Expedition 8 (Polestar): available from January 5th to January 18th.
Polestar offers Travelers the chance to embark on an interstellar cruise. Repair the freighter’s unique technology, uncover its mysterious past, and journey across the galaxy at its helm.

After purchasing them, just go to your “Owned games” and select the game which you bought the DLCs for. All of them can be then found in the “Extras” tab on your owned game page.
You don’t need to do anything more. When installing a game, all available DLCs from your account will be downloaded by default. However if you’d like to have some of them not installed with the game, just click the configuration button (right of the “Install”), go to “Manage installation” then “Configure…” and then “DLC” tab. There, just hand select installments you’d like to automatically download with the base game.

But that’s not all. Yesterday, on November 20th, we’ve been celebrating 10th anniversary of Hitman: Absolution - a beloved entry in IO Interactive’s biggest series. As part of that celebration we’d like you to revisit 3 of our favourite missions that await us in Absolution! Let’s take a look at what Agent 47 has been up to this time. And be warned, spoilers ahead!
Death Factory
12th mission in the game, consisting of 3 segments: Test Facility, Decontamination, and R&D. In the previous mission, 47 infiltrated Dexter Industries, and uncovered the secret R&D Facility, where Victoria (genetically enhanced teenage girl who has similar origins to that of Agent 47) was experimented on recently. Inside, he targets Marcus Green, an explosives developer, Raymond Valentine, an arms developer, Warren Ashford, the bio-engineer in charge of examining Victoria, and all researchers in the facility. Why do we like it? It’s a really cool location and it allows us to carry out some of the most creative assassinations in the whole series.
Shaving Lenny
Mission nine. After successfully retrieving Agent’s 47 signature Silverballers, we make our way to where Lenny Dexter, the son of the CEO of Dexter Industries and the leader of the Hope Cougars gang could be found: downtown Hope. In order to extract the location of Victoria and simultaneously thwart the Cougars' plan to conspire against Dexter Industries, we have to eliminate their entire roster and kidnap Lenny himself. It provides us with a nice wide open-area approach in Streets of Hope and it brings immense satisfaction to get rid off the gang that is very much disliked by most people in Hope.
King Of Chinatown
The King of Chinatown is the second mission of Hitman: Absolution and it consists of a single segment, Chinatown Square. You probably saw this one coming as it is an absolute fan favourite. The scenario takes place in Chinatown in Chicago, Illinois. Birdie, an informant, asks Agent 47 to kill an up-and-coming local gangster known as the King. While it does offer us an interesting open area and a multitude of creative ways to eliminate our targets, what makes it amazing is the sheer atmosphere and the production value. True Hitman experience.

First of all, Point & Click games were a product of their era and were guided by limited technology. That however didn’t stop them from becoming the backbone of any adventure games and making us spend countless hours playing them, whether that was back in the day or…now. Because without a doubt the genre is at the pick of its modern, nostalgia-driven revival.
There could be many reasons for that - they, for one, don’t push you into jumping into the tornado of endless action, instead they focus on giving you a moment for analysis, rewarding decision-making and puzzle-oriented experience. Something opposite of the playstyle that we were bombarded by in the last decade or more. Point & Clicks test your intelligence but more importantly they do it in a very fun way. The whole genre is full of endearing characters, self-aware humor, subtexts of all kinds, situations that wink at the player and overall enthralling tales that sit in our memory not because something had the most photorealistic graphics or most unique character design yet. They stay with us, because they take us through a journey that because of its slow pace and detailed scene-to-scene storytelling makes us feel appreciated as its players.

Every journey changes the point of view – it grows with the traveller. And Space Tail: Every Journey Leads Home is no exception. This 2.5D adventure platformer immerses the player in a deep, emotional plot, and lets him explore new planets and interact with alien civilizations.
It tells a story about self-exploration, transformation and understanding the world around us. The plot of the game is inspired by real events, when people began their conquest of space by sending animals to the stars. First animal to do so was a dog named Laika, as it is no coincidence that Space Tail: Every Journey Leads Home is available on GOG on the exact 65th anniversary of that event!
Space Tail serves as a kind of tribute to all the animals that paved the way for humans to go into space. Most of them - the first astronauts, did not survive the journey. This story tells of the adventures of a dog named Bea, who... managed to beat the odds.
Bea is a cheerful and courageous character, but the player must remember that she is just a... dog. She has all the characteristics of a mongrel - she barks, likes to chase her own tail, and learns about the world through her senses. Bea can sniff, listen and observe. These are the main mechanics of detective mode which will help her in exploring and understanding her environment.
Our furry protagonist travels through space discovering more planets. Each planet is different and has its specific inhabitants, who can either become friends of the main character or be very unfriendly towards her. We are convinced that exploring this amazing world together with Bea will give the player a lot of satisfaction and pleasure.
