Hello, and welcome to the Regenerate podcast, with my, Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today is episode 106, and i'm on the knobs and faders to bring you part 11 of the pool bar sessions. If this is your first time listening to our podcats i'd recommend you start with a different episode, as we're doing something a bit different today. This mix is around 100 BPM, well away from our usual house, techno and DNB tempos of 120 or so and up. This mix combines downbeat stuff from trance producers like BT, Dinka, Tilt and chiller twist, and mashes in Phil Collins in there too. We even start with Kate bush...so let's get to it!
Updated to the correct audio file
Hello, and welcome to episode one hundred and five of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you from our studio beside the Thames. My name is Phil Wilshaw, long time resident of our night regenerate. As usual, I'll be bringing you the very best of our eclectic electric sound, we play everything from ambient through deep, beach and melodic and tech house and techno, progressive, trance, all the way up to hands in the air drum n bass.
For more info, tracklists, photos from our events and more mixes, head to www.regeneratemusic.net. And while your there, dont forget to check the website, or wherever you downloaded this from to see if there's any new mixes from the archive now live. We're really pushing hard to get everything back up and running, so do take a look.
OK.I can't believe it, but we've made it all the way through to August 2021, and what that means is that we're welcoming back Rutendo Moses to the knobs and faders. he's here again with the sequal to June's amazing Poolside Disco, featuring loads of new stuff, and a sneaky callback all the way to 1979...crazy stuff. Thanks again for a cracking mix Rutendo! Don't be a stranger my friend. OK - Poolside Disco, let's get to it!
Hello and welcome to the Regenerate Podcast, with me Phil WIlshaw from Phoenix 6. Sometimes in life, things can fall between the cracks of the sofa, only to delight you on your rediscovery. It might be a scrunched up twenty, a lost phone charger, or like today, a sneaky bonus mix that we thought was gone forever. For the details of the artist and the tracklist, please read the notes on the website or wherever you downloaded this from. So lets get to it!
Today's mix is an old mix from Luke Lain that somehow we lost and never put up in the main feed.
Hello again one and all, and welcome to episode 104 of the regenerate podcast, coming to you this week from a mystery location in Surrey. My name is Phil Wilshaw, and each month, together with the rest of the regenerate residents, I'll be bringing you the best of our night "Regenerate". Regenerate is a fairly eclectic night and now podcast, starting pretty relaxed and housey, and building up through tech house or progressive, and occasionally descending into drum and bass at the end of the night. If you want to find out more about us, you can head to www.regeneratemusic.net, ping me personally on twitter @philwilshaw, or even take a time machine back to the late 90s and email us at podcast@regeneratemusic.net which is definitely working again. My only advice is that if you want to email me to tell me i always announce the genres wrong...i don't care. In the last 30 days i've had more people than ever before contact me to tell me that Rutendo Moses played a funk set, not a disco set, and i look forward to more of that when incorrectly announce him again next moth when he comes back for part 2 of the poolside disco. Meantime however, today you're stuck with me, with a meander through various sub genres of tech house, possibly or possibly not including also melodic house and techno, deep house and others. hey - remember those days when i would just come on and announce the DJ and shut up? I should get back to that i think. and speaking of possibly unnecessary extensions to the intro, don't forget tat we've got even more of our old mixes online, this month including 6, 9 , 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22,24, 25, 30, 36, 60, 62, 64, 71, 72, 73 and 74. But that's realy now enough talking. July 2021 Tech House Promo - let's get to it!
Hello, and welcome to episode one hundred and three of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you from our bass boudoir in London. My name is Phil Wilshaw, long time resident of our night regenerate, born in Loughborough 18 years ago, and still clinging on to life in the form of this broadcast.
OK. So lets get down, let's get down to business. It's June 2021, and although the sun hasn't come out, we're all pretty excited still because lockdown is slowly lifting in the UK. I know for many of our listeners around the globe that's not the case however, and we are sending you all, only the best of wishes, and big love. So whether your stuck at home or actually starting to live your life, the common theme is that you need some happy music right now, and that is exactly what we've got here. On the wheels of steel today is Rutendo Moses, with his poolside disco project, playing some incredibly fun chilled out disco beats with a bit of a build through funky house into unstoppable party disco at the end. Thanks Rutendo for an amazing mix! Oh and despite the big post in note on my desk, i almost forgot to tell you - our quest to get the old missing episodes back continues, this month we've added Episodes 3,4, 49, 65, which includes mixes by myself, Luke Lain and ARO, plus bonus episodes 7,8,9 which are all ambient field recordings from around the world to help you relax and sleep. Right, that's it. Rutendo Moses, Poolside Disco Part 1 - let's get to it! So lets get to it!
Hello from me Phil Wilshaw and all of Phoenix 6 and Regenerate, as I welcome you back to the regenerate podcast, today with episode 102. As promised we're getting into more brand new stuff with the return of Liam Fitpatrick in the guise of his side-project skippy dip. This little pseudonym allows Liam to take a detour away from his usual upbeat house sound, and is bringing you only the finest in melodic house, shaking things up with not 1 but 2 mini mixes that you're sure to absolutely love. As promised we've also been hard at work recovering old podcasts, and this month you should have seen at least 9 old episodes his your feed - any maybe more b the time this epsiode comes out. Look out for episode 2, 7R, 48, 69, 70, and previously only available via ixcloud or our website, we now have Bonus MIxes 1,2,3 and 4 in the main feed. I am literally not sure hw we found time for all of that! So anyway, it's over to you Liam for that melodic house mix. Lets get to it.

Hello hello from everyone at Regenerate. This is Episode 101 of the regenerate Podcast, and I'm Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today, You'll be pleased to hear that normal service will be resumed, after our look back at all the songs that helped shape Phoenix 6 prior to Regenerate. Episode 100.8 in particular in particular was the very thing that we swore to destroy when we set up our night at loughborough SU - we were one of only 2 serious genre nights at the time. But that's another story. After several weeks of extended intros, i'm going to keep things short today, with just two more things to say. 1:We're going to be focusing a bit over the next few months to get all our old epsiodes back online, so you might see a reduction in new shows during this period. I can however promise that this is not the end, and there is more new stuff on the way, including the return of Liam Fitpatrick, Burns and Feeling Future. And 2: Today's mix is from the mighty VRB project, starting off deep, progressive and mysterious, and reaching for the lasers by the end. Thanks guys for another fab mix. Stay safe out there everyone. VRB project - lets get to it.

