A whole new energy is going to be brought into the program as Oklahoma State hires David Taylor to be the next head coach of the legendary program. Taylor is a three time world champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, and has been the #1 pound-for-pound wrestler in the world for the past 5 years. He will bring his high pace philosophy to Stillwater, marking only the second time in program history that somebody that didn't wrestle at Oklahoma State will be the head coach. I've got a lot of problems with you people, and now, you're going to hear about it!
Final episode of 2021. Recapping the big mountain road trip for the Pokes, who probably expected the Rockies to be a bit rockier. John Denver is full of it!
Also national title convos, recruiting convos, and more!
Pokes are wrestling at Air Force and at Wyoming on the same day... and driving the nearly 200 miles between the two schools to achieve this... and then heading over to the other side of the Rockies to take on the Utah Valley Wolverines. Should be a great weekend of OSU wrestling!
An eventful Bedlam dual took place on Sunday! Including some extracurriculars from a couple of the athletes. Pokes extend their dominance in the rivalry.
What does Bedlam mean to you? To Oklahoma? To wrestling in general? A rivalry matchup between two of the 5 greatest programs in the sport... very lopsided, but tons of fun. Does it matter? What does the future hold for the rivalry? Let's talk about it.
Let's also talk about how much the Pokes are going to beat the sooners by on Sunday.
Dual is at 5pm CST. Tickets are $15 at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, OK. National broadcast will be on ESPNU.
It's Bedlam week! And that is all that is going on. Discussing the current state of the rivalry, where it should be, where it could be, and what might need to happen to reignite some passion in this thing.

OSU signed their 2022 Recruiting Class, and picked up their first two commitments of the 2023 class. How in youth development in Oklahoma going? Discussed in this episode!
Pokes took an opportunity to dominate an overmatched opponent and just absolutely capitalized on it. Recapping the 45-0 shutout. Also some discussion on the wrestling team's appearance in the Bedlam football game.
West Philadelphia, born and raised, and then sent to Stillwater, Oklahoma to get taught a lesson in fighting on basketball courts. Previewing the Drexel dual.
Also, is Jordan Burroughs the new GOAT of American freestyle wrestling? Or is it still John W. Smith?
Also also, Yojiro Uetake is hands down one of the two greatest NCAA wrestlers of all time. Why do people think that Dan Gable was better? Because Iowa creates their own history narratives. Disproving that notion in this episode.
