These stories are fictional accounts of murder and other crimes in various iconic settings of San Diego and/or Orange County California.
Detective Mary was a Robbery/Homicide detective in Orange County, Calfornia who was responsible for protecting herself twice on the same evening. She later was the lead detective in charge of a large contingent who were selected to catch some creative bank robbers.
The trial concludes and later the principal returned to the city where he had left his heart many years before.
The murder trial begins with Joyce, the principal and a detective testifying. Attorneys are admonished to have their checkbooks kept handy when the judge meets them in chambers to revisit his housekeeping rules.
The custodian is arrested, the principal and Joyce catch Tony Bennet in San Francisco where he was raised.
The principal and Joyce, sister of June who had been murdered, continued their cooperation with the detectives and their support for one another in the mourning process. Then an arrest was made of the man charged with June's murder.
With his arrest and subsequent release the principal tends to business at the school that week, before the Saturday funeral. He and Joyce continue the mourning process, comforting each other and helping detectives.
Following their TGIF together, the morning Saturday class he taught and their lunch together, the principal and June would make plans for a movie the following day. They wouldn't see each other again.
The new principal at the school meets staff at a TGIF, follows one of his teachers to another bar and meets her sister. After seeing the teacher again in the Saturday class he taught and lunch later, he learned the next day she had been murdered.
Sammy and Bobbi are a couple now, both teaching at San Diego High School. Bev's convicted father gets parole and becomes an aerial photographer. Bobbi awakens Sammy from a recurring nightmare.
chap 25 - 29. Sammy and his teammates are prepared for the CIF game against the San Diego High rival, Hoover High. Bobbi has healed sufficiently to lead the cheerleaders in their routines that night during the game at Balboa Stadium.
chap 20 -24. Campus security is enhanced and the personal undercover personnel introduced, a new threat is described and the means for agents excluding suspects using technology. Preparations for the Friday football game goes as planned, including Bev's father living on Catalina Island.
chap 15 - 19, The assault and rescue of Sammy and Bobbi from the attack of Bev's father, the recognition of the campus heroes by the principal and comments at the student rally by Sammy and Bobbi heighten the campus school spirit and anticipation of the coming CIF playoff game.
Chap 5 - 9. Following Bev's murder, Bobbi and Sammy became a couple and class leaders after attending her funeral. Bev's father has now gone to a 24/7 rehab facility in Dana Point, attempting to get a lower sentence and his anger management under control.
The Prologue is a narrative of iconic locations found in this story. The first chapters begin the late night adventure of Sammy and Bev and the knowledge of what happened when she came home after taking them on a joy ride.
Sammy has recurring nightmares, Bev's father goes AWOL from the Dana Rehab Center, nearly ruins a football game for Sammy's team and assaults Sammy twice after the game.

Detectives and agents prepare for the arrest of their suspects and life saving efforts of the latest mark, while the boat is in Mexican Waters.
Murder in Mexican Waters, Chapters 14-18
The local investigation by San Diego detectives Johnson and Hadda takes them to Pt Loma and the owner of a commercial fishing boat that is chartered by their suspect. The discovery of the reservation of a subsequent fishing trip leads to their plans for catching the murderers.
Murder in Mexican Waters chapters 9-13
FBI Agent Stone enlightens the two detectives on the high school money making scheme the bothers ran at Crawford High School when seniors.
The detectives and FBI agent meet at the Oceanside Harbor to enlighten each other on their parallel investigations.
Detectives Johnson and Hadda get help from FBI search as they widen the net then learn about their primary suspect's gambling brother who lives in Orange County and is under investigation by an Orange County District attorney.
Murder in Mexican Waters, Intro thru chapter 3
Two back to back murders in a motel in San Diego, California lead Detectives Johnson and Hadda to nearby Little Italy
where both victims had dinner earlier on the evening they were shot. Security footage leads them with the help of a
parking lot attendant to a suspect who lives in Mission Hills.
