The UEL SMILES Project in the School of Education is supported by Lizana Oberholzer and Jonathan Mann, and the Lead Mentors and Mentoring Team. This project provides peer to peer mentoring support for Level 4, 5 and 6 students. It is mentoring for students by students. The aim is to help students find their feet, offer support, and guidance, as well as academic and career support to ensure that students can flourish. In this episode the team aims to outline the purpose of the programme.
