Lead and Feel: Recent Episodes

Maggie Huz

Lead and Feel was born out of the passion and need to connect with people, share experiences - the shines and the shadows of life and situations with regards to leadership. I want this show to be a place where everything is welcome, all emotions, judgments, beliefs where we just show ourselves authentically. If you are someone who is interested in doing things differently, exploring new ways of working/leading, bringing more authentic face to business, to life overall - then stick around and I hope I can bring you different insights and leave you with some food for thought! Let's start the Lead & Feel movement!

Let's approach the concept of ownership from a different angle!  Ownership = setting boundaries. Big word, big meaning and big action behind it. The reason I decided to bring it up, is that so many times I realise people don't want to take ownership and try to dump their issues/tasks on others and then expect results and complain if things don't happen.

In this episode I want to talk actually about NOT taking ownership consciously and setting boundaries, so a bit of a different spin. Sounds interesting? Grab some drink, make yourself comfortable and let's get started!

Enjoy and let me know what you think!

In this episode, I will talk about one of the greatest tips that I found for myself, taken from the book "Radical Candor" by K.Scott - "You are not mean, you are clear".

- how do cultural differences play a role in clarity or being indirect or direct in communication?