Well, hello again, and welcome to another lockdown episode of the regenerate podcast. I really hope you and everyone you love is keeping safe, happy, well, and some degree of sane in these difficult times. I’m here in London UK< where it’s speculated we’re going to be at home until May, and let me tell you, I can’t wait to get outside again.
To keep us all here at Techno towers sane, we’ve decided to try something different for today’s episode 99. Long time listeners and friends of the show will know that I’m an ableton boy because I love the precision and control you can get over every aspect of a mix. Today I’m doing something different, with my first ever Traktor mix for regenerate. I promised myself I would do it completely live as a bit of a challenge, this despite the fact that I have used Traktor before this precisely twice, and my new little toy the Z1 precisely once.
I’m even doing this intro without any retakes, which is why I probably sound even more like I am losing the plot than usual. I’m not 100% sure what I’m going to play today, other than that it is probably deep or tech house. Two final things before we get started – this mix is coming out on 5 Feb, which is our 18th Birthday! Needless to say, we are unable to celeberate, but hopefully this summer we will take the Phoenix out and celebrate it being old enough to drink.
Also, and finally – watch out for next month because starting on 1st March at midnight, we will be releasing 9 mixes celebrating our 100th episode, each and every 100 hours throughout March. They’re a look back at what came before regenerate and have been in the works for about 6 months, with a lot of negotiation with the other Regenerate Residents as to what should and shouldn’t make the cut. We can’t wait to share them with you. Until then though, it’s Traktor Time – so let’s get to it.
Hello, and welcome to Episode 98 of the Regenerate Podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw, From Phoenix 6. It's out first for 2021, and everyone here at Regenerate is sending you the good vibes, and we really hope that this year will bring you all only good things, and that we can finally get back to some sort of normality. After the crazyness of 2020, we felt the best way to finish the year was a chillout mix, but now it's time get you all energised by starting the year with a bang. Up on the decks today is man who hasn't done us a solo set since episode 43, way back almost 10 years ago in Summer 2011. Forming one half of the Haribo Twins, Hatfield and Holmes, and most recently, the intergalactic DJs comes the livewire of Phoenix 6, the man with the sharpest wit and baggyest gloves. This is...Senna! Today he's playing for you a mix of tough house grooves mashed up with vintage vocals and classic melodies to get you up out of your chair and dancing round your lockdown living room. You're going to love the way this builds from deep to big vocals and some blissed out arms-in-the-air, chords-in-your-heart stuff towards the end. If you like this set, keep your eyes out for our Episode 100 spectacular, because Senna is all over that in the form of Phoenix 6 and the intergalactic DJs. For Episode 100, we've taken a look back through the archives, and we'll bringing you those beats without which there would be no regenerate. Starting at Midnight in the UK on 1st March, we'll be bringing you another mix from our hundredth episode celebration, every 100 hours throughout the whole month. We've got over 200 tracks to squeeze down the wires and into your brain, together with a look back at some of the most memorable regenerate moments, and we're really excited to bring all that to you. Not long to go now, but until then, keep your ears warm with the unstoppable Senna. So let's get to it!
Well hello, and welcome to episode 97 of the regenerate podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw, from Phoenix 6. What a year 2020 has been, i really hope you all out there are safe happy and well. I'm very glad to be able to take some time this xmas to relax and recover from a year that has been absolutely crazy busy, and in support of that, here's my end of year chilled out christmas mix. This is music to put our feet up to, a really calming blissed out set of sounds, and even featuring the first ever xmas song to be played on the podcast. But if you don't like that cliché stuff, don't worry, i almost guarantee you wont ever have heard it before. Just a final word before we get started, there's only a couple more months to go to our episode 100 extravaganza, and i can now reveal the theme - essentially the dream team that is Phoenix 6, VRB Project, Hatfield and Holmes, The intergalactic DJs have all gotten together and chipped in a big old list of the songs that got them into house, techno, trance and progressive before regenerate was even a twinkle in our eyes. we've split it out over a couple of mixes, and we can't wait to share all this stuff with you. there's some obvious classics in there, together with some really important tunes that i would be willing to bet you've never heard before. So yet again this intro has gotten extremely long, all that's left is for me to say stay safe out there, and enjoy my winter chillout mix.
Well, hello, and welcome back to episode 96 of the regenerate podcast, My name is Phil Wilshaw from Regenerate and Phoenix 6, and also, this month, tech support, and let me tell you it is exceptionally good to be here again in front of the microphone, sending the good vibes your way, because the last month has been one of the most painful ever in terms of keeping the site running. At the moment we can't upload the mixes for some reason, they ether fail or get corrupted and no one seems to be able to work out why. This is particularly stressful as Long time listeners will know that we still haven't recovered all the damage from when the website went down in 2018, and although i've been through some of the backlog there's still 48 mixes missing from the podcast feed, in various states of being reassembled, finding the tracklists, adding the idents etc. I feel like this was punishment for me getting ahead of myself. We'd actually lined up the next 14 mixes lined up and got them half done, which has NEVER happened before, and is in honour of our 100th episode. No good deed goes unpunished as they say. Anyway since i have already recorded the longest intro ever, lets just say more about those upcoming mixes for our 100th episode next month. So then, it is, at last time for me to shut up and get the records on. This is the latest and greatest from the world of deep house mixed by welcome returners "the deep lights". A little something to warm you up as the weather gets cold. So let's get to it.
Hello, and welcome to episode 95 of the regenerate podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. We're counting down the days now to episode 100. I've been planning it with the other Phoenix 6 legends, and we've pulled together a ""shortlist"" of 332 potential tracks to cram down the internet cables and into your ears. we're busy trying to trim down that list into only the finest quality beats, along with a look back at some of the best bits of regenerate. We'll be revealing more info about that over the coming months. Moving on to today then, as you might expect we've got some more fantastic sounds for you with some excellent tech house grooves both, subtle, and not so, as we move into that biger future house sound towards the end. This mix is from none other than me, Phil Wilshaw, and if you've got something to say about it, then great news for you because you can finally beat your fists or face against the keyboard and send it to podcast@regeneratemusic.net. WHo'd have thought we'd finally join the 20th century in only Half 2 of 2020. Go us. Anyway, until next time, tech and future house mix...let's get to it.
Hello hello, and welcome to episode 94 of the regenerate podcast with me, Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today i am super excited to bring to you the return of the creamy cream of phoenix 6, missing in action sicne episode 59, and making a very welcome comeback...it's the VRB project! These guys were a cornerstone of regenerate for a long time, back when we really majored on progressive sounds, and honestly this mix is full of new stuff but sounds like it picks up right where they left off. Whenever we do Phoenix 6 mixes, you can always hear a bit of that progressive sound sneak in, and this month it became obvious that these guys needed a full set of their own, so here they are with 120 minutes of ear candy that sounds equally good on the dancefloor and on the sofa. To find out more about them, make sure you check out the website, and also the 10 years of regenerate mixes they did back around episode 50 to 60, because honestly they will not disappoint. So with that said, VRB project... let's get to it!
Hello and welcome to episode 93 of the regenerate podcast. Today i'm in sunny oxfordshire, and it's back to my turn on the knobs and faders - I'm bringing you a selection of my favourite tech house from he last couple of months. To find out more, for tracklists, and more mixes, don't forget to head to www.regeneratemusic.net. Until next month, let's get to it.
Welcome everyone from all of us at Regenerate to Episode 92 of this, the Regenerate Podcast. If you're a long time listener, you'll know that Regenerate started out as a night playing all kinds of dance music in loughborough, 17 years ago. Because of that foundation, our podcast always showcases an eclectic mix of different genres, from our many different residents and guests. This means you, the listener, get to try out lots of different sounds on rotation each month, but it also means that if you really enjoyed last month's music, then you have absolutely no hope of getting the same thing this month of next month. In the last few months we've had uplifting house, breaks, hard tech house, blissed out deep house. If any of those aren't for you, head to our website (www.regeneratemusic.net), where you can filter the podcasts by genre and DJ, and you'll find the sound you love again - but make sure you stick around. you never know what you might discover! Like this month we've got a trio who played for us before, but are brand new to the podcast. this is "The Deep Lights", and they'll be bringing us the latest and great from the world of very deep house. So let's get to it.
Hello again, from me, Phil Wilshaw of Phoenix 6. I'm here today with episode 91 of the regenerate podcast, coming to you from sunny London. No matter what you are going through right now, we're sending you big love, and we really hope all you guys and your families out there are safe happy and well. To find out more about regenerate, head to regeneratemusic.net, but for now, let's get to it.
www.regeneratemusic.net Well hello London, and hello world. It's episode 90 for the regenerate podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. We're finally starting to see episode 100 on the radar. It's only taken us 17 years. Not sure if it's impressive or tragic that I'm still here doing my thing! Joining us this month, are the Gigantic Techno Cats from Saturn in their first outing for regenerate. We're really excited to have them here, and they'llbe bringing with them a slightly harder techno sound that i've been wanting to get a mix down for for ages.
Today's mix is field recordings from my recent trip to Bali, this time from the jungle
www.regeneratemusic.net Hello hello, it’s me Phil Wilshaw, back once for the renegade master, d4 damager with another episode of the regenerate podcast. Power to the people!
What throwback intro for a throwback episode. i mentioned last month that we had pulled an old friend out of retirement to come and bash the buttons and disgrace the dials, and here he is, the man that left us all the way back in episode 11. gone but not forgotten, this is…burns.
Back in the day burns played a classic blend of warmup house and progressive, usually quite sunkissed, and he is absolutely not doing that today.
I asked him to describe his sound, but all he said was ""breaks"". having listened to it, i would say this is a mashup of some rude two step and garage style modern breaks transforming on later in the mix to if future house had a baby with nu skool breaks. All my breaks knowledge is about 15 years out of date, so if that made any sense whatsoever then i'm doing well. I can also confirm that there's a few cheeky classics thrown in there too. So a huge welcome back and lets get to it - it's burns
www.regeneratemusic.net Hello one and all from me Phil Wilshaw and all of regenerate to you, all of our amazing listeners. Welcome back to our podcast where, each month we take out the techno knife and cut you a slice of the biggest tracks stuck on the stereo in our studio by the Thames. Here at Regenerate we love all kinds of house, techno, chillout, deep stuff, and today is no exception, with my tech house promo for march 2020. This is my fourth mix in a row for the podcast, and if you're sick of me, don't worry, because the next two month's are going to be completely different, as we will next welcome back someone who hasn't graced our decks for over 70 episdoes - who cold that be i wonder? - and following that we will be handing out another regenerate first cap for the gigantic techno cats from saturn, coming to meow down your earholes, very very loudly no doubt. SO before we get down to business with a tech house mix that really builds from relaxed to something very cheeky, i have to mention the giant post it note stuck to the studio wall, which says in all capitals ""MENTION THE NEW BONUS MIX!"". This is a little something we do now and again, whereby we do a mix thats even more eclectic than our usual stuff, so we don't put it on the main feed, instead you have to go to the website to hear it. This month's is great, covering BPMs from 80 all the way through to 130, and ending up on some field recording i made while standing in the sea. This is of course our ""tales from Bali mix"", so for that and all sorts of other bonus mixes, videos, event news etc, get to the website regenerate.live or regeneratemusic.net, click the buttons look around, smash subscribe and do all the other usual website things one might do. Now i think that is probably a record for the longest intro i have done in ages...i need to shut up and push the play button for the March 2020 tech house promo. let's get to it!

