Being an introvert can often feel like a limitation which fills us with regular feelings of inadequacy and inferiority. I know for many years I felt like my introversion held me back from truly pursuing and step out in my purpose. I believed I needed to be an extrovert to be seen, to be heard and to be successful. This is the podcast built for my fellow introverts who are tired of feeling inadequate as an introvert and want to overcome the constant cycle of doubt and anxiety that creeps in whenever we attempt to take a step towards purpose. It is for introverts who want to master their introversion and fulfil purpose in a way that is natural and authentic to themselves. Each weekly episode we'll discuss challenges that we face as introverts, how to overcome them and how to master what makes us unique so that we can still fulfil the purpose that God has called us into. So Dear Introvert, Are you ready to start Thriving?
Being an introvert can feel like a limitation often carrying with it feelings of inadequacy and inferiority. This has caused for many introverts to stay behind the scenes and operate in a lesser version of who God created them to be. This podcast is for the introvert who knows they were called to be more and wants to start their journey towards walking in their full identity in Christ and being ALL they were created to be.
Hosted by Tosin Olusoga, Creator and Founder of Thriving Introvertly, Speaker and Podcaster, this podcast provides weekly encouragement for introverts on their journey to stepping into the fullness of who God has called them to be and serve as a place where we build up the faith to choose purpose daily.
This week's podcast episode will focus on the topic of 'When you are tired'.

Learning how to confidently say No....
Many introverts and I am sure some non-introverts can find themselves saying Yes to everything just because they find it difficult to say no especially if we do not want to let people down.
This may cause us to become so burned out, frustrated and drained.
On this journey of purpose, it is so important that we ensure that we preserve our energy, time and effort doing things that are in alignment and not just to please people.
Sometimes on this journey, we are going to have to tell people "No" and for many introverts, that can be difficult.
So how can we do this as introverts confidently and effectively?
How can we introverts develop more of an assertiveness to ensure we do not fall victim to dangerous people pleasing and constant cycles of burnout?
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, We aired the REPLAY of one of the episodes of The Introvert Conversation IG Live Series where I spoke with Julie Greenham @iamjuliegreenham about this topic and how we as introverts can learn how to confidently say no and avoid burning out so we can preserve our energy for the things that are more in alignment with our God-given purpose.

Building Confidence in yourself as an Introvert....
One of the things that used to hold me back from truly pursuing my purpose was the lack of confidence I had in myself and my abilities....
I wasn't sure if I could measure up to others who's personality were much different from mine and Secondly, I just did not believe that what I had to offer was good enough or was valuable compared to others...
This is what is stopping a lot of people specifically Introverts from actually stepping out and walking in their purpose confidently and authentically. Instead, we hide our gifts, never use our voice and fade into the background when we know that there is something more that God has placed inside us to do...
How can we build confidence in ourselves and finally be all who were created to be?
How do we summon up the courage to put ourselves out there confidently when we do not feel confident?
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, We aired the REPLAY of one of the episodes of The Introvert Conversation IG Live Series where I spoke with Samantha Sauld @theintuitiveone_ about this topic and how we as introverts can learn to build confidence one small step at a time especially when it relates to our purpose journey.
Samantha is passionate about exploring what it means to live an authentic, healthy and fulfilling life. From a young age, she naturally gravitated to holistic and naturopathic ways to heal. This led to not only focusing on her physical wellbeing, but also her mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Samantha typically kept her passions to herself and her loved ones, but as the COVID-19 pandemic took the world by storm, she felt compelled to share her purpose. Thus, The Intuitive One was born - an online safe space documenting her journey toward a more fulfilling life using intuitive knowledge, self-care rituals, and by connecting with nature.

Comparison is the biggest thief of joy...
Many of us have doubted our path, questioned our work and our purpose and fall into states of unhappiness all because we allowed ourselves to compare our journey with someone else's.
Similarly, fellow introverts, we have compared themselves to extroverts and have disregarded our own unique gifts and the goodness that lies within us. We end up doing either of these two things:
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke about how comparison steals our joy and what to do to get our joy back.
Here's a summary of what I spoke about:

