Hey Ho Guys, I hope you are all doing well so far.

Today I present you 30 mins of the first day of Web Summit 2022 in Lisbon. Hopefully we will see #Hive aka @Rolandp for example next year there.

Even if Hive don't wanna make commercials THIS event is the place to be for the tech scene and when EOS, Binance,filecoin, or 1inches can be there HIVE can do it better for sure! And @Rolandp you would look great on stage. If necessary your whole Hive followers would support it and help you to get on the stage there. I mean, when Changpeng Zhao can do that... You @Rolandp can do sooooo much better!!!!

Anyway, lets get backk to the main topic here (please @Rolandp think about that opportunity, the registrations for 2023 are open now... Lets gooooo... Lets show HIVE!!!)

I didn't film all the speakers from start to finish, but present some excerpts from their speeches.

Among the speakers I filmed are for example Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, footballer and entrepreneur Patrice Evra and UBER Files whistle blower Mark MacGann. All speakers are briefly listed at the beginning of the video. Please forgive the sound quality, it was given by the event and I could not improve it. Some speakers were too close to the pavilions, so you can hear the noise of the visitors. Also, some speakers either spoke too quietly (so that I could not even understand them properly on site) or their micros were set too low.

Only the whistleblower Mark MacGann (UBER Files) I filmed completely. There is only 1 minute missing at the end.

The 15 minute speech was in the main hall and had the best sound quality.

"Push a button, get a ride': disruption without destruction" Was the title of the talk.

Mark MacGann, was the senior executive behind the "Uber Files" at the time, and talks to Paul Lewis, head of research at The Guardian (who also published the scandal) at Web Summit about why he blew the whistle on the company, what his life has been like since, and why he believes founders and investors need to learn from Uber's mistakes.

What are the UBER files? The well-known Uber company broke laws, deceived police and secretly lobbied governments behind hidden doors, a leak had revealed.

More than 124,000 confidential documents were leaked to the Guardian by Mark MacGann.

These files revealed attempts to influence Joe Biden, Olaf Scholz and George Osborne. What's inconceivable. But not enough.

The files revealed that even Emmanuel Macron secretly supported Uber's lobbying efforts in France.

The UBER company used "kill switches" in raids to prevent police from viewing data.

An entire stack of confidential files has revealed how tech giant Uber broke and flouted laws during its aggressive global expansion, severely misled police, even used violence against its own drivers, and secretly lobbied governments.

The unprecedented leak of more than 124,000 documents to the Guardian, infamously known as the Uber files, exposes the ethically questionable practices that had fueled UBER's transformation into one of Silicon Valley's best-known exports.

The leak spans a 5-year period during which Uber was led by its co-founder Travis Kalanick, who sought to establish the cab service in cities around the world, even if that meant breaking many laws and cab regulations for him.

During the fierce global backlash, data shows how the Uber company tried to secure its support by very discreetly siding with prime ministers, presidents, billionaires, oligarchs and media barons.

Leaked messages suggest that Uber executives at the time had no illusions about the company's violations of the law:

One executive joked that they had become "pirates," while another quipped, "We're just illegal as hell."

It was Mark MacGann who brought it to light that Uber's former chief lobbyist for Europe, the Middle East and Africa is involved in the scandal, and Mister MacGann also revealed himself as the source aka whistleblower of the leaked data.

"It's my duty to speak up and help governments and parliamentarians correct some fundamental mistakes."

Mark MacGann said.

"Morally, I had no choice in the matter.

The published files, spanning 2013 to 2017, include more than 83,000 emails, iMessages and WhatsApp messages, including often candid and unvarnished communications between Kalanick and his top team of executives.

O Sol...

Heyho guys, all good? I wanna share with you today the first impressions of the festival. Just filmed a bit to present you.

But wait, what a festival am I talking about?

O Sol da Caparica is an annual music festival held in Caparica, district Almada, Portugal, celebrating the best music from Portuguese-speaking countries around the world. This festival is usually held right in Costa da Caparica. This year, 2022, in the nearby park or large park area.

In my opinion, by Corona was now 2 years radio silence since no large events were allowed to take place. That means finally after what feels like an eternity, you can go back to festivals, which also take place.

We have rented in the nearby hostel "Surf Nomads" to be able to be the weekend directly on site. Whether more posts from the festival come I do not know. Normally I do not take valuables to such events so also noooo cell phone or camera. But I wanted to show you some shots in advance and from the beginning of the festival.

The first pictures show the construction 1, 2 days before it started.

Here now some impressions from the bird's eye view, so you can see the number of people already very well. You can imagine that the queues of people went through all the side streets. It was unbelievably full. Thank God we can enjoy this view in the hostel.

The crowd is incredible. Soooo many people come together to celebrate a great time, music and life by itself. Fantastico.

Here also a small impression of the hostel facility in the front area. The entrance gate. Super well done, pool and skate possibilities are given. Nice. What do you think?

I wasn't able to take sooo many pics cause everywhere were people!!! So hopefully you forgive me for that. I was trying to take care that no direct faces came into my photos but this was a hard challenge. 😅😎

Divenire

Heyho guys, thanks for stopping by. Today I present you the gift of a friend of mine. He played for me "Divenire" in English "to become". It is a piano piece by the Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi.

My friend left and this was his goodbye song you could say. He was visiting Portugal for some weeks and started to continue his journey and traveling around the world.

Ibwas filming it with some tears in my eyes. Tears of happiness and because this piano play eas just amazing to me.

I love how he plays it and wanna share my personal gift with you all. Like it too? Hope from the bottom of my heart you felt the same emotions like I did.

Sneak Peek Time

Heyho guys, hope you all are having a great Saturday! Muitoooo Obrigada and thanks for taking the time and stopping by. I really appreciate it.

I am really proud to use the first time #3speak to present you a sneak peek of my comic project. Hope you like this style of presentation if so, maybe I will do it the next time too.

I ever keep my promise, my 2nd Comic is 50 % finished. So I will show you a bit, a little sneak peek, some impressions.

My comics are "family friendly".

No violence, nudes or baaaaad words.

My focus is the deep meaning behind. And to be honest this is more difficult than just drawing and creating fighting scenes with nonsense. The storyline and storyboard is a challenge by its own.

In my first Comic some main topics were:

• future technology life and gen manipulation
• nature and animals
• bullying

The second Comic will surely have this topics in but I will concentrate on some other topics more.

In the 1st Comic I present you guys one of my main characters Cyberbee. It won't be the only one because I am planning a kind of "Gardians of the Blockchain" (inspired by Marvel's "Gardians of the Galaxy")

I am not sure how many characters I have at the end in the guardians crew but I was thinking about 4 or 5.

So the first Comics, like No 1 til No 4 or No 5 I will introduce you the main characters, the origin, how they meet and stuff like that. When I have all of my guardians together I will start to present the stories with them and their adventures. You see it's a bigger plan and for sure my style will change from comic to comic. So even every comic will be in an unique style,and I will grow by doing every comic and getting better for sure.

Ah, I will have a new cover for the 2nd comic. I knoooow I thought I have one already finished and I posted it but I made a new one. Or better 3 new ones. Lol. I have only to choose out which I take. Or should I take just all of them?