Today's mix is field recordings from my recent trip to Bali, this time from the hotel.
Sometimes in life, things can fall between the cracks of the sofa, only to spark joy on their rediscovery. It might be a scrunched up twenty, a lost phone charger, or like today, yet another mix we thought was gone forever.
Full disclosure – this mix is a even more all over the place than usual, with BPMs way down to 80. They are great tracks, but we like to keep the main feed MODTLY in the house and techno range, which is why we haven’t put this into the main feed and done proper intros etc. But this is still worth a listen, with some great house and melodic techno classics, plus ambient sounds to finish off.
www.regeneratemusic.net Hello and welcome to this month’s regenerate podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw, head honcho at Regenerate at one of the six residents that makes up the highly talented, and highly good looking, Phoenix 6.
Today is Episode 87 on our never ending tour of all things house and techno. Turning the dials and flicking the switches today is the most talented and best looking member of Phoenix 6 - me.
You’ll remember that last month we said that we’d be flowing straight on from part 9 to part 10 of the pool bar sessions - my infrequent series of sun kissed house to wave your feet to while you hang them off a sun lounger. That’s exactly what’s happening.
You might argue it’s the wrong time of year for it, but i don’t care. it’s always summer somewhere, so get out the towel and the sunglasses - i’ll see you by the pool.
www.regeneratemusic.net Hello and welcome to this month’s regenerate podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw, team captain of Regenerate and Phoenix 6.
Today is Episode 86, and you can catch the other 85 over at regeneratemusic.net - although i must admit that some of them are still missing after some technical problems we had last year. You can also see photos, download bonus mixes and videos. make sure you check it out.
Today, I’m bringing you Part 9 of my pool bar sessions sets - chilled out bar grooves to get you nodding along in the sunshine. I was having so much fun putting this together that it ended up being long enough for 2 mixes, so next month will continue straight on.
Although it’s the depths of winter, get out your SAD lamp and electric blanket, close your eyes, and relax. So lets get to it - catch you by the pool.

