Our culture tells us we have to show the best version of ourselves to everyone and hide the real parts of ourselves, especially in our struggles. Or we expose ourselves on social media for the wrong motives to get attention and have everyone have a pity party for us. God says he wants the real version of you. The parts and feelings that you keep hidden from everyone else because he doesn't want to judge you from it, but he wants to free you from it. In this episode I'll be talking about the significance in showing God the 100% authentic version of yourself.

God's plan is where we want to be because in his plan we will find his presence, and in his presence we will find rest and peace for our souls. We should align ourselves with his plan rather than our own plans which causes anxiety, depression, emptiness, resentment towards God, and eventually our own destruction. In this episode I'll be discussing the importance and freedom of living in God's plan along with how to align ourselves with his plan.

We fall into the trap of comparison so many times by comparing our lives to other people's lives and it often leads to depression, anxiety, jealousy, and anger. In this episode we're going to look at how God says we should handle comparison by comparing ourselves to Christ rather than comparing ourselves to another person, and using that comparison for growth and correction to lead us towards God's Will for us. There we will find rest and comfort.
