In this episode of AJCD Communicators Podcast, we will be reading and discussing the final three chapters of Ellie Wiesel's Night.
In this episode, we will be reviewing the "Shut The Door" speech by Srnator Ellison DuRant Smith. Like in our previous podcast about the Andrew Jackson speech, we will be talking about the speech and looking for examples of dehumanization given by the senator.
In this podcast, we will be looking over and discussing Andrew Jackson's speech to Congress on the Indian Removal Act of 1830. We will be looking for examples of dehumanization with examples from his speech and talking about how it compares to today and how bad it is in reality. we will also discuss how manipulative he is and how he was able to convince the American people and the Native Americans how this would benefit both of them, when really, it only made it worse for the Native Americans.
This is the second episode into our deep dive of Ellie Wiesel's Night. In this episode, will be going over and discussing our thoughts and looking into some real life examples and questions of chapters 4 through about half of chapter 6.
In this episode of the AJCD Communicators Podcast, we will be talking about and discussing the Dunning-Krueger effect. We will be looking at some real world examples, as well as our opinions and some things that we've noticed about it in our lives, and things that have to do with teenagers and people in today's society.
