I'm a mother, an author, a former naturopathic iridologist, a natural health and healing specialist, and a mentor specialising in personal development, emotional healing, positive mental attitude and mindset, manifestation and personal growth. ​

​I have worked as a clinician in two of my privately run natural healing, self-help and personal growth practices which offer consultancy services, one-to-one personal growth mentoring for anyone wanting to explore their human potential, step into the truth of who they are and create positive change in their lives so that they feel truly connected to their inner security and greatness within and I am the founder of The Awakened Lifestyle Company.

My intention for this podcast is to create an honest and authentic space for us all so that we can openly explore our human potential and step into the truth of who we are, which is far more magnificent than we often realise!

I'll be in conversation with some of the most inspiring guests from all walks of life, who have embraced exploring their full potential through their experiences, challenges and adversities!
