Welcome to She Envisions Podcast. She Envisions was created to help you follow your life vision with poise, boldness, and strength. It is designed for women to live in their God-given purpose, to encourage them by providing meaningful tools to accomplish anything she sets her mind to do, to remind her that no dream is impossible.
Have you been struggling with your identity? Do you listen to a lot of the lies that you tell yourself? There are things that we have to confess over ourselves and recognize what we value and what we believe to be true. And this episode I share a lot about some of the struggles that I have faced and still struggle to it today about my identity and learning to not find my identity and the hats that I wear, and the roles that I play, but instead, I find my identity in Christ, and what he says about me. I talk about how we can learn to combat the lies we still ourselves, and rebuke the enemy when we humble ourselves before God, I also share some great ways to view ourselves through the lenses of Gods word. I want to encourage you with this word to remind you that you were not alone and to not fight by yourself, but learn to fight in God’s presence. We have to confess truth over ourselves!
In this episode, I share how to confront past hurts and wounds that we didn’t know were there. I talk about how to identify them and confront them so that you can fully heal from them. What we don’t confront, we won’t conquer. In order to heal we need to expose the pain and not just put a band aid on it expecting it to fully heal. It’s going to take faith and forgiveness for complete healing.

In this episode, I share some personal experiences that have helped me change my perspective. Our perspective helps protect our vision and becomes our filter in how we view our life experiences. Even in the struggles of life, we are reminded of how important it is to keep a healthy perspective and not let circumstances change our perspective.
“Successful people do things consistently what other people do occasionally.”
Craig Groeschel
Don’t allow the opinions of others and failures to change what you do consistently every day.

We talk about how Episodes 1-6 and how pivotal it was when we began to be vulnerable and share our personal testimonies and stories. We noticed a huge shift when we started talking about Episode 4: Healthy Boundaries Part 1 and Part 2 and learning how to say no to things that don’t serve your vision and say yes to things that are beneficial to you.
The Waiting Season is something that we all have to face and experience when we’re pursuing our vision. We must learn to be intentional in the waiting season and learn how to develop ourselves while we’re waiting.
A vision is going to take more than just you, there are people that God will bring in your life to help you fulfil your vision and come alongside you and support you.
We encourage you to find an outlet where you can use your voice as an authority and tshare your stories and your testimonies.
Episode 21: Beauty from Ashes is our most popular episode with our special guest Cassandra who shares her testimony of how she dealt with some tragedy and how she persevered through the trials and how God restores what was loss.
Your testimony is powerful and is meant to be shared to help others.
Don’t allow the enemy to keep you silent or allow someone else to take the authority away from your voice, you are meant to speak and lead with your stories and the power of your testimony.

Episode 35: Refocus on your vision
In this episode, we get to talk about how to refocus on your vision and learn how to carry out your vision when there are distractions that will try to pull you away from your vision. We have to learn how to realign our security in the Lord. Even in the midst of life and learning how to prioritize our priorities and juggling our time and energy.
When you refocus on your vision you are able to be still and listen to God’s directions and not try to go and do what you just want to do.
Beware of trying to take on your vision by yourself and trying to do it on your own strength.
+Sometimes when you’re so occupied with working and grinding and even pursuing your vision you can get burned out and lose the joy in it, you have to learn to listen to your body and your red flags to slow down and take mental breaks.
Don’t lose your joy in serving your vision, because you’re not where you want to be.
God wants to develop within you what you need to be prepared with before you can see your vision come to pass.
It’s important to have blinders up and put up healthy boundaries to stay focused on your vision.
If you feel stagnant or stuck it's because your focus has been on the wrong things, you have to refocus on your vision.
There is a process to your vision and God wants to prepare you in the stillness of His presence to fill you up and speak to you.
It’s going to take preparation and patience to trust the process.
God will never bring you to the vision that you’re not prepared for.
God loves you so much to not give you the whole picture of your vision and wants you to trust Him in the process and the little steps.
Trust the journey that is ahead of you and keep your blinders up.

