Dr. Homaira Nawabi is an Associate Professor and is in charge of Inserm Research at the Grenoble Institute of Neuroscience (GIN - Inserm / UGA). The research team she leads is interested in repairing the nervous system.
She defended her PhD in 2009 on Commissural Axonal Guidance (Semaphorin 3B Midline Signal Sensitization Mechanisms). She moved to Boston as a Postdoctoral fellow in Zhigang He's lab (Boston Children's Hospital-Harvard Medical School) and used proteomics to uncover new players in central nervous system regeneration.

Dr. Fabienne Agasse is a lecturer, professor and neuroscientist. She is a member of the Team "Neural progenitors and brain pathologies" at the Institute of Neuroscience in Grenoble. Her PhD was defended in 2005: Modulation by cerebral diffuse factors of neurogenesis in rat subcutaneous cell (SVZ) cell cultures.
Dr. Fabien Lanté is a professor at UGA and neuroscientist. He is a member of the "Neuropathologies and synaptic dysfunction" team at the Grenoble Institute of Neurosciences. His PhD was defended in 2006: Contribution to the study of synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus: a new form of long-term potentiation and study of the consequences of prenatal stress. He also directed the thesis Alzheimer's disease: Extracellular and intracellular impact of β-amyloid peptide on glutamatergic synaptic transmission.
