I talk about parenting, emotional health, relationships, health, money, spirituality, career and more. I want to question everything we’ve always done, so we can step into potentials of what can be done instead.
Controversial Belief: I believe I can offer services for free and receive blessings in return that are a match for the frequency I share. I believe even if I don’t receive a monetary value exchange from a “customer,” I will always receive something - by some means - that is a match for the value I feel I’m providing.
The more excited I am about the value I bring to the world, the more blessing I welcome - even if they don’t come in the form of “earned compensation” from a “customer.”

Wondering what’s possible in new energy and more and more people decide they don’t want to be told how to live, don’t want to be controlled in order to keep comfortable ways of life. I believe in a future where value exchange is understood, and if what your offering doesn’t come from integrity and doesn’t come from the heart, people are going to walk right out the door.

Didn’t mean to create 2 parenting episodes in a row, but here we are.
Three parts to address in this episode:
1. Holding space for our own emotions and our kids emotions when tantrums happen.
2. Giving ourselves grace when we wish we would have handled the situation better.
3. Ditching any societal norms that hold us back from giving ourselves and/or our kids what we need to promote emotional health and healing.

Beginning by questioning hierarchy within parenting. I encourage parents to stop making kids responsible for the emotional response in adults. I encourage we the parents to begin to see ourselves as guides to these children instead of superiors who control them.