Purpose is Bigger than the Stories you tell yourself....
When it comes to stepping into your calling and becoming all you were created to be, your mindset around what you can and cannot do or what you can and cannot achieve matters.
Our mind is filled with many thoughts, some positive and some negative but we get to chose which ones are uprooted and which ones are allowed to remain planted in our minds..
The mind is essentially like a battlefield, where we decide which thoughts live and which ones die...
Unfortunately for many of us, we have allowed negative thoughts to take up root in our minds which in turn impact our actions and behaviours.
We allow thoughts of "I'm not good enough" or "No one would ever want to read that from me" to dominate our minds leading to the gifts that God placed inside us to remain hidden.
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke with Mindset Specialist for Introverts Paul Juggins about how to Overcome the Negative Thought Cycles that often occur in our minds and the importance of reframing our minds, telling ourselves new positive stories to enable us to pursue our purpose with more confidence, grace and compassion for ourselves.
Our calling is bigger than us and in order to fulfil it, we need to learn how to deal with the battle that occurs in the mind.

If you want to grow, you have to accept that it is going to require you to be stretched.....
You may have come across content regarding being an introvert e.g. its okay to always be on your own etc. and affirm you and there is nothing wrong with it because I believe some aspects of what has been said are true.
However, for us introverts that know we have a greater calling upon our lives, we cannot run away from the idea that some of these things do not apply to us.
We have to accept that as Introverts with a greater purpose, it is going to require for us to be stretched sometimes.
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke about what it means to be Stretched for Purpose.

Are you a heart worker? Someone that serves from the heart but constantly finds yourself in positions where you are drained and have nothing left to give?
For many of us introverts, Burnout is something that we often experience especially when it comes to walking in our purpose and serving others.
While one of our introvert Superpowers is our ability to show compassion and care for others, this superpower can easily turn into a quality that can do us harm if we are not careful...
How?
Because our tendency to show compassion can lead us into making ourselves so available and carrying so many burdens on our shoulders with not enough space to cater for ourselves and others important areas of our lives.
But what if I told you, you didn't have to walk in purpose and be burnout to achieve your goals?
What if I told you that you could serve and walk in purpose without constantly feeling drained and neglect other areas of your life that you hold dear?
In this episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke with Special guest Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson, Educator and Founder of EduCare Training and Consulting, LLC about how to Disrupt Cycles of Burnout and overcome Compassion Fatigue.

How to be a better version of you in 2022....
One factor that determines how great your year will be is how willing and honest you are prepared to be regarding the area you need to grow in to fulfil your goals....
The new year is filled with many people stating "New Year New Me" but really and truly, some have just not done the work needed to identify what they need to work on within themselves to become this "New Me"...
This is how you drop off in the middle of the year, you think that hitting those goals is merely a decision you make, an nice affirmation and collages on a vision board but you dont realize that there is more to it than that...
You need to connect your vision to the areas you still need to grow in otherwise there will always be a disconnect and you may not fully reach your goal
On this weeks episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I speak about how to Identify Areas for growth in your life as an Introvert. Identifying these will give you a solid foundation from which you can now work on to really be that better version of you this year and beyond to achieve your goals

Each year brings its own lessons and 2021 is no different.
As we wrap up the new year, it is important that we take time out to reflect on not only the highs but the lows of the year. What were the lessons from 2021 and knowing them, how can we set ourselves up for a better year ahead?
There is nothing worse than repeating the same mistake or learning the same lesson twice. So, I encourage us to take that much needed time to reflect on lessons learnt over the year not to knock yourself down, but to be intentional about how you approach the new year. This is how we are able to grow and improve especially as we all embark on our jounrey to Thriving Introvertly.
In this episode, I share with you 5 Things that I have learnt in 2021. I hope that by sharing mine, it encourages you also to reflect and be more intentional as we cross over to the new year.

Does the label "introvert" make you feel weak?
Does it make you feel limited?
Many of us introverts often feel these emotions, and in the society that we live in today which is more favouring of extroverts, these emotions may seem justified.
But what if I told you that Introvert does not equal weak?
What if I told you that these very emotions have nothing to do with introversion but with your own mindset surrounding what "introvert" looks and behaves like?
What if I told you the way you view introversion is keeping you trapped in a box OR if you are an extrovert, is keeping you from potential cool relationships with introverts.
Continuing on from last week's episode, I continue to explore what Introversion truly means and how it should not be used as an excuse to practise inauthentic living by trying to be someone you are not or to not step into your purpose and be all you were created to be. It should also not be used to confine ourselves to a box and neither should it be used to determine what we do or do not do.

