Stephanie Simmons, the Executive Director for the Mitchell County Regional Medical Foundation, describes how she's flexed her skillset and leadership through her past and what lead her to Beloit.  She highlights some of the successful projects she's had to opportunity to be a part of and what the vision for the future holds. Her passion for rural health and creating more leaders through the work that she does is contagious.

Carol Cordel interviews Michelle Heidrick who shares stories of her roles in Mitchell County throughout the years.  She speaks about the importance of growth in our rural communities and how it requires well rounded individuals who see a lot of different areas and even if they don't agree on how it should be, they can listen and give other people the right to speak their opinion.  Michelle gives us some tips on how to get involved with volunteerism and do things that bring you happiness.
