As we wrap up 1 Timothy, we see a lot of practical applications for us individually and as a church. The ways of the world will continue to try to make us trust and live in a way that is not from God. May we study today on how to be content in Him. (I Timothy 6)
We have a choice, we can listen to Godly instruction, or we can dismiss it. Let us beware going astray.

Who has authority in God’s church, and what should a church leader look like? Paul writes to Timothy to explain that leadership in God’s household must be entrusted to people of tested character, proven faithfulness, and spiritual maturity.

So excited to participate in Palm Sunday today. We will be finishing the book of Ephesians today and see how Paul tells us to stand firm! (Ephesians 6)
As Paul continues in Ephesians, we see the points of light verses darkness and how we should live. (Ephesians 5)
We see in Ephesians 3 the Mystery of the gospel is revealed, Paul and the Church were commissioned and empowered to spread the good news of God’s grace.
Paul defends the true Gospel from false brothers, while then showing the Galatians why they are free from the Law.
It doesn’t take much to get us off track. And sometimes, you can be thrown off by people with seemingly good intentions. How do we guard against it.
We just celebrated when Jesus came the first time. What happens when he comes back again?

King Saul dies and he fulfills the prophecies told of him. Jesus dies and he too will fulfill the prophecies.
David is on this epic journey. You see him in victory, we see him on the run, we see him in unique situations. Then, all of a sudden, we see the story go to King Saul and his attempts to “see” the outcome.
David is on the run from King Saul and his men. David has an opportunity to end Saul’s life, let’s look at what he does
We can fear people and circumstances, or we can fear the Lord. How do we learn to fear the Lord?
King Saul has been named king. He brings some unity to the people, but his downfall has begun. What led to his losing the kingdom?

The second week of Joshua has us look at three different military battles. Let’s look at the outcomes and see if the people obey.
As we enter the year of 2025, we must continue to battle wisely the enemy. Through the Scripture we will continue to see how to fight these ancient enemies, while battling them in the world today. We also must not forget, that God has and will win the War.
As we wrap up the Torah and 2024. Moses will pass away, but the story continues. We will continue to see that there is only One True God.

We will examine how justice is laid out in 7 cases in the book of Deuteronomy. As well as how God views proper relationships.
In Deuteronomy 17, God is giving Moses guidelines for when Israel asks for a king, which happens some 400 years later. We will explore God’s plan and His desire to be our King today.
In Deuteronomy 13, Moses instructs the Israelites to discern truth from deception and to reject any influence encouraging idolatry.

We are going to look at the festivals that are laid out in Leviticus. Let’s look at how we are to “gather” today.
The Day of Atonement is marked by the purification of the Holy Place. Transgressions must be expelled from God’s presence.

Many people want to be close to God, but it’s on their terms. That can be dangerous. Let us look at how the Israelites were to approach God in the Torah.
Moses is up with God on the mountain. The Israelite people, that just made a covenant with God, break it. What led to this evil and its consequences?

Pharaoh and the Egyptians hav lost his first sons. They tell Moses and the Israelite people to go, but they have a change of mind. The conflict will be met at the crossing of the sea.

We begin our work in the book of Exodus. Some of the most well know stories in the Old Testament come from this book. Let’s learn from Scripture together. We see Moses begin to deal with a people that let their circumstances affect their trust in the promises of God.
Jacob is near the end of his life. Here in Genesis 48 we see Joseph’s two sons come to Jacob. Let us look at the importance of these two becoming adopted into the family.
The brothers are overjoyed to be leaving with Simeon and Benjamin, but there is one test left for them. Joseph must make his choice with his brothers as Jacob awaits from his home.
After last week, we left with Joseph still in prison. A man that is suffering because of other people sinfulness. What happens when he has an opportunity to get even with those who wronged him?

Jacob is heading home after 20 years of back and forth trickery with Laban. Esau waits for his return, but before that can happen, Jacob wrestles with God
We are in a physical and spiritual world. Jacob gets to see the spiritual world one night in a dream. Jacob knows God’s presence is there. God also promised that Abraham’s covenant would continue through Jacob.
Rebekah and Isaac have just began their marriage together. We then see them have twins and the beginning of a beautiful family. As the story continues, we see Family Problems and cracks take root and begin to cause issues.
As we continue through the Torah. We see Sarah has just passed away. Abraham has Issac, but he is not married and there is a need to carry on the seed that has been promise from God. Let’s see how God provides.
When we take a look at Lot’s family, we quickly see that the things of the world can ruin lives. We must flee and run towards Christ.
You’ve all heard the story as a kid. The flood…the animals…the rainbow. We now look at Noah and the flood.
As we begin to look into the Torah, we start with Genesis. Genesis is where God’s works and words are first written down about God, humanity, redemption, and grace.

Today we will look at John's epistle that encourages the believer and gives them the confidence to know God and be known by God. We will explore what it looks like to "walk in the light" and being in fellowship with God.

Paul is writing to the Galatia churches about the true gospel and its promises. The people were trying to shape the gospel the way they wanted it…and it has to make you ask, do we do that today?

When we speak of joy at Christmas time, it means different things to different people. Christmas brings glee, nostalgia, and excitement into the hearts of some who would describe this experience as joy. For many others, joy feels hard to reach as the Christmas season triggers reminders of loved ones lost, difficulties meeting obligations, or deep personal feelings of isolation and loneliness. For everyone, there is a light in the darkness and the darkness will not overcome it.

Divine Guidance comes to those who yield themselves to God's will and grow in God's grace. We must know the Word of God in order to yield to the will of God. Being filled with the Holy Spirit provides access to His power in executing God's will for your life. It all boils down to your personal relationship with Jesus.

The first thing all Believers in Jesus Christ should know is how to “Rebound.” Inevitably, because of the old-sin-nature that resides in each one of us, we will fall back into sin that removes us from fellowship with God. 1 John 1:9, is a verse given to believers so that we may rebound back into fellowship with God. Before we can ever try to discover God’s good, pleasing, and perfect will for our life, we need to know how to walk moment-by-moment in fellowship with Him.

Jesus, in His own Words summarizes God's mercy for each of us, God's plan to save the world, and God's promise of eternal life. Today, we will look at this verse in context. What did Jesus mean when He compared Himself with what Moses did long ago? What effect has the historical Moses event had on the world? What effect has Jesus' fulfilment of John 3:16 had on the world? What is your response to all of this?

We determine the best route then start our journey. Have you ever considered the best route in your journey of life? If we let the Bible take the place of our GPS, Jesus promises the way to an eternal destination with our Heavenly Father. The best route down the road of life is simply knowing and trusting in Jesus daily, even moment-by-moment. We can walk in faith that He is the way and the truth and the life. When we abide in Him, we may not know a defined course for our journey, but we can rest in the comfort of faith – that He will lead us exactly where we need to go.