Hello, and happy christmas, from me, Phil Wilshaw and all the team at Regenerate. Today is episode 85, our last one of 2019. We're a bit later than usual unfortunately as i was busy cooking the christmas dinner for our number one fan - my mum. Hi mum!!! She's been with us since the start, and knows very well that for access to the previous podcasts, tracklists, exclusive mixes, photos, videos and that sort of stuff that you'd expect, you need to head to regeneratemusic.net or regenerate.live.
Right - with all that said, lets get on to today's mix! I'm bringing the year to a close myself, with Part 8 of my pool bar sessions series. This started out as a mix of slowed down classic trance and progressive beats, but more recently has become a way to showcase floaty sounds and deep grooves. I really hope you enjoy this, because i had a lot of fun putting it together, especially the last 2 tracks, where i have created a cheeky bootleg from a favourite a cappella i found on beatport. I didn't know i wanted it, but now i love it - so let's get to it!

Hello again and welcome to the Regenerate Podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. This is Episode 84, and i'm feeling good, because it's our tenth mix of the year - and the last time we managed that was all the way back in 2013! If you include the three bonus mixes we put online then it's actually the thirteenth, which we've never done before. Here's hoping it won't be unlucky 13 and we'll continue the streak next month! For access to the previous podcasts, please head to regeneratemusic.net, and don't forget to check out tracklists, exclusive mixes, photos, videos and that sort of stuff that you'd expect while you're there.
Let's get to today mix tho. Stepping up to the plate, and knocking it out of the park once again is Liam Fitzpatrick. This man has got true resident caliber, much like myself he comes from a background of turning his hand to whatever slot needs filling, and as a reslt his collection has real variety. Last time it was super happy disco, but tonight he's taking us on a much tougher tech house journey. This mix will make you tear up the floorboards, rip up the weights at the gym, and shout at your boss, so handle with care! Let's get to it
www.regeneratemusic.net Hello again one and all! I'm enjoying the last gleaming of summer sun and fun, and i think you will really hear that in this month's tech house mix, put together by me. Well hello world! This is Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6 coming to you live from a very grey day in London on Saturday 6th of July 2019. The weather here might be rubbish, but don't worry we've got some of planet earth's finest beats to keep you warm, relaxed and happy and in the summer spirit. Today's mix is all about chilled out summer beats, maybe for a pint in a beer garden, lying on the grass with your mates, and generally not worrying about the world. This summer soundtrack has been put together by podcast newcomers Feeling Future. This secretive duo have been operating around the fringes of regenerate ever since they made their debut for us on the second stage of freefest all the way back in i think 2004...and as you can probably tell from the music speeding up in the background, they are something just a little bit different from our regular style, but we think you will love them all the same. To find out more, for the tracklist of this, Episode 80 of the regenerate podcast, and all the other mixes, photos and all the usual stuff you might expect, head to www.regeneratemusic.net, and don't forget to subscribe! Hello again everyone, and welcome to episode 78 of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you from the MoFo Mansion Studios in London
As always, I'm Phil Wilshaw, here to squeeze the finest premium quality regenerate beats down the internet cables and into your ears, whever you might be on planet earth right now.
I'm part of phoenix 6, and the group behind Regenerate, an eclectic night playing everything from chillout to pounding techno, and this podcast gives a random sample of that music. In recent times, our favourites have been deep house, tech house, progressive and downtempo stuff.
For more info, tracklists, photos from our events and more mixes, head to www.regeneratemusic.net.
OK. So lets get to today's mix. Carrying on from last month, we have part 7 of our "pool bar sessions" mixes - music to listen to in the sunshine, with a cool beer and warm water. In true regenerate style, today we're starting ambient, and building up to some chunky progressive beats, and then all hell breaks loose at the end.
As things currently stand, parts 1-5 of the pool bar sessions have not yet been recovered from the great regenerate server fire of 2018, but if you like this, make sure you check out last month's mix too. We hope to have some more back soon when we recover all our lost data. Until then, enjoy.
Hello, and welcome to episode 77 of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you from our bass boudoir in London
My name is Phil Wilshaw, and as usual, I'll be bringing you the best of our night "Regenerate" via this monthly podcast.
Regenerate is a fairly eclectic night, we play music to listen to round the pool with a hangover, right up to 3am drum and bass. This podcast gives a random sample of that music.
For more info, tracklists, photos from our events and more mixes, head to www.regeneratemusic.net.
OK. So lets get to it. It's April 2019, and yet again it's my turn to press all the pretty little buttons that send the ones and zeros to your ears. Today's mix is part 6 of my "pool bar sessions" mixes, which is inspired by the warm up slots i used to do in Ibiza. It's music to listen to from a sun lounger, or while doing a little dance in the shallows of the pool. In true regenerate style we're starting ambient, and building up to some bigger deep house grooves.
As things currently stand, this is the only one of the pool bar sessions currently available on the main podcast feed, and we hope to have some more back soon when we recover all our lost data. Until then, enjoy.

Sometimes in life, things can fall between the cracks of the sofa, only to spark joy on their rediscovery. It might be a scrunched up twenty, a lost phone charger, or like today, three mixes we thought were gone forever.
Full disclosure – the audio quality is pretty rubbish, which is why we haven’t put them into the main feed and done proper idents and all that jazz. But they are still worth a listen, so check them out below!

Hello and welcome to episode 72 of the regenerate podcast. I'm Phil Wilshaw, and i'll be taking you on a digital auditory journey that carries on directly from last month. This is part 3 of the pool bar sessions, and i can't wait to share it with you. I've tried to put a lot of effort in to find exciting new ways to look at songs, looping and layering sounds in ways i aven't really done before at my live gigs. there's loads of old chilled out trance and progressive stuff, and the idea is that you could relax to this stuff with a massive hangover at the pool bars in ibiza, since that is where i most commonly played this sound. I really hope you enjoy it, but finally, before we get stuck in, don't forget that for tracklists, more information and to subscribe head to www.regeneratemusic.net.
Hello everyone, and welcome to the episode 71 of the regenerate podcast, with me - Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Back in eisode 48, i did a pool bar mix to celeberate 10 years of regenerate andi awoke something inside of me that i didn't know was there. That was undoubtably my favourite mix i've ever done, as i really tried to take the time to layer different songs together and create something new. Ever since then i've thought about doing another, and finally today, i'm ready to share the first in 4 more mixes in a similar style - old chilled out tance ssongs pitched down, for ultimate relaxation. This series is going to be called the pool bar sessions, and i can't wait to share it with you. Finall, before we get stuck in, don't forget that for tracklists, more information and to subscribe head to www.regeneratemusic.net.

We'll be back soon with more mixes, so until then, head to regenerate.live and get subscribed!
Hello, and welcome to episode 68 of the Regenerate podcast with me Phil WIlshaw from Phoenix 6. I'm really excited to bring you today's mix which I recorded live from a pool party in Ibiza. I actually had to stitch this mix back together because part way through my set i got pulled into the pool by Dominik Mori. This set was actually a special part of his Wedding, which we were all out in Ibiza for. It was an amazing week, and an incredible day. I'm hoping that some more mixes from that trip might find the light of day in the near future. So this mix really is the best of my current sound, starting out mysterious and progressive, and building up to some driving but happy house music. I had stacks of fun putting it together, and i am sure you will listening to it. So let's get to it. Phil Wilshaw live from Ibiza, Septemeber 2017.

