodds Stadium. Midfielder Gary Tovar is part of the 2017 Bay Valley Conference Championship squad with the Napa Valley College and he gives us some insight on his perspective on the team. Midfielder Javier Alcarria has played in multiple semi-pro soccer teams in the nation and even got to play in his own country in Spain. He is also a player to pay attention to this season and he is proud to represent his organization which he founded: FC Odisea.
