We will be discussing the fundamental issues about working with clients who want to buy a property to develop and ADU and those who are selling where she can market the property with ADU potential.
A conversation with a homeowner who took advantage of the San Jose ADU programs and got the $40,000.00 grant. Tiffany Garcia lives in San Jose and took advantage of the cities pre-approved ADU program (one of the best in the state) and was able to qualify and use CALHFA's $40,000.00 grant. We'll be discussing what is was like, how long it took, and working the general contractor.