I want to say a massive Thanks for staying subscribed through our hiatus, and sorry for being away so long. I have been super ill this year, and doing anything other than the bare minimum has been a massive hassle. But here i am back with you for more of the best of Regenerate. Since we've missed nearly the whole of 2014, i thought the best thing to do would be to get us back up and rolling with the best of this year - this month is mostly tech house, and next month is mostly drum and bass, which has featured a lot more prominently in gigs at regenerate towers recently.
As usual you can find out more about regenerate online at regeneratemusic.net, so lets get to it. best of 2014 tech house mix.

At Regenerate, we love house, tech house, progressive and more, and today i've picked out some of the biggest tech house and breaks from the last few years, and smashed it together into a mix that showcases my picks from these genres that weren't big enough for our Regenerate 10 series of mixes, which we saved for those tracks that really blew the crowds away over and over again. You can check those out by subscribing to the podcast, i think they start at about episode 45.
Anyway, i'm getting distracted, so lets get to it. Here's 2 hours of techy goodness in my end of summer flashbacks mix

Today we've pulled out all the Drum and Bass tracks that we've spun over the years. I'm not going to lie, there's not many, and a lot of it is pendulum, but we couldn't have done 10 years of regenerate without this.

At the moment we're celeberating Regenerate's tenth birthday by pulling together the biggest tracks from the last 10 years. Not just general anthems, but those specific to Regenerate. Today is no exception, as we welcome back F8 to the team - he last graced the decks on the very first episode. Here's here today to bring you the sound of the courtyard bar. A great gig we had over at the phantom in Loughborough one summer. by 5pm it was 1 in 1 out, everyone was hammered, and eventually the council shut us down after less than a couple of months. But those heady nights left a mark, and i think were a big inspiration for the playboy nights we ran, which would do about 1000 people a night. Crazy crazy times.
As you know the 10 years of regenerate is like a virtual night out with regenerate, so it's now 21:00, the sun is well down and the night party is firing up. So lets get to it. Enjoy.
Hello everyone, it's time for episode 49 of the regenerate podcast with me - Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. This year is Regenerate's tenth birthday, and to celebrate, our residents have got some very special mixes showcasing the biggest and best tracks we've played in that time. This is part two in the series, so if you haven't already, check out part one by subscribing on our website regeneratemusic.net, as this mix follows straight on. That was the first mix, starting our journey through a big night out with regenerate with a 6pm pool party. As i start this mix, it's now 7.30pm and we're at the sunset bar counting down the sun slipping below the horison with some of our biggest tracks from Bocca Bar, the Piazza and of course, Ibiza. So lets get to it. Enjoy.
Hello everyone, and welcome to the episode 48 of the regenerate podcast, with me - Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Hello again one and all, and welcome to episode 47 of the regenerate podcast, coming to you this week live from gigalum bar in South West London.
My name is Phil Wilshaw, and each month, together with the rest of the regenerate residents, I'll be bringing you the best of our night ""Regenerate"".
Regenerate is a fairly eclectic night, starting pretty relaxed and housey, and building up through progressive, trance and onto harder beats by the end of the night.
This month's mix was recorded by the one and only ARO at Regenerate London on March 10th 2012, and he's played a blinder. this 7pm mix includes an odd mashup of sort of poppy synth house and some techier beats, and was a great way to get the evening started and people on the dancefloor.
We had a great time on this night, and you can check out the photos, tracklists etc on regeneratemusic.net
Hello once more and welcome to episode 46 of the regenerate podcast. I'm really pleased to bring you another live mix, this time something I recorded at our gig at Gigalum bar for Regenerate London earlier this month. We had an awesome time, and loads of fun, and you can find all the photos on the website if you look at regenerate london. You can also find the traclist, videos, and a whole bunch more, just head to www.regeneratemusic.net.
Now with all of that said, it's onto this month's mix. As mentioned this is a live one from me, about 6pm, when it was a bit too early to get people on the dancefloor as a result, you'll her a bunch of chilled out floaty house bits, and for some reason - i guess i must have been drunk - some extremely bad trumpet playing from the film american pie. WHat can i say, seemed like a good idea at the time. OK then, lets get to it!
Hi again, and welcome to episode 45 of the regenerate podcast. it's a me, Phil wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today we've got part 2 of my end of summer 2011 mix, recorded live at Gigalum on Sunday September 4th. This is a mix for the middle of the afternoon to enjoy in the sunshine with a pint, and it rolls through all sorts of electronic music in the usual eclectic regenerate style. The mix merges both blissed out and uplifting summer records, with some slightly deeper beats it also contains a few attempts at really deconstructing tracks to their bits, and gluing them back together in totally new ways. I was lucky enough to be able to experiment like this because no-one expects the DJ to fill the dancefloor at 4pm on a Sunday! If you enjoyed the set, don't forget to join myself and all of Phoenix 6 at Gigalum bar in south west london on Nov 12, for another great regenerate event. See you then, and don't forget to check out www.regeneratemusic.net for info.
Hi again, and welcome to episode 44 of the regenerate podcast. Coming down the internt and into your brain is me, Phil wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today we've got part 1 of my end of summer 2011 mix, recorded live at Gigalum on Sunday September 4th. This is a mix for the middle of the afternoon to enjoy in the sunshine with a pint, and it rolls through all sorts of electronic music in the usual eclectic regenerate fashion. Overall I've tried to create a mix that merges both blissed out and uplifting summer records, with some slightly deeper beats. For me, this is a reminder of this season's biggest nights, contrasted with more minimal sounds as we prepare for the cold and darkness ahead. I've really enjoyed putting this together, so take the time to turn off the lights, and turn up the volume! If you enjoyed the set, don't forget to join myself and all of Phoenix 6 at Gigalum bar in south west london on Nov 12, for another great regenerate event. See you then.
Well hello London, and hello world! My name is Phl Wilshaw, and this episode 43 of the regenerate podcast coming to you from the finest city in the world. On a sunny day there is nowhere finer. And we have had two such sunny days recently, both of which found us at our new home - Gigalum Bar near Clapham South. On 2nd and 23rd July we blew the doors off, drank all the Jaeger, stood on the tables and sung very very loudly to the finest beats from myself, Luke Lain, Senna, ARO, Dominik Mori, Flat Lau and several others too. If you were there, thanks for coming down, it was great to meet loads of new faces, we had an absolute cracker.
So if you were there and as a result, now you're here, hopefully you know what regenerate is all about - all kinds of house music, and always a party. Perfectly illustrating this today is resident Senna, with hsi road to glasto mix. This a fusion of indie dance guarenteed to tear up the dancefloor and make you mosh around the tube with your arms around a stranger if you lsten to it on your commute. you have been warned! For more from me ad the rest of team regenerate, head to the website on regeneratemusic.net
OK Senna, lets get to it!
Well, welcome everyone to the regenerte podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6, the residents of regenerate. Today I'm bringing you an awesome mix by fellow sixer, Senna. Sen absolutely loves stompy, shouty, uplifting mofo house, a sound he's been playing since even before his last visit to the podcast back in Episode 16. To find out more about Senna, for the tracklist, for all that good stuff, please head to www.regeneratemusic.net. But for now tho - lets get to it
Hello, and welcome back to the Regenerate Podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw. Today we're doing episode 41, and it's one i'm personally really excited about. 3 years ago, our very own FlatLau did what i think is probably the best mix we've ever had at Regenerate, but the sound quality was absolutely awful, because we recorded it live in ibiza on a very old laptop. Now though, FlatLau has been back into the vaults, pulled out all the same records and remastered it for us. You've heard this before back in episode 13 or 14, but this is such a better sounding, slicker mix. This mix, and also Moods 2 are my top 2 regenerate favourites, and they are always on my MP3 player. They have these amazing floaty progressive sounds mixed with a driving baseline. music for your head, your arms, and your legs. Thanks a lot to Flatty for dusting off the decks, i hope you guys love this just as much as i do.
Tracklist not available yet.
Hello hello and welcome once more to the regenerate podcast, and this month is Episode 40. I'm Phil Wilshaw, brining you th final part in our trio of mixes by Dominik Mori, and Tom Moriarty, mixed live from Kanya bar in Ibiza earlier this year. We hope you've enjoyed them just as much as we always enjoy being out in ibiza. To find out more, and get tracklists, photos, event details and more, head to regeneratemusic.net

