Weightlifting is the ultimate test of raw strength. Let's start with the fact that Emily is a European Champion. 2 golds and a silver for Britain back in April, her 276kg total set a new European and Commonwealth record. I love Emily's story. She had started in athletic hammer and shot at national level. And picked up weightlifting 5 and a bit years ago in order to get er body in better condition for her athletics. Now she's competing for Great Britain at the OIympics. And by the way, as the first women in Team GB in the Super Heavyweight category. A phenomenal athlete!

Interview of 10 questions to suss out the state of the women's game in para-canoeing. Charlotte Henshaw's first athletic career was in para-swimming, with silver at the London Paralympic Games, and bronze in Rio. Para-canoeing was added to the Paralympics in 2016. And in 2017 Charlotte made the switch to train as a para-canoeist. She is already a 3x World Champion, and heading towards what could be her 4th Paralympic Games (first time competing in para-canoe) in Tokyo.

Helen Scott MBE rides in tandem sprint events, as the pilot to a para-athlete (stoker).  With her cycle partners she has won silver and bronze at the Paralympics London 2012 (with Aileen McGlynn).  And took gold breaking a Paralympic record in Rio 2016 (with Sophie Thornhill).  Also with Sophie, she won double gold at the Commonwealth Games 2018.
 With the many glittering medals behind her, Helen is going to be competing with a new partner at the Tokyo Paralympics.

Lucy Adams has been essential to the development of women's skateboarding in the UK.
She was England's first professional female skateboarder and had started in 1997 when it was rare to see another girl at a skatepark.
Recently she has stepped down as Chair of Skateboard England and Skateboard UK, now acting as Progression Project Lead.
She's working closely with Sky Brown who is TeamGB's hopeful for Olympic glory at skateboarding's debut in this year's Games.
