Most business have seen the government communications and messaging on the UK Transition period – essentially, time is running out. The Government messaging is very clear: check, change, go.
But what do you need to check and change? Most businesses will have undertaken a fairly extensive GDPR project when GDPR came into force in May 2018 but there is now a requirement to revisit the work that was undertaken to be GDPR compliant back then, to ensure that you will remain compliant after the transition period.
