Iñigo Leon is originally from Mexico City and lived all his life there until going to study university at IE University in Madrid, when he was 10 years old he started racing go-karts and evolved in the racing segment until getting to Formula 4 racing. After his retirement he had so much time so he decided to start a business with a friend (selling Spikeball sets), he liked so much a sport called Roundness that he began the Mexican Roundness Federation with a group of 4 enthusiasts of the sport. He´s currently studying in Madrid and making his V.P. roles in the federation while starting a new business about slacklines.

He is the current director of Individual giving at Let's get ready and has been for some years the Annual Given Officer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. To begin the month of May, we have Hector Alderete, a professional basketball player playing in the Movistar Estudiantes team. Nicknamed Ettore by his teammates, he had a severe injury two years ago in the ACL after accomplishing one of his dreams since he was young: playing with the ACB team. After ten months of recovery, he went back to the court, and again the same injury happened for the second time, making him quit basketball for another year, causing him immense frustration. However, his positive mindset makes him value what he has, a great experience playing basketball. He did not know if he could play basketball again or not, but what he knows is that he wants to play basketball as it is the last day of his life. In the interview, we will hear his thoughts about positivism and how he transformed his frustration into an ally. This month, Ettore will be joining us as a shifter.
