Regina White has volunteered for nearly 17 years as an street outreach specialist and life coach for MHALA ( Mental Health Of America) in Long Beach Ca. working alongside her mentor and HAP case management/worker Mr. Cherokee Morrison, a Vietnam Vet that was one of the first case worker hired in the early days of Village ISA located in the basement. After seeking assistance with mental evaluation and intake in 2004, Regina became his personal assistant working the only on street team for the homeless living in and around Long Beach area spanning the cities of San Pedro, Wilmington, and Compton. Finding her specialty in helping others and leading them in the right direction of overcoming lifesâs economic and socially stagnate situations. Knowing what it took to get her on her feet and maintain life stabilty she changed her major to Human Services and and is currently certicate accredited and due to recieve her degree. She attributes her being a survivor of mental illness and homelessness to encourage self-sufficiency, self-reliance and the will to continue to challenge clients, as well as herself, to strive toward a better quality of life.
"THE NFL BLACKOUT... WHAT IS BLACK MAN'S WORTH?". Black folk spends billions of dollars every year on sports but when one player stood up for the senseless murdering of our people he has been unable to get a job. He has been black balled out. Realistically, what that says is that we are good for entertaining but not for expecting respect for the struggle it took to become pro ballers. It is like the history of the pioneering blacks like Jackie Robinson, Muhammad Ali and the like had to bear the brunt of racism before entering into the sport but now that they are there they still can't express themselves against the indifference the face when we aren't looking... If I have said one I have said it twice or more... The only way to gain respect is to take their money out of their pockets. No stadium seats filled means they will either have to recruit players who aren't black or come to the rightful decision to do the humanly obvious... Respect don't come with marching, protesting, singing or praying in this matter, it comes with taking your money out of the mix and putting it back into your own people and communities.Â
 In the writing of the US Constitution, many for Father's agreed that blacks were directly affected and led to be slaves because of our birth rites as James Madison stated "Negros, because of circumstances were doomed to be the slaves of our captors as punishment from God". That we who were born of negro descent be forever indebted to be their servants. This was an ungodly approach to make us believe that our worth is beneath theirs. Quoting scripture that was written in the Bible by unknown sources that wanted to break our confidence while they manipulate the financial and economical monopoly that was soon to be born after the civil war and the booking of the industrial era. In order to get control of all the banking and property in this Western Hemisphere. Let's take a close look at that tonight. Dispelling the myths of the past history lies are on the talk table. The first myth was the colonization of the Americas. You were not apart of that dream you were to build it and let them take it from you as did the indians. Understanding that if anyone human being deemed himself better than you than that isn't of God. Second, God has commandments that he had Moses get on the mountain top, and if you look around all the Christian of the slavery era had no shame in making you work for free labor and now tell you that Negros are lazy. If blacks were as lazy then as they are now then would this country be the greatest in the world?? Thirdly, if church and state are not to be together then why are there special priveleges i.e tax breaks etc.. for them?? Fourth, why is the "IN GOD WE TRUST" on our currency?? They never believed in Him but used his image to lead us to church with thoughts of we aren't worthy to be wealthy... We can't have the power to unify ourselves, but in fact they are scared to death if we do... But they unbeknownst? to their journey man we have an higherappointment.Â
"The Inside Job... Black Single Parents Who Promote The Agenda!". The Unlearning and Relearning of a civilization that was intentional programmed to be self destructive by the puppeteers of the economical and financial domestic and foreign trade and all holdings due to illegal manipulation of the inner city and urban low income and no low income neighborhoods and communities where the rate of teenage pregnancy is most prominent as a direct result of mass infiltration of drugs and leading to mass incarceration. Many young people are becoming parents at an alarming rate while growing numbers of inexperienced and unteachable millennium generation X. The responsibility of the children bore left to grandparents, foster homes and juvenile detention centers all across AMERICA. Unfortunately pregnancy bears the fruit of single parenthood and what should be healthy co parenting and therefore showing leadership at the earliest of age by modeling. Suggestively, in my opinion, IN THE MOTHERS WOMB, is where learning and interaction should begin. From both parents. We are going to talk about "THE SECRET WEAPON!".Â

"The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste!". For many years the slogan rang true to the ears of black children all across the world. The United Negro College was the platform that we could associate the 8 words that made a powerful statement to those seeking an education that was equal to their counterparts and their competitors of the corporate world of making money. But making money for who did it serve? Many of those that go through the system of education end up unemployable or even worse discriminated against which always ends in an unemployment situation and sometimes a labor suit. Well... let's talk basic English, you are wasting your mind and valuable time if you:
Opportunity Knocks! Black Folks Open Your Doors!... There are solutions that can bring the forbidden people to prosper economically, financially, Spiritually and globally... But it takes resilience which they created and designed by their repeated disappointments in an world that never planned on being fair... Where are we now. "The truth will hurt but will set you free!" Can we be honest and responsible for our own actions and deal with it?Â

"Women Of Integrity... Changing The Mindset Of Our Sisters". There are many things in life that we must get in touch with our like kind, and the most important is our treatment of one another as Women, Mothers, Sisters, Friends, Married and Unmarried. These different roles that we have been designated by birth give us our Uniqueness and our Common Bond. There have been many negative stereotypical analogies from our male counterparts which are public knowledge and are made mostly up of myths and biblical stories of past. And how we stand in the eyesight of others who are judging us. In totality it is solely our individual accounting of how we live that sets the standard for our character and the content thereof. We have to dispel those by supporting, uplifting and unifying with each other and finding our greatness together!!
"Building Black Wealth... Breaking Down Wealth In Black And White". Can we get in the game of financial wealth and economic growth leading to succession? If current economic trends continue, the average black household will need 228 years to accumulate as much wealth as their white counterparts hold today. For the average Latino family, it will take 84 years. Absent significant policy interventions, or a seismic change in the American economy, people of color will never close the gap. Tonight we will take a look at how long in years it would take to become equal in the business world.Â

A Culture of people who came to this country looking for opportunity found it here in the United States and had financial assistance and bank institutional loans to guarantee it. You on the other half have had mass incarceration, gang killings, and  homicide by cop as a reminder of "Who you are classified in the state you live". And that is "PROPERTY OF THE U.S.".