In this episode, we get to talk about understanding timing and how important it is for our vision. We must learn how to be in the waiting season and trust in God’s timing. You can’t avoid the waiting season, it’s important to be proactive while you’re in the waiting season and prepare your mental state and your spiritual mindset. The Lord wants to reveal the vision for your life to you and is always working in the background we just need to trust and allow God to lead us.
During the waiting time is where we develop ourselves.
When we learn to trust God’s timing we are more prepared and get to rely on God’s guidance.
Timing is a form of perspective.
God is working in the background while you’re in the waiting season.
We have to learn how to move and work in God’s timing.
Even when we move out of God’s timing and will He allows us to learn from our own seasons and come back to the beginning with Him.
Our perspective is our reality and what we choose to see and believe.
Before we can walk on the water we have to keep our eyes on Jesus and trust Him and have faith in Him and His plan.
God knows our heart and He loves us so much that He allows us to learn from doing things ahead of Him.
When you get ahead of God you can become your own God and try to do God’s job when you were never meant to do it on your own.
In this episode, we interview a very special guest who has the gift of prayer and prophecy and is a pastor, leader, teacher, author, and mentor. We’re excited to have Darla Lassiter on our podcast to share about these specific gifts and how to activate and develop them. We are going to talk about what the word of God teaches about them.
Have you spent time in prayer today?
Prayer is the foundation for every believer.
Prayer starts with the confession of our heart and having a conversation with the Lord.
It’s about the quality of prayer and the quantity of time.
Gift of speaking in tongues is a gift that the Lord gives you.
Prayer is when we spend time with the Lord and communicate with him.
You can study scripture and verses on prayer.
Prayer is birthed from our personal relationship with the Lord.
Its the way that we pray out the perfect will of God and the enemy can’t understand it.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is evidence of the Holy Spirit.
The gift of prophecy is when you have a specific work from the Lord for someone.
The office of the prophet is different from the gift of prophecy.
All of our gifts should be filtered from the love of God and in humility.
The gifts come on us as God wills them and not just when we desire them.
Prophetic word is always uplifting and encouraging it should never be used for correction.
The prophetic word should confirm what God has already spoken to you.
It goes back to our prayer life and to make sure that it is aligned with what the Lord has already put in your heart.
If we are in a healthy place in our prayer life we will have the discernment to be able identify if it is from the Lord.
Visions of Gold: Take your prayer time and be intentional in praying.

In this episode we get to talk about 2 gifts that may be more natural for people. We are talking about leadership and mercy. Leadership is very evident and can be a natural gift but also requires to be developed and matured. Mercy is where we can empathize with others and truly extend grace to everyone.
In this episode, we get to talk about 2 of the most evident spiritual gifts that most people can see, teaching and serving. They both look different but they both serve others and are strong gifts that people are drawn to. The servant gift has a passion to act first and do what’s needed. How to Conquer Rejection
In this episode, we share our own experiences of how we had to conquer rejection and how it is a daily struggle and we must learn how to conquer it and grow from it.
Key Takeaways:
Rejection is the feeling of being dismissed and not wanted.
If we don’t conquer rejection then it will affect our daily mental health.
+You can use rejection to help you grow and become stronger from it.
Rejection goes both ways we can be rejected and reject others. We have to first be honest with ourselves and examine our hearts and look at the actual circumstance vs just our feelings.
The first thing rejection does is tear down your self-esteem.
Learn to not take rejection personally and check your heart and your spirit.
When we take rejection personally, we’re looking for acceptance in the wrong places.
We have to be honest with ourselves and ask God to reveal things to us so that we can learn from the rejection that we feel and why we feel rejected and learn to deal with it.
The enemy uses rejection to stop us from having healthy relationships and community.
Be aware of the rejection you feel because if you don’t deal with it, it can lead to resentment.
You should never change who you are to be accepted by others, embrace who you are and your gifts and strengths.
The first step to conquering rejection is to have zero tolerance for self-criticism.
Step 2 is to focus on your self-worth.
Invest in your connections.

In this episode, we share the difference between passion and purpose. We share personal stories of how we have developed different passions and how we discovered our purpose. I think we can all agree that we desire to know what our purpose is and want to develop our passions.
Key Takeaways:
Passion is when you have an interest or a strong desire.
Passion is a form of suffering because we are willing to make the sacrifice to pursue it.
It’s important to identify what your passions are so that you can begin to develop and cultivate them.
When you have true passion, you’re going to enjoy doing it which will eventually fulfill your purpose.
Purpose is the conviction that what you’re doing matters because its connected to the well-being of others.
Purpose is the “why” behind your passion to make a difference and impact others.
Purpose is more powerful than passion because you can lose your passion and it can fade away, but your purpose never fades away.
You have to make your purpose a priority and make the sacrifices that need to be made in order to pursue your purpose.
You’re vision correlates with your purpose.
It’s our responsibility to water and nurture our passions and discover our own purpose.

In this episode, we talk about how to receive God’s, unconditional love. We share our personal testimonies of how we viewed love and the different stages of love that we had to experience and our different views of love. You don’t need a partner or a spouse to define your calling or your purpose. When you’re in a relationship you take on different roles and you learn how to compromise. You have to be whole yourself before entering into a relationship and God wants you to pursue a relationship with Him first so that you can receive His eternal love.
Key Takeaways:
God’s unconditional love is available for us we just need to receive His love.
We need to learn how to love ourselves and know what our gifts our and cultivate who we are in Christ.
Don’t put God in a box and His purpose and plans for you.
It’s important to cultivate your relationship with Christ so that you be fulfilled in His love.
Be careful to put your vision in a box because you don’t see it happening, trust God to bring that vision to pass when you’re ready and God can trust you with the next step towards your vision.
Read 1 John 4:7-8
You were created out of love and to be loved by Him.
God’s love is not restricted to anyone.
He wants to expand His love in your life and bless you.
Take time to self-reflect on how you receive love.
Stop self-sabotaging yourself and believing the life that you don’t deserve true love.
You are called to be equally yoked with your spouse.
We need to prioritize our relationship with God over every other relationship.
It is our responsibility to pursue God, He is always there and will meet us where we’re at.

