A return to our 10-questions format after some time away. Brand new questions not heard on any other podcast, along with the same solid answers and life advice you've come to expect about important and wide-ranging topics. Reed contributes outstanding life advice to his parents in the same episode that we contemplate Sasquatch. (And, as this is being dropped, happy birthday to Reed!)
It's been a while, but we're back at a live recording in which we reminisce a bit about a few things, most especially about travel to Ireland that included fish and chips (an original theme of this podcast endeavor) and whiskey. We sample Irish whiskeys and talk about our impressions and experiences of food, drink, and people.
A 10-questions episode in which one of us will say, "I have very little experience with elephants," and the other will state unironically, "I haven't read any of the Jesus books, but I have seen some Batman movies." This and much more intellectual ground is covered.

Reed's home! In this latest installment of our 5-star podcast we offer our second review of music, highlighting songs in five categories picked by each of us. This brings up a collection of conversation topics, themes, and historical figures including Supreme Court Justice Alito, Jesus, and Billy Joel. We also wrestle with the soundboard and playlist while at the same time offering what we think are really great music recommendations.

Number 21 is a 10-questions episode on the leading edge of Reed's 21st birthday including a surprising number of coincidentally interrelated topics from the father-son duo. We range widely, Supreme Court decisions to beverages to time signatures, with lots in between.

Now that the show is completed (we think), Reed and Adam review Ted Lasso in its entirety. Or at least the parts that we care to talk about and how we relate to them.
One of our favorite things, a 10-questions episode, alternating queries between the two of us to explore our ideas about sock matching, favorite shows, annoyances, admirations, etc. We also poke fun at librarians, dads, physicists, and moms.
Our special contribution to society is this review of the year after the entirety of 2022 has completed. Better yet, we include special guests, Anna and Karyn, to review music, movies, outings, fruit, members of the judiciary, shoes, and many other categories not covered by other podcasts or end-of-year reviews. With our guests, there was little we could do to squelch feelings, but we allowed it for this episode. In fact, we had so much fun we may have to make this an annual tradition.
A long overdue 10-questions episode in which Adam provides thoughtful, homegrown inquiries while Reed lets the internet source of of his questions. It works. We talk about all the things from everyday boiled vegetables, shoes, and classes to facts about the origin of our existence, jazz on vinyl, and eclipses. And more.
Reed's moving back to the dorm in Oregon where he's getting ready to start as a new resident assistant. We recorded this 10-questions episode the night before, discussing not only our adventures but the flavor or radish and the color of chartreuse; and we also tackle big issues like art, reincarnation, and cheese.
Reed and Adam review favorite father-son relationships in fictional settings, wonder about how these stories are told and which are the most admirable examples, and ponder why so many storytellers kill off the moms before the stories even start. Also, it happens to be Reed's birthday when we're recording this. And, Reed has a court date on this day, too. (All went well.) We explain.
In which Reed returns to his childhood home for the summer and we contemplate the midway point in his college career. We respond to a listener's questions, incorporated into our regular 10-question format. This wide ranging conversation hits on all of the most important topics, including various music references, classic books, Bert & Ernie, and also several boring pauses. Stick with it, though. You'll learn something. Probably. Also, keep listening to hear the pun that slays Reed, and then hear how he recovers to provide a lesson on constitutional law. Oh, and you get to hear how brand new drum mics sound while being used for vocals.
In which the father learns from his son how the Supreme Court works. Also, a review of the pandemic, revelations about the effects of podcasting, the value of university coursework, and other reflection.
This eclectic 10-question episode covers lots of ground, including stories from Adam to Reed about how the days of old transpired with the advent of email, CDs (and mixtapes, too!), and no glimmer of Netflix or even the internet as a web of information. We also steer discussion towards important books and their merits, the greatest pop piano players, and stupid things that college students do, past and present.
In which we get back to our roots, a typical review episode, but with the special addition of a guest. Along with Emma, we review Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. And, we also review Utah. Spoiler alert: Both are good. Other bonus information and discussions about school, brine flies, Reed's brush with a failing grade, and many other diversions.
In which we take on the technical challenge of recording ourselves and samples of audio all at the same time. We came across the idea to review song covers -- remakes of original songs -- in comparison with the originals, when Adam was trying to get ideas for how to play Dua Lipa's "Levitating" on the piano. The rest was a deep dive into so many other songs and how artists recreate something to make it their own, sometimes novel and sometimes not so great. It also just queued lots of memories of music in our lives that walked a fine line between our podcast terrain and the deep abyss of feelings.

In which we revisit our new occasional feature of 10 Questions posed by each of us.