This month is epsiode 39, and we're continuing our live sets recorded at kanya bar in ibiza from thi year's regenerate ibiza week long residency there. This is more of Dom's amazing set where he's on the mixer, and Tom Moriarty is live on the guitar. It's a fantastoc combination, and we're really pleased to bring that to you as something a little bit different.
As usual, to find out more about this, get tracklists, bonus mixes etc, head to regeneratemusic.net, where you can find plenty more of both myself, and dominik mori, if you can't wait until next month. And if you can? i'll see you then. Let's get to it.
Hello to you from everyone at Regenerate, and especially from me Phil Wilshaw. This month, and for the next cuple of month's we're coming to you from kanya bar in ibiza, with the amazing dominik mori on the dials, and just to be a little different, the set features a live performance by Tom Moriarty on guitar - never heard before or since!
As usual our week long residency at Kanya bar was a great success, acnchored by Dom, and supported by the rest of the regenerate residents. Can't wait to go back next year! So now, over to you Dom and Tom!
Hello, and welcome to episode 37 of the regenerate podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Today we're doing something a little bit different, with a new format demo from myself and Dominik Mori. Ultimately we decided it was too much work, but we thought you might still find it worth a listen. As always, head to www.regeneratemusic.net to find out more, and you can ignore any other websites given in this demo.
Hello again and welcome back after almost THREE YEARS to the Regenerate podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw, from the regenerate residents. I'm supposedly here every month…we'll, lets be honest… some months…with the best beats from our night regenerate, which started at Loughborough SU in Loughorough every wednesday, and since then has gone on to play around the UK and Europe. We play a little bit of everything from chilled breaks up to shall we say, robust techno, and the goal of these mixes is to showcase some of that sound.
We've been off the radar for a record time, so if you're still subscribed, i cannot thank you enough! If you're new round here, then why not start at www.regeneratemusic.net. where you can ifn out everything that you ever wanted to know about me and all of regenerate, especially about this guy, the unstoppable ARO, who has been with us since the start. He's hear today with a tech house mix that will get the blood flowing to all the right places and get you up and onto the floor. Take it away...ARO!
Hello, and welcome another episode of the regenerate podcast! I'm Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6, and today i'm bringing you number 35 in our eclectic mix of beats from our night Regenerate. Today we've got a very special mix, recorded live from Regenerate Ibiza 2007 at the Kanya Bar. it's a blend of beats to wiggle your toes to round the pool, as the sun starts to set. A slightly more contemplative set of chillout, with a couple of tracks for the dancefloor too. Most importantly though, this mix is unusual because every single track is a production or remix from me, so i hope you enjoy it. For the tracklist, and to subscribe, please head to www.regeneratemusic.net. OK, lets get to it - my Regenerate Ibiza 2007 mix

Hello and welcome to the Regenerate Podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. Unfortuately we've had some technical problems that mean the original of this episode is lost for good. Don't despair though, as we've replaced it with a cheeky bonus mix that we found in the archves and never released for some reason. For the details of the artist and the tracklist, please read the notes on the website or wherever you downloaded this from. So lets get to it!wherever you downloaded this from. So lets get to it!
Hello everyone, and welcome to the regenerate podcast with me Phil Wilshaw from the regenerate residents. This is Episode 32, and we're back in the studio with the awesome luke lain. Last month he dropped his promo "the bar" on us, and now we've got the other half of that 2 pack "the club" loaded up and ready to go. This deeper and techier mix will put a big smile on your face gurenteed, so turn up the speakers and, don't forget to head to www.regeneratemusic.net for the tracklist and to find out more. But for now, Luke lain, let's get to it.
Hello everyone, and welcome to the regenerate podcast with me Phil Wilshaw from the regenerate residents. This is Episode 31, and we're almost ready to kick off the new year with a bang, but before we do, we have to take the time out to say a huge thanks to Eddy Elton and Lil Jols, who last month, finally called time on our sister show Getting' Funked, which ran every Sunday on LCR. As best as we've been able to work out, it ran for a massive 256 shows, every week for the last 5 years or so, and that is a huge achievement. I have literally no idea how Eddy managed to put together something like that. in approximately the same time we have managed 31 shows with our ""monthly if i can find the time"" approach. Huge huge respect to both of those two for all their hard work on that, thanks for having us on so many times, especially when we were too hung over to talk. Thanks for all the support on the playboy nights, and massive best wishes for your time as productive normal members of society going forwards. If you manage to reintegrate successfully, you'll have to let me know how on earth you managed it.
Now, with that little eulogy out of the way, it's on to bigger and better things - this month's mix. Today we've got the incredible luke lain in the studio, ready to bring you the deeper and techier side of house. He's done increadible things with his sound, and this latest cut is something i am certain you will love. For more info about Luke nd all things regenerate, don't forget to head to www.regeneratemusic.net. But for now, Luke lain, let's get to it.
Hello, everyone, and welcome to episode 30 of the regenerate podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from the Regenerate residents. I'm here in rainy England, with some fantastic deeper more minimal and techy beats from Luke Lain. Luke's started out playing very progressive, but recently he's been going even deeper and playing more percussive beats. this is a side that we haven't showcased as much, so we're really pleased have this in our arsenal, and we think you've going to love it. Last month we played his bar mix, and this is the other CD in the comp if you like - his club mix, so get your dancing shoes on!
Finally, and if you like things a bit more funky and housey than this, check out our sister show Getting' Funked With Eddy Elton, every Sunday evening on LCR. I wish that our output was as sonistent as his, i think although we've been running a similar amount of time, he's clocked up hundreds more episodes, and i have no idea how he does it. Details are on our website.
With all that said then, it's time for Luke Lain! So let's get to it...