Many people see me as the Creator of the Thriving Introvertly Brand and Host of this amazing podcast who is doing all these amazing things, but what if I told you that this was not always the case?
What if I told you that for many years I felt stuck, unfulfilled, low in confidence and settling for less than I believe God had for me?
What if I told you that I too had my own struggles and battles that I had to face that eventually led me to the place that I am today?
Nothing like this ever happens overnight and in this episode I speak about why I actually started the Podcast and What brought me to this space where I am now FINALLY walking in my purpose as an introvert.

Have you ever been on the fence regarding whether you are truly an introvert or not?
There are many different definitions out there when it comes to Introversion. Some of these leave people thinking that they do not fully tick all the boxes and therefore they cannot be introverts, whereas some leave people wanting to run away from the personality altogether due to its negative associations.
In this episode, we explore what the true meaning of Introversion actually is. We explore how we can define it in such a way that captures the basic core of what it is and not just simply defining it by the traits that some and not all introverts actually possess.

Do you believe that you can develop into an introvert later on in life or are born with it?
Many people believe that being an introvert is something that one can develop overtime and may not necessarily be born an introvert whereas others believe that being an introvert is something someone is naturally born with.
There are two sides of this argument and on this Season Finale of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke about both sides of the argument and gave my own opinion of which I believe is more accurate.

Stepping out in your purpose as an Introvert may require to tap into the part of you that you never knew existed.
Who would have thought that a shy introverted girl who once felt like she could not speak coherently in a way that others would be able to understand what she is saying, now has a Podcast with a growing audience around the world.
Yeah that's me. How did I get here?
I had to tap into that part of me that God put inside me to be able to do what I do today.
On this episode of the podcast, I spoke with Holistic Health and Life Coach Ria Mestiza about her own journey from being a shy young girl like I was to becoming a coach that is transforming lives. She spoke about navigating her purpose journey while being an introvert and tapping into her inner strength, summoning her superhuman to thrive in her purpose and choosing to no longer be around people who were not in alignment with who she wanted to be.
Here is a summary of what was spoken about:
Ria Mestiza is the coach to ambitious high achievers ready to take control of their health who are seeking to achieve their best body and lifestyle for optimization and longevity. She is the Founder of Fitsique Wellness & Performance and the host of “Summon Your Superhuman” Podcast.

Letting go is hard.
On our journey to trying to become our best selves, glow up, level up and take steps out of our comfort zone, we have to make the conscious effort to let go of certain things or people that we cannot take into the next season.
That's never easy.
Also making the effort to release negative mindsets and change how we view ourselves in order for us to thrive and fulfil purpose is also never easy.
There's no quick fix or easy solution.
Its a process. Its a journey and acknowledging that opens up room for you to give yourself grace as you intentionally move towards your higher calling and who you were created to be.
In this episode, I spoke about letting go with grace and intentionality especially of the things that we have been so familiar with for so long.

Could a counterfeit be taking the space of purpose in your life right now?
A counterfeit is something we cling onto, something that gives us a false sense of fulfilment, something that looks like it could be our purpose when really it is just taking up unnecessary space.
While it takes up space, it does not allow us to to create room for when our actual purpose comes calling.
In this week's episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke about why releasing the counterfeit is so important on the journey to actually uncovering and fully stepping into your purpose as an Introvert.

Do you often find yourself doubting your ability to lead as an Introvert?
In the society we live in today, it is so easy for us to fall into the trap of feeling like we Introverts cannot lead.
This is primarily because society has often associated Leadership with the extrovert personality and making us believe that only extroverts could thrive in a leadership position of any capacity.
Today’s episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast focuses on how quiet voices can also be fearless leaders. I spoke with special Guest Terrance Lee, Author and Leadership Coach about how we Introverts can also lead while staying true to ourselves at the core.
Terrance shares his experience as an introvert in society and how he has been able to navigate his journey in the defence industry and being in a position of Leadership right now while being an introvert. As the creator of 'The Introvert Leader’ platform and the author of ‘Quiet Voice, Fearless Leader’; he is passionate about empowering introverts and helping them to grow as leaders.
Terrance also talks about the importance of stepping into leadership confidently and believing in yourself that you can do it. He speaks on discovering what has kept you from being a leader, how it has impacted your life, and how you can release its hold on you.

What are you using to fill the void that only purpose could fill?
Choosing to believe that you are not good enough or that your introversion holds you back from any kind of achievement and success is costing you.
Instead of taking those steps into your purpose, you choose to instead fill the space created by the void and unknowingly creating unhealthy attachments that keep you stuck.
The Release Mini-series kicks off this week where I spend this first episode in this series speaking about why your attachments are keeping you stuck.

