On this Election Special Episode, Faith in the City sits down with 23 Year old Jayde Edwards Advocate for Social Change and Political Activist Jayde Edwards. Jayde is the youngest female conservative councillor to ever stand in Croydon and was recognised for running one of the largest youth led political campaign with over 250 young people under the age of 25 was in attendance in 2019.

• Has influenced and educated hundreds of young people across the UK on the importance of using their voice to create social change.

Today we sit down with Rebecca and Gabriella - two inspiring young professionals who both had difficult starts at school and college but proceeding to have successful careers in the the Financial Services Industry. Rebecca ex-Operations Analyst at Man Group Asset Management, started off as an Apprenticeship Programme and went on to become part of the firm's London Diversity & Inclusion Working Group. She was also a member of the firm’s Black Employees and Allies at Man (BEAM) network for Black professionals, and a founding member of the firm’s NextGen network for early career professionals. Also, Gabriella Koker who despite leaving secondary school with just 2 GCSEs and failing college went on to Graduate from University with a 2.1 and working roles in Trade and Data at London Stock Exchange and recently joined Brewin Dolphin one of the Largest British Wealth Management company as a Client Reporting Administrator.
