Great episode for coaches to listen too, especially young coaches. Mando currently is an AC at Mt. Royal University, and is one of the more thorough, detailed coaches I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with. He talks a lot about his experiences in the game, including learning, and growing as a coach after his playing career was cut short from injuries. Very insightful episode, and one I hope you enjoy!

Tyler Drader - Head Coach of SAIT Trojans Men’s Hockey team. Drader was a coach of the year nomination after one of the greatest turn around you’ll ever see in sports, from taking over a junior team that had just set a record for most losses to turning them into a contender the following year. What makes it even more impressive is Drads did this after taking a few years off to coach Timbits - he jokes about being only coach in history to be hired to junior from timbits hockey!
