It's important to remember as entrepreneurs that we are 100% in control of how we carry ourselves, the actions we take, and most importantly...the implications of those actions.
We can either approach this with the mindset of a victim and stay put, or we can take control of our lives and be responsible for the outcome (both good and bad)
Here's the beautiful part about it; if you don't like the way things are going, then MOVE in another direction.

Being a business owner has many challenges, stressors, and moments of anxiety.
It also has many rewards...
It's important for the rewards to outweigh the negatives in order to continue to take risks and stay at it for the long haul.
In this episode, we talk about some of the ways that we reward ourselves for the hard work that we put in every single day.
As business owners and entrepreneurs, we are constantly getting pulled in a million different directions. In order to grow and get to the next level in our journey, sometimes we have to let go of things that are holding us back. Like negative thoughts, past experiences that continue to haunt us, people that continue to bring us down, and most importantly...our comfort zone!
This is Separation Season - that time of year when you should be separating yourself from the people, habits and places that are holding you back.
I know, it sounds harsh. But if you're serious about starting your legacy, there are people in your life that do not belong there. There are things in your life that you do that you don't want to be apart of building a business empire. And there are places that - while they may still pay the rent for now - you don't want to be associated with anymore.
Is it easy? No. It takes courage - something you decide to do more of by starting your legacy. And once you set the wheels on the track of becoming an entrepreneur, there's never anyway back into your "normal" life if that's not what you really want anymore.
It's Thanksgiving and we're feeling grateful. This episode is a reflection on the things for which we are thankful and the things to which we feel grateful.
Tim left his well paying corporate job as an Assistant VP of Finance to pursue his true passion: Real Estate.
He has an incredible story of courage and belief in himself. When called back to work after the Covid 19 pandemic, he had to make the tough decision to put everything on the line and pursue his dreams, or conform to the corporate mandates.
He stuck to what he believed in, sold his house, and moved to a new city to start building his empire.
He left his W2 job less then 3 months ago and currently has 147 units with another 34 under contract.
He's a true "go giver" and we are ecstatic to have him join our show!