In this episode, we talk about how to anchor yourself in God’s love. We have our special guest interview with Belinda Garcia, she is an entrepreneur, hairstylist, wife, and mom. She gets very vulnerable about how she started pursuing her dream and vision to own her own salon and the obstacles she had to overcome in order to pursue her vision but most importantly how to anchor herself in God’s love.
Key Takeaways:
She opens up about how she grew up with her parents inspiring her to work hard to pursue her dreams.
She shared how becoming a mom inspired her to be even more successful so that she would be a great example to her daughter as well.
One of the biggest hurdles she faced was getting married and moving out of her hometown and having to learn how to start all over in a new state.
She had to learn how to set boundaries for her marriage and her business.
It was in her marriage that she learned how to set boundaries and to have more grace.
She had to pause her career to focus on her marriage, and through that season she began to truly understand how to anchor herself in God’s love before anything else.
It started with setting personal boundaries for herself and finding her first love in Christ.
She had found her identity in her marriage and had a spirit of fear and was trying to control everything in her marriage but ended up putting her husband before God.
Her breakthrough came when she was tired of trying to do it on her own and she had to lay down her marriage before God and she pursued the heart of God and put Him first before anything else and had to get alone with God.
She shares how she had to surrender everything to God and trust Him and she never stopped praying for her husband. When she started getting involved with her church and found community she started seeing the change and growth in her marriage.
God opened the doors for her and her husband to reconcile and restore their marriage and at the same time, they opened up and started their own business and opened their salon together.
She recommends writing down your goals and continuing to look at them and keeping them at the forefront of your mind.
Recommends reading the book “Boundaries” by John Townsend and Henry Cloud.

In this episode, we talk about learning how to love yourself and take time for self-love aka self-care. We share the importance of filling yourself up and recharging yourself before you pour into anyone else.
Key Takeaways:
You have to have a relationship with yourself and take care of yourself first.
Self-care and self-love recharge you so that you can take a break and learn to rest.
You have to coach yourself and talk to yourself
Love God, and love your neighbor as you love yourself. You have to learn to love yourself the way God loves you.
You must take responsibility for your own rest.
It takes intentionality to purposely make time for yourself.
It’s important to be self-aware of when you need to take the time to slow down and take a break so that you don’t burn out.
Self-awareness brings accountability.
Self-care can be as simple as coffee! What are the things that fill your love tank?
How do you feel loved the most? What are your love languages?
Seek God and be intentional about quiet time with God so that you can release things and be able to recharge yourself.
Read 1 Corinthians 13 about what love truly is.

In this episode, we get to interview our first guest Hannah Crews, she is an influencer, video creator, wife, mom, leader, and boss lady. We can’t wait to hear her story about her humble beginnings and how she transitioned from different seasons to where she is now.
Key Takeaways:
What motivated you the most to pursue your success? If you don’t use your gift then God will use someone else who is willing to use their gift. Use it or lose it.
She had to physically dive into the word of God and know who she is in Christ Jesus and actually believe the word of God before she started seeing God transition her into a new season using her gifts and living a fulfilled life.
It’s important to pursue the word and study it and put it into action.
Start your success by celebrating your small wins and compounding them together consistently.
+“Success is a series of really small wins.”- Dr. Phil
Add one new small win every day, aka “having your kitchen clean everyday!”
How did you implement boundaries in order to see your success? She recognized that she couldn’t be responsible for anyone else’s opinions and accepted that not everyone is going to like her. You have to get to a place where you’re not living for anyone else but you’re called to live to please God not everyone else.
Your calling and purpose aren’t going to include everyone in your life.
You are not defined by what has happened to you and what you have gone through; you're called to live an extraordinary life.
When you have a vision and you have the burning desire to pursue it, make sure that no one or anything discourages you to start going after it.
Whatever your big vision is, start to surround yourself with people who are already doing it begin to learn from them, and volunteer to do the things that no one else wants to do.
The best 2 things that you can implement in your life to level up is to have a vision board that you see every day and live unoffended.

In this episode, we share how we deal with “Fear of the Unknown” and how you can face fear every day with the word of God.
Key Takeaways:
Fear comes from the enemy and is not of God, it causes you pain and threatens you.
Fear is the most repeated command in the bible, there are 365 verses on fear to meditate on every day of the year.
You deal with fear through the power of FAITH- which is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)
You have to face your fears both physically and spiritually.
The first step to facing fear is to call it out and to be aware of it and talk about it.
Take time to let it out and release the grip of fear from you, because you have the authority over what holds you.
Today is the day of salvation which is our freedom, we have the power and authority to live in freedom.
You do not have to fear because God is with you at all times. (Isaiah 41:10)
Combat the fear with faith and the word of God.
Faith comes from hearing the word of God.
