She brings her expertise to the table as we tackle the subject of feelings and emotions. How society and our own family upbringing affects how we transmit our feelings onto the world, and how it affects our mental, physical, and spiritual state of being.
Having integrity in your life is important. Having integrity with yourself is all. I discuss the importance of integrity and how it was missing from my life. As well as the root cause of why it was missing from my life, and how I am dealing with it.
This episode I tackle communication in relationships from my point of view. Things I have struggled with in the past, and some that I still struggle with. What is your biggest communication obstacle? Then I discuss what it means for me to be "unapologetic".
