2000 and nine got to be one of the most underrated double XL freshman classes we've ever had. That one included wail B. O. B. Say what you want about him. But he had a lot of mainstream success and he was actually a pretty decent rapper. Just turned out to be a fucking idiot. Uh And then we got blue ace hood currency kid Cutty, you know, I don't gotta explain kid Cuddy and his huge influence on hip hop. And then we got the 2014 double X. L. Freshman class which is also filled with a bunch of talented as rappers. We got chance, the rapper, Rich, homie, quan, Isaiah, Rashad, ty dolla sign kevin Gates vic, MENSA, john Connor Jared and benton. I mean the list explains itself. The 2013 double XL freshman class was stacked as fun too. I mean you got schoolboy Q Joey, badass, absolute action, Bronson logic. Travis scott dizzy. Right chief keef. I mean that list is just insane. 2010 and 2011 gotta be the best one. So like 2010 we had the goat, J. Cole, Nipsey, hustle Freddie gibbs, Big sean wiz, khalifa J Rock. And then 2011 you got meek mill, big krit si hei, Yellow Wolf, you know, he used to be good mac Miller YG and the Goat Kendrick Lamar. I mean you can't go wrong with the 2010 and 2011 freshman classes

a top five hip hop producers list is not valid unless you've got timberland in there. That's why he sneaks in my number five spot. Just one of the most versatile producers I've ever heard and got classics on classics in each genre. He's produced for number four. I got no I d he's been able to adapt his sound throughout the decades. He's produced You know, all the way from from commons debut album to 444, which is one of my favorite albums of all time. I just gotta put him in there at least at number four. Number three I have DJ Premier. I feel like you can't really have a top three goaded producers list without including DJ Premier. He's just so incredibly influential from illmatic to prime. You can't have a list without him. Now, number two, producer of all time, I gotta give it to Kanye West and now the reason I don't have him above dr dre, which is my number one go to producer of all time is because I feel like Kanye doesn't have an album as well produced as the chronic or the chronic 2000 and One. Now, before you disagree with me, I challenge you to roll up a blunt smoke and listen to the chronic 2001 and tell me that Connie has an album better produced than that album. Also just beats aside the influence and impact of dr dre on hip hop and pop culture as a whole is completely unfunny king matched. Dr dre is the goat

now when a big rapper is about to drop an album, some of the best promotion they can do is get a new haircut or a new hairstyle. They hear Me out Eminem when he dropped The Marshall Mathers LP two, What did he do? He dyed his hair blond and it got people talking. People were like holy sh it slim Shady's back, I gotta check this album out and then went on to sell like, I don't know, 700001st week Crazy Drake with Clb about a week or two before he dropped the album, What did he do? He posted a selfie with the like white dude haircut with the heart shaved in it. People got talking, they're like holy sh it drake looks like a fucking idiot but it got people talking and then Clb went to sell like what 600 K. 1st week? Also not even just from a sales perspective, we got artists like Denzel curry, he shaved his head and grew out like lisa Simpson hair and people were like huh maybe he's taking a new approach to this new album, he's dropping got people talking about the album and finally our humble king J. Cole will not would not be known as our humble king without growing out his hair. And I'm telling you if he drops let's say the fall off, like he's expected to with a new haircut, he's got to post a picture of that new haircut a week before and people will start talking about it

drake is most definitely capable of making an album at the quality level of nothing was the same. Or if you're reading this, it's too late again. I definitely think you can do that. But he won't do that if he keeps seeing his albums selling incredibly well which they are ClB sold 600 K. 1st week. Now if he keeps seeing that 600 K. 1st week, every time he drops an album, there's no way he drops an album at the level of nothing was the same ever again because he sees that the mediocre quality appeals to the masses and he just thinks to himself, why would I try harder if I can sell just as much without trying half as much. Now, I can't say that I blame drake, I would probably do the same thing if I was in his position at this point in my career, I have if I have been in the game for at least 10 years And I'm selling 600 k. 1st week and I don't have to put any effort in whatsoever. Yeah, I'm doing the same thing too. However, I am not drake, I am a drake fan and as a drake fan, it is pretty sad to see his career go down this path, even though I like, you know a few of the ClB songs I want to see him do better and I feel like it's not too late. He just needs to realize that while he is selling a lot of records. I feel like he's letting down the longtime fans such as myself

What's up guys? I'm going to be quickly talking about my top three albums this year um which are also the albums that have been heavily in my rotation, pretty much what I've been listening to the most so far this year. So we got to start off Kendricks Mr morale and the Big Steppers. I don't know man, I haven't been able to stop listening to it. I know it's only been about a week but it's been in my rotation consistently since it dropped. Its personal, it's experimental and it's replayable as fuck. I don't plan on stopping listening to it anytime soon. Um Production on N 95 Rich Spirit. Mr Morales, the whole album is just insane. Uh Don FM by the weekend that dropped in february. I believe I if you follow me on twitter, you already know this, but I have not been able to stop listening to it, it's just so consistent, you can't really just listen to one song, you gotta listen to it front to back every time. It's crazy. And yeah man, Also shout out to Denzel curry, I feel like ever since Kendrick dropped and Future dropped, he's been kind of left in the Shadows, but he dropped a really solid album man. It's it's it's a masterpiece, It might be too early to say that, but it's been heavily in my rotation, Just the production, the message, the lyrics all insane. He knocked it out of the park with that one, so definitely check out these three albums, if you haven't already
