However, he dives deeper into how emotions are mentally persuaded by music and visually influenced by cinema. He also explains how it may impact a positive or negative view of what relationships should and should not be. In conclusion we attempt to explain the origin, function and other aspects of emotions being fostered.

In this episode Dr. Freeman opens a mental panel for an observational view of Family law. Within his findings he discovers from a legal definition, that it is a legal/Statutory coded practice that focuses on issues that suppose to involve family relationships, such as adoption, divorce, and child custody, among others.

In this observation he also discovers the State(s) have the right to determine "reasonable formal requirements" for marriage, including age and legal capacity, as well as the rules and procedures for divorce and other family law matters.

There's also terminology to know that listeners may find helpful:

In Episode 6 Prt.2 Dr. Freeman gives an summary of the Uniform Parentage Act that's the recognition of “de facto” parents. He also informs the audience that under the 2017 UPA, a de facto parent is one who, resided with the child as a regular member of the child’s household for a significant period also engaged in the consistent caretaking of the child. In episode 5 Dr. Freeman explores the family division's origins that appears at first to have been similar to early English history of child support. Then he explains how later, the systems diverged the child support and the approach became an addition to "the welfare state". He then reveals how the US developed a more aggressive child support obligation during the 19th Century, with criminal law being enacted for the fathers causing mothers and their children to become a burden on the community and the tax payers. He also discovered In England, for instance, families received a universal "Child Benefits" to defray the costs of raising children. A less common practice in countries is matronym which means that a component of a personal name is based on the given name of one’s mother. Dr. Freeman explains the activation of a wet signature is any signature affixed to a hard copy with a pen or other writing device. While electronic signatures have become more common and accepted at some government and private businesses. He also explains when a Father signs a birth certificate he is acknowledging that he is the biological and legal Father of the minor child. Signing the birth certificate says that the Father is agreeing to paternity (being the legal father) of the child and that the Father is taking legal responsibility.
