Reflection episodes are back! And so are life updates!

Today we chill in a new park at sunset and discuss our current opinions on male and female roles in our society.

What roles do we have inside our relationship?

Are roles given to us or do they appear naturally due to our biology?

Should Nuno "toughen up" and Sofia "soften up"?

Share your experience with us ;)Follow us on Instagram @entropy_hourglass

New Entropy Hourglass season, new city, new crisis... Sofia and Nuno are changing in a lot of ways. The 3-year itch (it's a thing, look it up) is a moment of defining individuality within the relationship, where you decide who you want to be looking forward and assess if it makes sense to continue with your partner, given who he/she is and his/her wants.

How are we settling in? What are we learning about each other? How will we get through?

"We want a partnership. We want passion. We want business."

Well, this is a long one... But only beacuase the conversation was great! We welcomed Beatriz and Tomás to our home for a podcast + lunch combo. We mostly  reflect about how to plan the future of relationships (jobs, housing, activities,...) and how to effectively solve problems. Evetually we start rambling about 10 different topics including how to order food in restaurants.

This time the sound is great, don't worry!

Sorry to all non-portuguese speakers, we'll see you on the next one ;)

In our first episode in Portuguese (sorry everyone who cannot understand), we welcome Camila and Mariana into our intimate conversations. We start with sexual attraction, discuss definitions of it and the necessity of labels. The debate then opens up to social movements (feminism, LGBTQIA+ rigths,...) and we reach the climax with egoism/altruism in a heated after-work session in Jardim Amália, in Lisbon.

Tip: Regulate the volume as you need, 1 recording phone can only do so much...

You're going to get hurt in a relationship. Sometimes it's easier to run away. Sometimes it is really the best decision, there are a lot of options out there... But most times, you can learn how to manage being hurt and not feel you're not being loved. We open up about our (lack of) fighting skills inside the relationship and aiming to transform fighting into a superpower.

Prepare for a deep look inside Nuno and Sofia and their relationship with sex. How crucial it is to have sex in a relationship? What does it mean if you do not have sex with your partner? What is the difference between sex and intimacy? This is not an educational podcast, we are just two people exploring ourselves as if we were not recording

Sofia and Nuno are evolving. Sofia grew a passion for dancing and expressing her feminine energy. She found a place in Lisbon which teaches dances like Swing and she invited Nuno. Nuno likes to express himself and to see Sofia following her spontaneous desires, so he accepted. Now they're learning how to dance.

We are still chilling in Algarve talking about living with long term goals and discussing these bold statements:

"You can only be yourself in calm and boredom"

"A developed human has the fearless ability to fluctuate between every state of being"

Tell us (reach out): How can you love someone besides the things they do?

This is the second part of a 2 part episode.

We are chilling in Algarve talking about our emotional, psychological and physical journey through São Tomé e Príncipe. Are we limitless or do we have limits? What is the meaning of life? Creating memories and living in the present.

This is the first part of a 2 part episode.

Thank you to everyone who is listening, especially to the first fan we personally met (honorable mention at the end of the episode)

We explore the deep sea of oneself: being selfish as the first step for being altruistic, being radically honest and tackling idiosyncrasies. Less importantly, we touch on why we are married and Sofia asks for your thoughts on 2 life-changing movies you might not know...

We focus on personal support systems. Nuno moves to Lisbon, Sofia is mentally tired and opens about depression and binge eating.