ANd if you can't wait that long, don't forget to check out our sister show with eddy elton - gettin' funked every SUnday on LCR, from this very chair i am sitting in right now.
This month's mix was recorded by the one and only ARO as an indiation fo what's coming up this years. it's the fourth in his borders series, which is mostly progressive, but as you'll see there's some electro house towards the end as well, not untypical for our nights.
So that's it from me, it's great to be back, can't wait to see you all on wednesday, see regeneratemusic.net for details of all the gigs!

Squeezing down the wires and into your ears this week are the beats of ARO with his mix eleven point four two. You cn even catch one of my tracks steel phoenix in there at the start of the podcast.

I'm here in the LCR studios in Loughborugh to bring you the best of our night regenerate. We're wrapping up another amazing year at LSU, and saying a huge thanks to one of the most talented residents we've got - Senna. This man has anchored Regenerate this year, driving through 2 amazing playboy nights, and also driving me up the wall, with his tendancy to hide in my wardrobe when i am trying to go to sleep, then jumping out at me. U aunique blend of incredible DJ, and Notorious wanker. Thanks mate, don't be a stranger next year!

I think that's all the news so on to this week's mix - Border Part Deux from ARO. This is another journey through ARO's progressive sound that he's been playing since the start, and also contributes to the VRB project with myself and Luke Lain. Thanks for the mix ARO, it's a cracer - so let's get to it!
Hello, and welcome to may 2006 with episode 20 of the regenerate podcast. SO for the last time, here's the closing part of House Party at the playboy mansion, with the incredible Senna on the decks.
Hello, and welcome from me a very exhausted Phil Wilshaw, to you the wonderful listeners of the Regenerate podcast.
This is episode number 18, and the third of 4 where we're going to bring you the soundtrack of our houseparty at the playboy mansion night in the main room at LSU. This is actually from the first one back in Decemeber, but we've just had another incredible night, seeing all of Loughborough come out in their finest bunny costumes, we gave away a limo ride, had indoor fire dancers, and literally god knows what else. After that we did it all again for Regenerate Miami, teaming up with our old chums Frase and the guys from Motion, and knocked it out of the park.
Still not sure? Time to listen to some of the music from the first playboy night, and you'll be sure to come every week going forward...oh oh oh, and while we completely messed up recording the audio from both our biggest gigs this month, we did manage to get the video, and we can't wait to publish the highlights reel n our website soon - as soon as i get time to edit it!
The next regenerate is 26th APril, and i will see you there!
"Hello, and welcome to a very special episode of the regenerate podcast. This is number 18, and the second of 4 where we're going to bring you the soundtrack of our houseparty at the playboy mansion night in the main room at LSU. And also don't forget about Eddy Elton's sister show gettin' funked, which you can find out about on our website.
And finally, we'll be hosting our first ""regenerate Miami"" night in Nottingham at the end of the month. we're still nailing down the details, but by the ime this episode comes out they should all be on the website, so please go check it out, and save yourself the cost of a plane ticket, and instead of going to the WMC, let it come to you!
Still not sure? Time to listen to some of the music from the last gig, and you'll be sure to come every week going forward..."

Hello, and welcome to the Regenerate Podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw from the regenerate residents. What a month we had in December!!! Our "House party at the playboy mansion" night was a massive success, and we got to get up and do it all again the next night for return of the kings part 4, with all the old residents coming back. 2 back to back nights of carnage, and honestly, i don't know if my liver will ever be the same. We've had a great time, and we really hoped to bring you some of the audio from the night but we're still waiting for the files to come back from the general, so for now, you'll ahve to make do with the promo mix that we've been touting round anyone that will listen. This is Senna with a short teaser of what to expect on the night, and there will be more happy sexy house music to follow in next month's show. Until then, find out more on regeneratemusic.net. Ok - let's get to it.

