Are you taking care of your heart? The month of February is an opportunity to highlight heart health. Heart disease is one of the major causes of death around the world. But, did you know that it is largely a preventable disease? 

February also gives us an opportunity to highlight the achievements and contributions of Black people in American history. Black history is every day, but we honor the legacy of Black Americans by telling their stories and retelling our collective history.
