Flourishing with Flo is about living a fulfilling life. How you can continually flourish even in the chaos. I will share insight from my own life and from the field of Positive Psychology. So glad to finally get on here and can’t wait to meet you!
I start sharing about my experience with the most narcissistic abusive person in my life. It is evil and twisted and hard to explain but not impossible. There is hope and there are MANY of us who have escaped and are STRONGER AND BETTER AND HEALTHIER THAN EVER BEFORE.
Becoming whole by dismissing and releasing what was false yet realizing it was used to discover what is real. When Jesus said don’t worry about the tares because you might pull out the wheat also, I get that. Keep the old that is good and add the new that is good.
I shudder when I thinkall the incredible people who died in mediocrity, and I AM PURPOSED to catch as MANY as I can who are living and STILL LIVING not in GREATNESS, but disillusioned into believing that they are limited to their current UNFULFILLING STATE of life.

It is then we can be a on the way to a scientific revolution.
