In today's episode Razaan Elwasila speaks to Commander Kay Hallsworth

Razaan Elwasila Graduated from Bsc Business Administration and specialised in accountancy. Currently DUX Apprentice in the HR department at NatWest Group. 

Commander Kay Hallsworth joined the QARNNS in 1992 as a Probationary Student NavalNurse. In 2002 she commissioned as a Medical Services Officer and has worked across a wide variety of jobs in the UK and overseas. 

In today's episode we will hear discussions on mental health, resilience and female leadership in the Navy.