Do you ever find yourself so tired of going through the motions of life?
You may feel called to do something else, something that gives you more fulfilment but
Number One: You lack clarity of how to make that a reality for yourself and/or
Number Two: You Feel like you being an Introvert already puts you at a disadvantage
In a society where the extrovert personality is a lot more praised, it is easy to fall into the trap of feeling like you may not be cut out for this path or perhaps that you wont be able to make your dream a reality. I once certainly thought that way.
But now being a Transformational Speaker, Introvert Coach and Host of this Podcast, I'm here to tell you that there is certainly a way.
How did an Introvert like me get here?
In this episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I go deeper into the path that led me to purpose where I can now say I am a proud introvert working in something that could have only been divinely orchestrated.

"I just want to blend in...." that's a reoccurring thought that many of us have and what a lot of us do not quickly realize is that that desperate need to want to "blend in" is the very thing that is keeping us from shining and standing out for good!
For us introverts, blending in can seem like trying to be the fake extrovert, doing what they do because we feel like it will make us successful. It could be wanting to pretend to like going out all the time to avoid being called "weird" and "anti-social" just because you prefer quiet nights indoors.
But one thing we fail to realize is there is so much power in standing out from the crowd and doing something different and completely against societal norms!
In this episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I spoke about why standing out and doing things a bit differently (often in complete opposite to extroverts) can actually be the very thing that makes you shine and stand out from the crowd.

Feeling a bit of brain fog? Feeling like you cannot get clear about something? Feeling like you may have lost your way/vision a little bit?
I could go on.
But while there are a million and one things that runs through our minds when it comes to our purpose journey, One things for sure, Taking some time away and taking a step back to rest can solve most of them.
When we find something we love to do, it is easy to throw ourselves completely in it without any breaks but in the long run, that ends up doing more harm than good.

There is no doubt that walking in purpose gives us a sense of fulfilment. We always want to ensure we do our very best to serve the people we have been called to serve.
But what happens when we dive into our work so deeply and neglect other aspects of our lives that actually matter as well?
What happens when we allow our strive for perfection, cause us to abandon key areas in our lives that also help us be our best selves?
In this episode, I speak about how many of us Introverts can find ourselves so deep in our work which can negatively impact the other areas of our lives that are equally as important.

Book: Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain
Are you an introvert that often looks to the extrovert to copy what they do because you believe its the only true way to be successful?
Do you often find that you are not getting the results you desire and often blame it on your introversion?
In this episode, I speak about the importance of Developing a purpose strategy, what I call "the introverted strategy" that not only enables you to win as an introvert but to also do it in your own way.
It does not mean that you wont have to step out of your comfort zone but it does mean that when you do, it will never be at a detriment to who you are at the core and you'll be able to produce something that you enjoy and is sustainable for you.

REWIND to Episode 9 where I spoke about how Imposter Syndrome can actually negatively impact the decisions we make.
But ever sat and thought to yourself, Is this decision I am about to make even aligned with my purpose?
This question is so important because I believe that most bad decisions that we end up making are decisions that could have been avoided if we just asked that simple question.
So while it is important that we remember to make sure to not make decisions from a place of feeling like an imposter, we also need to make sure that the decisions we make are in alignment with our overall Purpose.
In this Podcast Episode, I speak more about this topic and how we can really take active steps to make sure that everything we decide is a plus for our purpose and helps us to progress not regress.

Do you often feel like being yourself is never enough? Do you feel like owning your authentic self is difficult in a society that seems to praise extroverts and their personality a lot more?
Well, dear introvert, this episode is for you. I was joined by Special Guest Ashley James, Thrive Coach and Founder of the Own Your Authenticity Brand and Blog. As a registered nurse, she was constantly pouring into her patients, which brought her fulfilment, but deep down she knew she wanted more. It wasn’t until the stillness of the coronavirus pandemic which put her into a silent season, that she realized that her purpose was deeply rooted inside of her. Soon thereafter she realized that her side hustle was leading her down a path of burnout and not purpose. Her brand’s mission is to help other women step out of their own way, and on faith, so they can own their authenticity, and thrive purposefully in every season.
In this episode Ashley and I spoke about the importance of owning your authenticity in every season, what that looks like and challenges we introverts especially typically face trying to practise authenticity.