Hello, it's me, Phil Wilshaw, back again with episode 15 of the regenerate podcast, and today we're belatedly getting very spooky, with ARO's Halloween House 2 0 mix. ARO, like me, is one of the regenerate residents, and he's been here since the start. He plays progressive beats, and you can catch him in either bocca bar or piazza most weeks.
We've had a fantastic month in November, with our ibiza reunion on Nov 2nd, Chris Nobles stealing the show on 16th and not one but 2 new talent nights where we welcomed in this year's crop of residents and guests.
Most excitingly though, we have got our biggest night EVER coming up, and if you haven't heard of it, or aren't planning to be there then, frankly you are now dead to me! This will be our House Party at the playboy mansion night. we will be transforming the main room at LSU into the playby mansion for one night only on 5th Decemeber with dancers, indoor fireworks and god knows what else. Entry is £1, but free if you come in yellow and black or playboy bunny gear, or basicaly if we like your face. We'll be playing strictly sexy house music, and we can't wait to see you down there. Please please do check the website regeneratemusic.net for more info, and if we can we'll bring you some of the mixes live from the night over the next few weeks.
Oh, and if that's not enough, ALL of last year's regenerate residents will be playing the next night for Return of the Kings part 4, So if you've been missing Luke Lain, ARO, Flat lau, Senna, Phil Wilshaw or Dominik Mori, then that is the night for you. Get yourself down there - even if you've got a hangover as bad as what i am sure to have.
SO as usual, i've way overrun. time to shut up and get the music on, but if you haven't already, please lease get on our website, and get down to our gigs, this months more than ever.
Hello hello, it's me Phil WIlshaw from the regenerate residents, back again with another episode of house, progressive and more beats coming to you from the LCR studios in Loughborough UK. Today it's episode 14, and we've got the second half of our mix recorded live at the OC in Ibiza in september this year. It's starting to get cold and wet outside, and this will put a summer smile on your face for sure. Unfortunately the quality drops off towards the end as we were ragging the mixer into the red too much, but these things happen, hopefully you'll still be able to enjoy it. In terms of live gigs, come check us out in Fusion bar every wednesday, and watch out for some fresh talent for this year, and also Chris Nobles will be there with his broken lollipop headphone, still mixing better than the rest of us i'm certain. Just time to say - don't forget to head to our website for mixes, tracklists and listings, and for links to our sister show gettin funked with Eddy Elton every sunday. Right - time to get to it - Regenerate Ibiza 2005, live from the OC, part 2.
hello, and welcome back to the regenerate podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw. I'm coming to you from the LCR studios in Loughborough right in the middle of the UK, and I'm here to bring you episode 13, with some of the finest beats from our night Regenerate. We're in full flow at Regenerate, having just come back from a week of gigging in ibiza at Bar M, the OC, Garden of Eden, and even Manchester Airport on the way there. We had an amazing time, and can't wait to get back for another week of madness next year. if you want to come along, make sure you check the website regeneratemusic.net for more info and more episodes of this show. Today we've got part 1 of a special mix recorded live while we were out at the OC, with the rest of it due next month. i'm afraid we didn't have the full studio with us, so the quality dips a bit at times, but hopefully you'll still get a flavour of the great time we had. Part 2 will be next month, but if you can't wait til then, make sure you come down to Regenerate at the piazz at loughborough SU. We've got Dominik Mori and the intergalactic DJS, and we'll be looking for some new residents for the year, so come get involved, every wednesday from 9. And don't forget we've also got Eddy Elton every Sunday at 5 on LCR, and myself and Senna playing funky beats on Mondays in Fusion. All told that's thirteen regenerate things this month, so there's no excuse for not getting involved. Until then, lets get on with that mix recorded live in Ibiza, starting with a mix from our resident, flat lau.
Hello again and welcome to the Regenerate podcast, with me, Phil Wilshaw, from the regenerate residents. I'm here every month…we'll, lets be honest… some months…with the best beats from our night regenerate, held at Loughborough SU in Loughborough every Wednesday. We play a little bit of everything from chilled breaks up to hard house, and the goal of these mixes is to showcase some of that sound.
This month at regenerate would generally be a quiet one, if it wasn't for a little thing call Regenerate Ibiza 2005! We're incredibly excited to be heading back for a week long residency at the orange corner and a few other places, and you can find out all about that on www.regeneratemusic.net. All this year's residents will be there playing beach grooves, and some super fun house to dance to. We had an awesome time last year, and we can't wait to do it all again!
If you can't make it over to the white isle, don't worry, because we'll be back for our 2005/2006 residency at LSU very soon, and until then don't forget to check out our sister show Getting' Funked With Eddy Elton, every Sunday on LCR. Check our website for more details.
All that said then, lets get to it - this month is ARO's June 2005 mix, showcasing his more progressive sound. If you like it like this he'll be bac in Loughborough very soon, and he'll be with us on the Ibiza Tour, so come check him out!
Hello, and welcome to episode 10 of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you, as always, from the LCR studios in Loughborough.
My name is Phil Wilshaw, bringing you your monthly does of all things "Regenerate", which is our night, every Wednesday at Loughborough SU during the university term times. We're on hiatus until October, but head to our website regeneratemusic.net for details of our upcoming gigs in Ibiza at the Orange Corner, Bar M, and the Garden of Eden. We're pretty damned excited to be playing out on the white isle, it feels like another major milestone. If you're going to be out there at the same time, make sure you come say hi. And if you can't wait that long, Eddy Elton will be keeping our sister show "Getting funked" rolling, every Sunday 5-7.
OK, on the subject of looking forward, today's mix from Burns is called the Future Sound of Bocca. It's a blend of everything Regenerate from blissed out beach sounds through to angry breaks and dirty basslines. He'll be out with us in Ibiza in September, so check the show website for more info on how to come and see him.
Hello again one and all, and welcome to episode 10 of the regenerate podcast, coming to you this week from MBC bar where we are just setting up for our Saturday night warm up. We've gathered together a huge network of people we've Djed with at various points of the last few years, and it's a non-stop tranceathon before we head out to Anjunbeats at Passion. An unofficial warmup featuring Frase, Arksun, Ryan G, and the usual suspecst from our end. I hope you've got your trance pants on!
With such a trance heavy night ahead, one would think that we would have a trance mix lined up for you, but Regenerate is never that straigthforward - we like to keep it eclectic. So here is our very own Senna bringing you his mix ""scenes from the mofo mansion"". Make no mistake, this is a new paradigm for Regenerate, uplifting house, dirty baselines, you will love it, and it's only going to get bigger.
So let's get to it - turn up the volume.

REPLACEMENT INFO: Hello and welcome to the Regenerate Podcast, with me Phil Wilshaw from Phoenix 6. So lets get to it! Wherever you downloaded this from. So lets get to it!
ORIGINAL: Hello hello, it's me Phil WIlshaw, here with episode 7 of the Regenerate podcast, coming to you from the LCR Studios in Loughborough, where today we're celebrating some slightly harder beats, with only the finest Tech Trance, provided by Dominik Mori. He was on duty for us last monbth on March 9th, and took the roof off together with Senna, though the best night of the term was definitely our Regenerate's return of the kings night on March 16th, where we had a big reunion for all the old crew. it got pretty messy, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
This month's highlights will be Buskie playing solo on April 27th, and before that, myself, Senna, Flat Lau, ARO and many more will be at the buttermarket in shrewsbury, hosting the back room for Altitude.
While our main night on wednesdays in Bocca is on Easter break until APril 27th, Eddy Elton will keep you warm, every Sunday from 5 with our sister show Gettin' Funked - all the best funky house out there at the moment.
So lets get to it. As mentioned, this is Dominik Mori with his unnecessarily complex mix title ""I:/ROM/PURGATORY"", and he'll be back at Regenerate on Wednesday in May. "
Welcome back to the Regenerate Podcast. This is episode 6, and as usual, I'm Phil Wilshaw, coming to you from Loughborough right in the middle of the UK.
This is the podcast to accompany our events at the Loughborough SU, so if you like this music, be sure to come check us out every wednesday in Piazza from 9.
Up on the wheels of steel this week is the very prolific ARO. you've heard a few of his back to back mixes with Luke Lain, now it's time for him to shine on his own, playing some progressive tunes guarenteed to fill the dancefloor. ARO typically plays around 9 or 10, so be sure to come see him!
Don't forget that to subscribe, download this mix and more, you need to head to www.regeneratemusic.net. Ok turn up the volume, and let's get to it.

Last month's highlight was definitely the road trip to Bosh! in Long Eaton, with Back to Back shenanigans from all our residents, but the highlight was definitely a certain one of our DJs, who overdid it by about 10pm, and had to have a little sleep in the DJ booth!
So lets get to it. In the spirit of B2B mixes, here's another driving progressive mix from ARO and Luke Lain, and they'll be representing regenerate next at 9pm on APril 28th in Bocca. So come check them out!
