In Savvy Sheep, we take a look at particular trends and false teachings that are doing the rounds in the church around the world. As the sheep of the good Shepherd, we want to be faithful and true to His guidance and not be swept away by enticing, deceitful false doctrine. Join us in this series as we learn about the truth of God, uncorrupted by the thoughts and opinions of man.
The topic of justice is very popular and influential both inside and outside of it. With the advent of the rise in social justice movements all around the world, we as Christians have an urgent need to go back to the Scriptures and get God’s perspective on what true justice looks like. In this session we tackle the question of how we can apply biblical notions of justice in the modern world.
In part 2 on the topic of justice and in this session we look at some of the very strong influences of the social justice movement on the Church. We evaluate what the true mission of the church is and how justice fits into that as well as unpack some of the unbiblical notions of justice that have crept into the Church.