Stepping out in purpose can be hard for us introverts. Stepping out without having the right community behind us can make it ten times more difficult.
See, being in the midst of those who support and encourage you while also keeping you accountable and never letting you play down your talents/gifts is important.
Bad company can corrupt the good dreams and plans that you have for your life that revolve around your purpose. Likewise, good company can help elevate those dreams and work towards making them a reality.
As introverts, let's take steps to intentionally build a good community around us to inspire growth and are in alignment with who we are trying to be and where we are trying to go.
Remember, though we do want to have those moments of solitude, let us also not forsake the importance of being in the right communities with people who are right for us,
In this episode, I speak more about the importance of community and not only just community but the right community also.

Ever thought to yourself "Maybe I just need to be more of an extrovert for anything I do to work"? Maybe you have also thought "People may connect with me better that way" or "There's no chance that people would gravitate towards an Introvert like me".
But trying to be someone that you are not really has more of a negative impact on how you feel, your energy levels (because so much energy is spent trying to keep up false pretences) and eventually your work.
Over the years I have come to realize that there is truly so much power in us just being ourselves no matter what. In this episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I speak about not only the dangers of trying to adopt a personality that is not true to us but also the power that we unlock when we practise true authenticity.

Do you find yourself constantly being overwhelmed by Social Media? Is the thought of having to be online all the time hold you back from pursuing purpose because you know part of it will involve having to interact on social platforms? Trust me, I speak from experience when I say Social Media can be very draining and overly-stimulating especially for us introverts.
But it actually does not need to be this way. Many of you know how much I speak about setting up systems and structures in place that suit you, well this idea is also applicable to social media.
In this episode I speak about how to overcome and deal with social media overwhelm and some of the things I do to ensure that I am not experiencing social media burn-out while also showing up consistently for my audience.

Many of us have grown to be where we are today because of the input, guidance and mentorship we have received either directly or indirectly from people that God has brought into our path.
As an introvert myself, the journey of stepping out into my purpose has been a long one with some bumpy roads here and there. I had to do the work and learn from others along the way.
To Celebrate the 10th Episode of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, I decided to speak about some of the people that have inspired me on my own personal development journey.
To start thriving as an introvert, there is work involved and no matter where you are and what you do, you can start with one small act from just reading a book, listening to this podcast and other similar activities to help you on your own purpose journey showing up as your authentic selves.

Many of us Introverts have experienced some form of Imposter Syndrome before and some of us still experience it now. What many often do not realize is that Imposter Syndrome not only impacts how we feel but also influences the decisions we make.
I have experienced this first hand and in this episode, I speak about what decisions Imposter Syndrome actually causes us to make, my own experience and the importance of freeing up ones self for their purpose work. If we don't free ourselves up we can get burnt out very easily.
We do not necessarily need to have all the courses and certifications to actually step into purpose. There is nothing wrong with self-improvement, I am all for it but everything you do should be in alignment with what God has called you into and who he has called you to be in your job, in your business, for yourself and in your family.

One of the biggest roadblocks to really stepping out in purpose and being all of who God created us to be is a limited mindset.
Many of us Introverts out there struggle with a negative mindset surrounding our introversion and what we can achieve. We often doubt whether we belong in certain spaces or positions, whether we can relate well with others and whether we can really ever achieve the vision for our lives that God has planted in us.
In this episode, I had a conversation with Mindset Coach Mylene Noir, Founder of My Enriched Self on how to renew our minds and the importance of this in helping to activate the life of our dreams where we see ourselves fulfilling purpose and no longer believing that we are limited people.
With My Enriched Self Mylene believes that we should not let our vision for tomorrow be limited by our mindset today. So dear introvert, the first step to start thriving as an introvert and stepping out in purpose, is to work on your mindset!
Be sure to check out Mylene's Instagram @myenrichedself and be on the look out for her new Podcast Your Enriched Self coming very soon!

As introverts we find it so hard to really put ourselves out there on our purpose journey.
We know we were made for more but in the process of becoming the more, we do not really like sounding salesy when it comes to selling ourselves, our service or products to people that would need them.

