Hello all! It's been two months exactly since my last episode and guess what? I'm still a freaking mess, but that's okay. There is no handbook to help you get through this; it's okay to stumble through it. I had a hard day today, and I wanted to share that you're not alone in putting that fake smile on and then having a breakdown. Those days you smile, laugh, enjoy something, and cry all in the same 24hrs.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families that had their loved ones taken in the recent Sacramento shooting. There is nothing that can make this moment easier. I am thinking of you.
