God wants to reclaim our hearts. He actually wants to give us a new one. One that mirrors His. In Ezekiel 36:26 God promises us a new heart, He says “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you, And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” God calls the heart we have stony, meaning its unfeeling, cruel, lacks sympathy, brutal, harsh and so much more. There is a serious need for God to replace our hearts with His heart. The Heart that feels tenderly , sympathetic and kind. The heart of His original intent.

Today i want to talk about our purpose. I want to discuss how much your being here is important to God, important to your peers, and should be important to you.
Our purpose is specially fitted for us and it is the reason we exist. Its God’s need of us. Our purpose was set with a goal to be achieved. It’s based of off what God wants to accomplish here in the earth and its aimed toward a target of finishing and not just finishing but finishing whole. His desire is that we end up mentally and emotionally sound, restored and healed from the effects and traumas of this life.
Ephesians 2:10
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do.” God prepared our purpose ahead of time before we were born He is not just making it up as we go along. Nope, our life was well thought out.
When God made us He imparted a specific quality in us. In the process of forming us He has fitted us for the task at hand. He made us competent to do so and He will provide the training, skill and ability needed to perform well.
You must understand that no one can work your purpose like you can. You were specifically made for the life your now living. Its like a puzzle. We know that every puzzle piece is needed in order to see the complete image of the puzzle. Well your piece of the puzzle is important , you might be an end piece, a center piece or a side piece all the puzzle pieces matter. Imagine a puzzle with you missing. This is exactly why I need you to understand that your purpose is important.
We accomplish our purpose gradually the more we develop and mature. We all have a God given purpose in this life. God has sent each of us here with a specific goal in mind.
I mean look at Pharaoh, even he had a purpose. God used him to demonstrate His power to the children of Israel and the Egyptians. No one was sent here without a job to do. You may not know what it is yet but trust me you’ll soon find out if you keep on living.
Gods intentions for us is huge, His expectations of us are many and He desires that we learn to trust Him along the way. Now that you know what purpose is lets talk about the course. The course is a series of events that happen in our life that lead us towards our purpose.
Gods intention is for us is to complete the course. He designed it for us before we were ever born. Our course is the outline of our life.
The way God showed me the course is a line graph you (know )with points on it. In order to get from one point to the next you have to learn the lesson designed for you to advance to the next point. You can not skip points or jump ahead. The more you learn, the more you grow , the more you’ll progress ,the further you’ll advance, the more Gods plan will unfold and become clearer little by little. You can't roll a dice and skip two spaces while on the course because you need what you learned at the last point to make it in the next point.
Events in our life are going to take place that are designed to teach us important lessons. Its the progressive steps we take while on the course that matures us and causes us to grow into the men and women God designed us to be. The purpose of the course of life is transformation. As we travel through the events of life we are set to encounter things that shape and mold us in order to produce a certain outcome.
How many of us have seen the Wizard of Oz? They all started out following the course (yellow brick road) in hopes of finding something that was already within them. Through the course of our lives we will find out that God has placed little treasures inside of us to be be unveiled along on the way. Everything you need to succeed on the course of life has already been placed inside of you. However it must be activated. Activation comes through trials and test. Its like an olive. In order for us to get olive oil the olive has to be pressed down by weight to get what's inside of it out. The trails of life are factored into our course. Yes, we will go through tough trials while on the course but trust me you were built to handle the pressure. Pressure must be applied to make us uncomfortable enough to move from where we are to where we need to be.
One thing I want you to know is that God had a purpose in mind when He created you. He did not haphazardly create you. You are A work of art and His intentions for you are great. God has an active plan in place for you , to to help you achieve. His plan is activated when your working in what you were sent here to do. This plan was worked out in advance. So basically its fool proof, the kinks are already worked out and you have full access to travel. But don’t think for one moment that you are alone (Nope)God is on this path with you. Sometimes leading, sometimes beside you holding your hand, sometimes pushing you from behind, but Rest assured , that He is always near. He is always watching.
All of our efforts during the course of our life should be aimed towards completing. Paul says it like this in 1 Corinthians 9:24 “You know that in a race all the runners run. But only one gets the prize. So run like that. Run to win!” He also goes on to say “So I do not run without a goal. I fight like a boxer who is hitting something—not just the air.” "Christian Standard Bible"
Every effort we make to progress is for the gradual betterment of ourselves. God wants us to reach moral excellence but in order to do that Our conduct must change.
Life is a process, that we all get to experience gradually. Part of life is growing and responding to change. We can not change the circumstances that we encounter but we can change how we respond to them. God doesn’t change your circumstance, He changes the way you think about it. He wants you on top of it not underneath.
God wants us to have power over things that once had power over us. Bad things don’t happen in your life just because God has nothing better to do. No its purposeful. Look closely at the situation and identify the opportunity to grow from it. “Romans 8:28 CSB We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.”
“Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began.”

For those of you that think your not qualified to do what God is calling you do, THINK AGAIN. You were hand made by the Master Artisan Himself. Before you had Hair, Skin, bones, and Personality, God created you in His mind. He literally imagined you from scratch. He wrote about you before there was ever a physical you. You have to know that you are on Gods mind. A parent could never fully leave their child to fend for themselves no matter the age. God is waiting for you to acknowledge that you need Him, that you have purpose in the earth, and realize someone else is relying on you to walk into your purpose because your assigned to help them along the the way. No one has the power to take away from you what God has already established even if that somebody is you!
You were born chosen to be be used by God. If you never got saved you would still be chosen. Some of you may be saying I’ve messed up to bad in my life to be used or I’m not qualified not so…. God is waiting for you. He is not concerned about the things you have done or didn’t do. All He see’s is His child.