Do you constantly find yourself battling with that Perfectionist spirit within you?
I know that many of us Introverts can often constantly struggle with striving for absolute perfection especially when it relates to the purpose work we have been called to do.
We say things like, "Maybe it needs another revision", "I think it is missing something", or "It is just not good enough and I need to start again".
But what we do not realize is that sometimes, on that journey to seeking perfection, all we really do is put ourselves in an atmosphere of self-doubt, negative self-talk and never really seeing the good in anything we do. Trust me, I have been there! Not only can that prevent us from stepping all the way into our purpose, but it can cause some to give up on that purpose altogether!
In this episode, I speak about how we Introverts can overcome that Perfectionist spirit within us that likes to rear its ugly head and keep us from truly thriving in our purpose and as ourselves.

Some of us Introverts have definitely gone through a time in our lives where we have felt as if we were not good enough or that our inherent nature kept us from truly thriving. We might have felt that in order to succeed in life, we needed to be someone else. Some of us might still be experiencing this in one way or another.
Based on personal experience, one of the reasons why we can feel this way is because we do not truly love ourselves the way we should. The self-hate and negative self-perceptions can make us feel inferior, inadequate and make us see our introversion as a limitation.
The journey to stepping out in purpose has to include learning to love oneself and their introvert qualities. It should also involve intentionally forming meaningful relationships with others that would be good for you and your growth. With these, we can start to view our Introversion in a new and positive light and gain the confidence we need to ditch the burnout life and start thriving as our authentic selves.
In this episode, I spoke with Special Guest Victoria Ndala about the importance of Self-Love and building those meaningful relationships especially on our purpose journey as Introverts.

Ever felt like what you have been called to do seems bigger than you? Bigger than your personality? Bigger than what you are usually comfortable with? This can often be termed as being an Introvert with an Extroverted purpose at times for some of us.
Has this ever held you back from really stepping all the way into your God-given purpose? I know that a natural response for us introverts is to want to hide or give up before we have even started due to fear of inadequacy and our perceived limited ability to handle something that looks and feels greater than us.
We also tend to compare ourselves to people who seem to be doing well in that area and don't see ourselves as a good fit. Or worse, we try to copy them while loosing ourselves in the process.
In this episode, I speak about how we Introverts can effectively handle a Purpose that seems bigger than us in a way that is authentic to us and does not lead us down a constant cycle of burn-out or to a point where we are doubting our purpose and completely give up on it.

As Introverts it can be easy to disqualify ourselves from doing certain things. Why? Primarily because of the labels society has placed on us.
Perhaps they have said things like "Introverts can't lead" or "Introverts possibly couldn't thrive in that industry".
We could also disqualify ourselves as a result of feelings of inadequacy and inferiority. And as a result, we tend to box ourselves in and not truly pursing our chosen path and God-given purpose.
In this episode, I speak about how we as Introverts should not feel confined to a box but should aim to live life in purpose freely with no Limits.

Thriving as an introvert can be seen and viewed as difficult at times. This is generally due to us living in an extrovert dominated society where it seems like the louder you are, the more you are seen and noticed. That leads us to viewing our introversion as a limitation which in turn negatively impacts our self-confidence and self-esteem.
Some of us settle for less and often believe that we may not be able to achieve great things as a result of our introversion.
Other times we try to live up to what someone else's expectation of what it means to thrive in life without realizing that in the process we are not staying true to who we are at the very core.
In this episode, I speak about the steps I personally took to start thriving as an introvert. These steps triggered a change in me, how I viewed myself and positively changed the trajectory of my entire life. I hope that sharing these steps with my fellow introverts will trigger a true change in their lives for the better and that they too will believe that they can achieve great things in this world and most importantly, step out in purpose.

Introverts usually believe they are limited by their way of being and that they have to become somebody else in order to achieve any kind of success.
It's a fact – Socially speaking, we are often misunderstood, taken for being socially awkward and quiet while on the other hand extroverted personalities are more widely praised and celebrated.
This has led many of us to believe that in order to achieve happiness and establish deep meaningful relationships with others they need to adopt extroverted personality traits, so that we can actually be seen and heard.
Unfortunately, this rarely works since it requires them to stop being true to themselves. This posture is impossible to sustain over time, and will definitely lead to low self-esteem and low confidence, as well as losing a sense of oneself.
Even when we believe we are called to something greater in life, for the most part we think we are not up to the task, believing there's some sort of mismatch between this calling and ourselves. Unfortunately, holding back on that purpose will inevitably lead to inner struggle and a constant feeling of unfulfillment.
In this Episode, I speak about the purpose of this podcast and how it originates from how I once felt as an Introvert. I hope that by hearing the story of where I was and where I am now, you too will be encouraged and feel inspired to embrace your introversion and step out in purpose too.
