Coffee with Creatives Podcast 🎙️Episode 01: Switching from Art Teacher to Creative Professional
☕ In this episode, I talk about how I switched from teaching to becoming a creative professional in Hong Kong in 2022. This episode is broken down into two parts.
Part 1 (00:00-09:05) I discuss how I got into teaching, why I switched out of teaching, how the transition was, and what struggles I faced.
Part 2 (9:06-19:07) I share what I learned after almost 1 year has passed, and personal reflections. I give some suggestions for others who may want to pursue a creative career, including some challenges you may face. I share my thoughts on what it means to be a creative professional now, and what I decided to pursue at this point in my life.
This is my personal story, so everyone’s experience can be different.
