in today’s world the life of a teenager can be difficult. there are things that we as teens think about daily but rarely discuss enough with our peers or even close friends. amidst conversations i’ve found myself relating with others on concepts that we both thought we were the only ones dealing with it. this podcast gives the listeners, especially teen listeners, the opportunity to hear and know that they are not alone in these difficult experiences. in this podcast i talk to teenagers and experts and get their perspectives on relevant topics such as mental health, body image, aggravating academics, and social lives. being a teenager can be a struggle, but it is good to know that you are not alone with these challenges.
