Hello there lovely people💕💕🎉 this here is our first episode on the journey with The Lord and it details the importance of being honest with ourselves because I felt it imperative to outline the need to be open and truthful with ourselves before even discussing this journey because otherwise we won't learn anything or be able to adopt it. This is a discussion on how we are given a choice to follow the Lord in our lives and depend on him and contains examples of scenarios where there is evidence that there are times when things are beyond what we think we can control and understand therefore need help from the one who made everything. Remember, creation itself cannot drive and maintain itself as it may not understand completely how it was constructed and the different things it may encounter. The good thing is that The Creator has all this information. We just have to seek him but we can't seek what we don't think we need and in order to see if we really believe if we need him we need to be transparent. It's important to our journey. ❤️❤️Enjoy!!!!! 🎉🎉

Hey there🥰🥰in this Episode I decided to base my discussion on all the different follow up questions and contributions some of you had after the first two episodes of this topic and it fit under the bracket of the Importance of starting to live and view things realistically. I talk about the need to accept that we have positive attributes but also negative ones and how this honest acknowledgement would help us live more positively and in harmony with one another. I also focus extensively on the guilt and shame that results from our lack of Realism and its effects to our self value and view on worth. I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to share so others may hear! 🎉🎉(I will not post episodes for a bit due to exams but looking forward to seeing you all after their done!)

Hello there 🥰🥰welcome back to Kitana's Introspection and in this episode we continue on the topic of the Education System particularly focusing on the reasons why it's vital to change some aspects of it. In this episode I talk about the insistent goal of trying to haul imminent futures', into the present in ways which our earth and environment, mental capacity and emotional capacity and even development are not ready to sustain. I discuss the issues that come with leading with education and not pairing it with innovation and imagination because of lack of belief that we have the capacity of improving and living fulfilled lives even without education. Included is an interesting story that will have you thinking. Hope you enjoy 🎉🎉🎉don't forget to interact with me and share!

Hello there welcome back to Kitana's Introspection 🤗🤗 In this episode we start our second topic which is the Education System. We define the difference between learning and being educated, acknowledge the good and bad effects of it and I explore the different ways in which our education system elevates sophistication, intelligence and development, usually at the expense of natural talent and creativity instead of working alongside it. I discuss the different ways this has come to be and why this has a detrimental effect. Please note that people do have different perspectives so I hope you attempt to understand mine and also share yours respectively so that we can all grow in our understanding 👨👩👧👦👥👣 (You can send voice messages to me by clicking the message icon on the website for any topic ideas or contributions or different POVs).

Following that is our first topic which discusses in particular the misconceptions of body positivity and image and here I'll be getting into detail about the acceptance, appreciation and respect that we should all view our different bodies in their respective sizes, shapes, colours, abilities and ages.
