Katie invents a story about Anne, a story which suits Katie's world, but what would she do, and feel, when she discovers the truth? The story focuses around Katie's eye opening experiences and her search for place and meaning in the new world she slowly discovers. Glaspell's usual charm and witty observation, this book is a wonderful read. It could also be of interest to fans of Virginia Woolf's "Night And Day."
